In this Father's Day episode, Pastors Mike Breaux, Carlos Erazo and Mark McCartney discuss parenting, identity, and why the words of Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount still hit home. From dad jokes to deep spiritual insight, they unpack how to be present with your kids, how to deal with unresolved anger, and how Jesus calls us to something deeper than behavior change—He calls us to heart change. They also talk candidly about the battle with lust, how to live free without slipping into legalism, and how grace fuels true obedience. Whether you grew up with a godly example or are trying to break the cycle and be one, this episode is packed with wisdom, honesty, and encouragement for the journey.

We kicked off our new series, The Rebel Way, by diving deep into the Sermon on the Mount—a message that's as radical and relevant today as it was when Jesus first preached it. Pastors Mike Breaux, Chris Kuti and Carlos Erazo unpack the Beatitudes and how this countercultural invitation leads us toward a life of freedom, purpose, and transformation.  From personal stories of brokenness to the beauty of surrender, we explored how Jesus flips the script on what it means to be truly blessed. Whether you're struggling with pride, searching for peace, or simply longing for a deeper relationship with God, this conversation reminds us that the narrow path is the one worth walking. As we follow Jesus upstream, we discover a faith that's authentic, compelling, and full of grace.

Med Lea Myren (Nudes, Hvite gutter), Thea Sofie Loch Næss (The Last Kingdom, One Night in Oslo), Ane Dahl Torp (The Wave, Charter) og Flo Fagerli (debutfilm) i hovedrollerne, udfordrer filmen traditionelle skønhedsidealer og eventyrkonventioner. Dernæst rettes opmærksomheden mod From the World of John Wick: Ballerina (2025), en spin-off i John Wick-universet instrueret af Len Wiseman (Underworld, Live Free or Die Hard).

A Special tribute featuring Jay Stringham (posthumously), Irving Ray Stringham Jr., and the Stringham family legacy. In this special Memorial Day edition of the Arete Coach™ Podcast, host Severin Sorensen departs from his usual exploration of executive coaching to deliver a solemn tribute to the men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. Titled “That We Might Live Free,” this episode reflects on the true meaning of Memorial Day, honors the story of WWII aviator Irving Ray Stringham Jr., and shares a sacred poem—A Soldier's Last Prayer—written by his younger brother Jay Thorral Stringham. Rather than featuring a conventional guest, this episode centers on a heartfelt tribute to Irving Ray Stringham Jr., a WWII aviator who gave his life over the skies of Germany, and Jay Thorral Stringham, his younger brother and the only survivor among five friends from their neighborhood who went to war together. Haunted by loss and moved by a deep sense of reverence, Jay channeled his grief and gratitude into a poem titled “A Soldier's Last Prayer.” The poem, delivered in this episode, is a poignant reflection of a soldier's internal dialogue on the eve of battle—capturing a blend of fear, faith, sacrifice, and hope. The host received this poem from Jay's daughter, Dolly Hicks, who entrusted its legacy to be shared and remembered. With permission from the family, Severin transforms this heartfelt poem into three powerful musical renditions, each offering a different lens on sacrifice, remembrance, and devotion. This is not a performance—this is an offering. A moment of remembrance. A promise to never forget. Bitterness is a snare. It's poison we willingly drink and expect to have no effect on us. It is a sure sign that our eyes are not on the cross and the grace and mercy that has been given so freely to to us ... but on ourselves. In this sermon, Jacob Hryhorchuck gives us three ways we can walk free from bitterness. To choose to hold onto bitterness is to refuse to show others the same grace that the Lord extended to you. Letting it go though, that act restores us.

John 8:31-36  //  To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. 32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” 33 They answered him, “We are Abraham's descendants and have never been slaves of anyone. How can you say that we shall be set free?” 34 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. 35 Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. 36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. Freedom is a journey Ephesians 1:16-18  //  I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people Know God Find Freedom Discover Purpose Make a Difference Ephesians 2:8-9 (NLT)  //  God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can't take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. Philippians 2:12-13 (NLT)  //  Work hard to show the results of your salvation, obeying God with deep reverence and fear. For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him. Body, Soul, & Spirit Body - The Physical Soul - The mind, will, and emotions Spirit - The part of us that is like God. 1. Victory over sin. Sin: What I do to myself. Wounds: What others did to me. Romans 7:21-25  //  So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord! 2. Healing from wounds. Ephesians 4:26-27 (NLT)  //  And “don't sin by letting anger control you.” Don't let the sun go down while you are still angry, for anger gives a foothold to the devil. 3. Authority over the enemy. Ephesians 6:10-12  //  Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Romans 8:1-2 (NLT)  //  So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death. Romans 8:5-6 (NLT)  //  Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit. What if the thing that keeps you stuck… is the very thing Jesus wants to set you free from? Addiction. Habits. Patterns we don't know how to break. This conversation dives into the life-changing story from John 4 and the woman at the well—where Jesus confronts not just her behavior, but her deep thirst for something more. Pastor Josh Howerton, Carlos Erazo, Marc McCartney, and Leslie Gregory unpack what it really means to walk in freedom—whether from porn, toxic shame, gender confusion, or the secret struggles no one sees. They explore why confession is powerful, how shame loses its grip when you bring your habits into the light. Whether it's a past you regret or a struggle you can't shake, this one is packed with hope, healing, and a whole lot of honesty.

The worst thing that can happen to a fighter is that he becomes civilized—and the worst thing that can happen to a church is that it gets comfortable. In this passionate, transitional message from 1 Corinthians 9, Pastor Chris calls the church to a life of gospel grit - because the gospel is worth it. Drawing from Paul's imagery of athletic discipline and inspired by scenes from the Rocky films, this sermon is a charge to live with urgency, purpose, and discomfort for the sake of Christ.- Why running hard means living a life poured out for the gospel- What it truly means to live free—and how that freedom leads us to serve- Why comfort is the greatest danger to the church in our generation- How the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25, The Message) speaks directly to playing not to lose- A powerful closing commission to take up the mission that no one else can carry but youIf you've ever felt like your faith has settled into safe routines, this message will shake you, encourage you, and remind you that you were never called to comfort. You were called to run.

Hey, Tribesmen—Episode 61 is here, and this one is for every man who's tired of burning out and ready to build a life that works. I sat down with Ari Meisel, creator of The Replaceable Founder and author of Less Doing, and his story is exactly what we need right now. Ari went from battling a chronic disease that nearly shut his life down to helping entrepreneurs reclaim their time, energy, and purpose. His approach to productivity isn't just about doing less—it's about becoming more. More present. More effective. More in control. If you've ever felt like your business owns you, like your calendar is running your life, or like you're constantly stuck in “busy mode”… this episode will shift something inside you. What You'll Learn: The Crohn's diagnosis that forced Ari to rethink everything—and launched his framework for true freedom How to stop being the bottleneck in your business (and finally start growing again) The difference between doing less and being lazy—and why letting go is real leadership The three-step system: Optimize → Automate → Outsource—and how it changes everything How Ari runs a family of 7, volunteers, and still stays grounded in Torah values What productivity really means when you're leading a family and a business Why being replaceable is a badge of honor—not a weakness What holds most men back from being productive (hint: it's not your schedule—it's your mindset) Key Takeaways for the Tribe: ✅ Let Go to Lead Stronger True leadership isn't doing everything yourself. It's empowering others and building systems that last. ✅ Freedom Is the Goal Not just freedom from your business—but freedom to live, grow, and lead with clarity. ✅ Optimize First, Always Before outsourcing or automating anything, get clear. Simplicity beats speed. ✅ Your Calendar Reflects Your Heart If you're not scheduling what matters—faith, family, growth—it's time to make a change. ✅ The Mind Is the First System Your thoughts shape your productivity. Fix what's in your head, and the rest will follow. Show Notes: Introduction (00:00): Welcoming Ari Meisel to the show and how this episode came together. The Wake-Up Call (01:14): How a Crohn's diagnosis and health crisis launched Ari into a journey of optimization. Productivity Framework (03:09): The three-step system that changed his life: Optimize → Automate → Outsource. Leadership & Identity (10:08): Why many founders are addicted to being busy—and how to build a business that thrives without you. Replaceable ≠ Disposable (12:00): Ari's view on what true leadership means and why it requires letting go. Systems for Family (15:00): How Ari applies productivity at home with five kids, volunteer work, and faith at the center. Practical Tools (18:00): From AI to Amazon Subscribe & Save—how to stop wasting time and start owning it. Business Coaching & Clarity (19:46): How Ari works with entrepreneurs to remove bottlenecks and build effective teams. The Real Reason You're Not Productive (22:01): Why your mindset is the first system you need to fix. Final Words (28:00): Why productivity isn't about doing more—it's about becoming more of who you're meant to be.     This episode isn't just for entrepreneurs. It's for every man who wants to stop surviving and start building something that lasts—without losing himself in the process. Stay strong, stay disciplined, Yigal P.S. If this hit home, take one step today. Go to lessdoing.com, check out Ari's tools, or just start tracking your day. One change can start the shift.
