In this short clip, Jamie Smart explores relationships from the perspective of the Three Principles — and why they all come down to three key connections: • Your relationship with other people • Your relationship with who you really are • Your relationship with life itself We look at how the feeling of connection and the fact of connection aren't the same thing… and why understanding this can change the way you relate to others, yourself, and the world. Whether you're a coach, teacher, or someone interested in the Three Principles, this conversation will give you a fresh perspective on relationships and connection. Send us a textWhat are you broadcasting to the world without saying a word? Your energy, posture, and subconscious beliefs create a continuous broadcast signal that teaches others how to treat you and determines what you attract into your life.Like a radio tower constantly sending out a signal whether anyone's listening or not, your body and nervous system transmit messages about how you expect to be treated. These brief, powerful statements—"I don't matter," "I'm not enough," "Ignore me"—operate beneath conscious awareness but profoundly shape your relationships and experiences. The most transformative realization? You might be unintentionally repelling the very things you desire most. This broadcast signal typically originates from protective patterns developed during difficult life experiences. What once helped you survive may now be the very thing blocking your growth. When you broadcast from your wounds, you might crave peace while bracing for chaos, or desire love while expecting betrayal. But there's compassionate wisdom in recognizing these patterns—they served an important purpose in your survival story. The good news? Your broadcast message can be recalibrated through a four-step process: becoming aware of your current signal, releasing emotional blockages, realigning with what you truly want to broadcast, and declaring new truths. This isn't about performance or perfection—it's about gently shifting your energy from wounds to wholeness, even before you fully feel that wholeness yourself.Ready to shift your broadcast message? Start by simply checking in with yourself and acknowledging one belief you're ready to stop broadcasting today. Remember that it's never too late to recalibrate your signal and begin attracting the relationships, opportunities and experiences that align with your authentic self. It's time to rediscover YOU. This podcast came about after being hit over the head with a fantastic meme from the Buddhist Facebook page. How does this quote resonate with you? Key Points in this Podcast 1. Practice Conscious Language Action: Pay close attention to the words you use when talking to yourself and others. Replace negative self-talk like “I'm tired” or “I'm depressed” with more empowering alternatives such as “I'm recharging” or “I'm working through challenges.” 2. Speak Gratitude Daily Action: Begin and end each day by saying out loud at least three things you're grateful for. This simple ritual rewires the brain for positivity and appreciation. 3. Affirm Positive Identity Action: Use daily affirmations that align with your goals and well-being (e.g., “I am thriving,” “I am strong,” “I am full of purpose”). Speak them with belief and emotion to shape your mindset. 4. Interrupt Negative Thought Loops Action: When you catch yourself speaking or thinking in a way that drains your energy, pause and reframe it immediately. For example, change “I can't do this” to “I'm learning how to do this.” 5. Influence Others with Uplifting Words Action: Make it a habit to uplift others with your speech. Positive words not only shape your own reality—they ripple out and influence the energy of those around you. Get access to the ebook I created for you based on this quote.. Parents unleash the arrow of ambition in their children, but siblings are often the ones who help guide its direction says Pulitzer Prize winning New York Times staff writer Susan Dominus. After a lifetime of curiosity about the ecosystems of families, Dominus set out to discover what families of high-achieving siblings had in common including the values, habits, and everyday rituals, like dinnertime conversations that influenced their children to hit the bullseye in their lives and work. Her book is called The Family Dynamic: A Journey into the Mystery of Sibling Success.
Do you ever notice how some people obsess over things, gossip about others, or recycle old ideas? Why is it that true innovators think differently? Dan Sullivan and Jeffrey Madoff break down the four levels of thinking and explain why thinking about your thinking fuels creativity, collaboration, and breakthroughs. Show Notes: Most people spend their lives fixated on things, people, or others' ideas, but true innovators think about how they think. People who think about their thinking are looking for other people who are doing the same thing. The highest level of thinking isn't competitive—it's collaborative. Two original minds create a third idea neither could alone. Nearly every meaningful innovation stems from that fourth level of thinking, where you examine how and why you think the way you do. Some of the most creative people don't even realize how they think—they just do. The moment you care more about stuff than ideas, you've lost the game. Like casting a play, the best teams are built when you assign people roles based on their unique strengths, not rigid job descriptions. If your team fears being wrong, they'll never risk being right. Defensiveness is the enemy of breakthroughs. Corporations reward conformity, but entrepreneurs win by asking, "What if we did the opposite? In this powerful message, we're challenged to embrace our identity as children of God and to live by faith. The central theme revolves around Romans 8:19, reminding us that all of creation is eagerly waiting for God's children to be revealed. We're encouraged to shift our focus from worldly perspectives to God's words, which are containers of wisdom, healing power, and eternal truth. The story of Abraham is highlighted, showing us how faith operates beyond natural circumstances. As we enter into the 'faith of Abraham,' we're invited to a lifestyle of victory over the world, Satan, and our flesh. This message urges us to pay close attention to God's words, allowing them to shape our thinking and speaking. By doing so, we align ourselves with our true identity and origin in God, enabling us to live out the extraordinary life He has called us to.

NOTES: So I want to remind you, though you already know these things, that Jesus first rescued the nation of Israel from Egypt, but later he destroyed those who did not remain faithful. And I remind you of the angels who did not stay within the limits of authority God gave them but left the place where they belonged. God has kept them securely chained in prisons of darkness, waiting for the great day of judgment. And don't forget Sodom and Gomorrah and their neighboring towns, which were filled with immorality and every kind of sexual perversion. Those cities were destroyed by fire and serve as a warning of the eternal fire of God's judgment. In the same way, these people—who claim authority from their dreams—live immoral lives, defy authority, and scoff at supernatural beings. But even Michael, one of the mightiest of the angels, did not dare accuse the devil of blasphemy, but simply said, “The Lord rebuke you!” (This took place when Michael was arguing with the devil about Moses' body.) But these people scoff at things they do not understand. Like unthinking animals, they do whatever their instincts tell them, and so they bring about their own destruction. What sorrow awaits them! For they follow in the footsteps of Cain, who killed his brother. Like Balaam, they deceive people for money. And like Korah, they perish in their rebellion. Jude 5-11 (NLT) Teaching is NECESSARY if the people of God are going to GROW. QUESTIONS TO ASK: - Who am I LISTENING to? - Who am I giving AUTHORITY in my life? Who am I allowing to SHAPE my life? BOTTOM LINE: What you BELIEVE shapes how you live—check for TRUTH. CHALLENGE: EVALUATE the voices of influence in your life.

Your thoughts create your feelings. For women with ADHD, negative thoughts and emotions can be particularly challenging. However, this challenge also presents an opportunity for personal growth and mental mastery. By recognizing that our emotions stem from our thoughts, we can better manage our actions and achieve our goals. Mindfulness plays a crucial role in this process, improving attention, enhancing emotional regulation, and reducing anxiety.Visualization is a powerful tool in this journey. By imagining positive outcomes with strong emotional investment, we can boost motivation and build confidence. The Reticular Activating System (RAS) in our brain plays a key role here, helping us focus on opportunities that align with our clearly set, positive intentions. It's important to remember that while we can't control external circumstances, other people's actions, or our past, we have full control over our thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. This internal locus of control is where our power lies. The dialogue we have with ourselves - our inner narrative - is crucial. By consciously shaping our thoughts, we can influence our emotions, behaviors, and ultimately, the results we achieve in life.________Resources:Mindfulness STOP Skill - https://cogbtherapy.com/mindfulness-meditation-blog/mindfulness-stop-skill________Learn more by connecting with Tracy through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or visit adhdforsmartwomen.com.Are You Ready to Discover Your Brilliance? In today's episode, we explore something extraordinary. It's one of those insights that, once you grasp it, changes everything. You realize you have the power to shape your life, be anything, and create wonders. We're not just passive observers in life. We're creators, artists of our existence. This thought might feel big and overwhelming, but stick with me. You are creating the world around you. If you see beauty, you make more beauty. If you see opportunities, you create more opportunities. Sometimes, though, life throws curveballs, right? You might think, "Why would I create struggle or pain?" It's not about seeking reasons but understanding the power within you to shift your focus and choose a different narrative. Imagine flipping a switch inside you, tuning into a frequency of abundance, of happiness. It's there, within your reach. Life isn't about fairness or a predefined path of success and failure. It's this vast, expanding universe of possibilities. If you find yourself stuck in a loop, feeling like you're not moving forward, remember, it's within you to change the station, to find a new frequency that uplifts and inspires you. I'm walking this path with you. I'm not ahead; I'm right beside you, exploring, learning, growing. Together, we're figuring out how to tune into our best frequencies, how to shift our patterns, thoughts, beliefs, to transform not just our lives but the world around us. Imagine if we all discovered this power within us. Think of the ripple effect. Changing your frequency, your vibe, doesn't just change your life; it has the potential to lift everyone around you. It's about becoming a beacon of hope, of joy, of abundance, and inspiring others to find that light within themselves. Hold onto this feeling, this conversation. Remember, it's not about changing the world on a grand scale but starting with the world within you. Your transformation is the most beautiful gift you can offer to yourself and to everyone you touch. - Henry -------------------------------- Social Media Say hi on TikTok Say Hi on Instagram -------------------------------- Email Me henry@vibeabundant.com -------------------------------- Email List --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/positive-mindset-podcast/support
