Podcasts about pastor rod

If the next generation is going to follow Jesus for a lifetime, they need more than religious habits. They need to know how deeply God loves them and see that love lived out consistently in the people closest to them. In this Raise Them Up message, Pastor Rod Sundholm teaches about God's love, Christian parenting, forgiveness, walking in love, spiritual maturity, and raising children in faith. Through 1 John 4, Luke 6, Romans 5:8, and other Scriptures, you'll learn why your relationship with God should influence the way you speak, correct, forgive, and respond to others. You'll be encouraged to model a faith that is real, relational, and strong enough for the next generation to make their own.

Pastor Rod speaks about how Scripture describes God.

Pastor Rod speaks about being Filled With The Spirit.

The King's authority is established as a suffering servant. On this Palm Sunday message, Pastor Rod walks through the entire Passion Week in Mark chapters 11–15. Rather than isolating the Triumphal Entry, the sermon traces how Jesus deliberately establishes His authority—not as a conquering earthly king, but as the suffering Servant who came not to be served but to serve and to give His life as a ransom for many. The repeated theme is the reversal of order: the first shall be last, and the last first. Every event of the week—cleansing the temple, confrontations with religious leaders, parables, the Last Supper, Gethsemane, the trials, and the cross—is framed by this truth. The King who rides into Jerusalem on a donkey will leave it carrying a cross.Preached by Rodney Brown Jr. at Rhome Bible ChurchWebsite: https://www.rhomebible.org#Mark #BibleTeaching #RhomeBibleChurch #Sermon #ChristianPodcast #BiblicalPreaching #GodsSovereignty #NewTestament #Faith #ImpartingTheWord #Reformed #ExpositionalPreaching #ExpositionalTeaching #PalmSunday #RoadToTheCross #SufferingServant
