Pastor Charlie unpacks the difference between weights that slow us and sins that take us down—and why the Christian life is about traveling lighter so we can run longer. Through stories (marathons, ultralight backpacking, a “brick” phone limiter), we name three common cultural weights—consumption, comparison, and anxiety—and hear a clear call to move from might to must: lay aside what entangles, and fix our eyes on Jesus.
