Kam jsme za tu dobu posunuli aplikaci ROIVENUE a atribuční modelování?  Proč po třech letech obnovuji kanál DEMARKETINGu? A co teď svět potřebuje daleko více než další marketingový podcast a o čem bude nová show? Pobavíme se hlavně o příčíně tříleté odmlky - startupu ROIVENUE, který momentálně jako CEO řídím.  Vysvětlíme, jak funguje atribuční modelování. Jak díky němu můžete vydělat více se stejným marketingovým rozpočtem. A jak se nám podařilo službu, která ještě před pěti lety stála miliony a byla jen pro největší hráče, demokratizovat pro e-shopy a online projekty každé velikosti. To co ale vymysleli Češi ve firmě Easy software a proč si je kupují firmy z celého světa (80 % revenue firmy přichází ze zahraničí), je systém WBS - work breakdown structure, který jsem neviděl u žádného jiného toolu. O co jde? Kolikrát se vám stalo, že jste v týmu vybrainstormovali celý projekt třeba na flipchartu a potom jste museli tasky manuálně předatlovávat do project management softwaru. Easy project toto řeší mnohem lépe. V módu WBS rovnou vymýšlíte a kreslíte třeba v zasedačce na sdílené obrazovce projekt jako mind mapu. Následně stačí jen k jednotlivým bublinkám assignovat lidi a než přijdou z meetingu ke svému kompu, už mohou mít rovnou zadány všechny tasky.  Druhý velký problém - který řeší spousta firem - je přehršel softwarů. Prima varianta Jobber a aparut intr-o noapte. CashBase a fost creat in urma unei nevoi personale. Filip se trezeste la 6 dimineata. StartCast este precursorul StartUps Romania Podcast. Astea si multe altele le aflati in cel mai recent episod al singurului podcast despre startup-uri si antreprenori din Romania. Eram entuziasmat deja de la prima ora (08:00) si tremuram de emotie. De data asta nu era din cauza cafelei. Urma sa vorbesc cu Filip, fondatorul Jobber.ro. Site pe care-l descriu oamenilor ca fiind "cel mai mare site mic de job-uri din marketing si design". Aici probabil voi fi corectat, site-ul cuprinde si zona de programatori. Astfel, vorbesc mai mult din persectiva omului care si-a cautat job in marketing si care a oferit job-uri in zona asta - primind de fiecare data 2-3 CV-uri chiar in prima zi. Am descoperit pe parcursul mailurilor si a interviului un om calm, adunat, care stie ce-si doreste. Am gasit un om inimos, iubitor si indraznet. Acelasi motto pe care-l aud si-l simt de cand am inceput interviurile: "Trebuie doar sa risti sa incepi". Restul se vor rezolva de la sine.
