Boj o rozpočet na příští rok začíná. Ministryně financí Alena Schillerová (ANO) dnes jedná s dalšími ministry o požadavcích pro jejich rezorty. Očekávanou výši schodku zatím neupřesnila. O kolik překoná ten letošní? Hostem Ptám se já byl ekonom, člen Národní rozpočtové rady Petr Musil. Ministryně financí Alena Schillerová (ANO) se chce se šéfy dalších rezortů bavit o výdajích a úsporách na příští rok. Předpokládá přitom, že ministři přijdou s vyššími požadavky, než bude možné uspokojit. Schillerová očekává i debatu o tom, kolik peněz dávají jednotlivá ministerstva neziskovému sektoru. Podle premiéra Andreje Babiše (ANO) bude součástí vyjednávání také otázka růstu platů státních zaměstnanců nebo možnost mimořádné valorizace důchodů. Oba se už dříve shodli, že hlavními prioritami rozpočtu by ale měly být investice do dopravní infrastruktury a do zdravotnictví. Očekávanou výši schodku ministryně financí zatím neupřesnila, návrh státního rozpočtu předloží vládě do konce srpna. Premiér už v červenci řekl, že by schodek rozpočtu pro příští rok měl být významně pod 400 miliard korun. To zkritizovala opozice, podle které bude pokračovat růst deficitů na úkor budoucnosti. Dvacítka ekonomů zároveň v otevřeném dopise poslancům varovala před rozvolňováním rozpočtových pravidel. Letos stát plánuje schodek 310 miliard korun. Přes 400 miliard se dostal pouze za covidové pandemie v roce 2021, kdy dosáhl 419,7 miliardy korun. Mezi 300 a 400 miliardami byl deficit zatím pouze v letech 2020 a 2022. Vláda Andreje Babiše přitom deklarovala, že bude pracovat na postupném snižováním deficitu a zlepšování hospodaření státu. Dosavadní plán vývoje veřejných financí připravený předchozím kabinetem Petra Fialy (ODS) ale ministryně financí označila za past. Schválila proto nový plán, který počítá s postupnou konsolidací až od roku 2028. „Důležitý je konec fiskálně-strukturálního plánu, a to je v roce 2030. Což znamená po dalších sněmovních volbách. Takže možná, že tam bude nějaká past pro příští vládu,“upozornil v Ptám se já člen Národní rozpočtové rady Petr Musil. „Možná, že si tu past takto budeme posouvat, až do ní spadneme ale všichni. Protože jestli s veřejnými financemi nic neuděláme, tak ve finále na to fakt doplatíme, doplatí na to ti ekonomicky a sociálně nejslabší.“ Jsou všechny plánované výdaje skutečně nutné? Z šéfa Sazky Aleše Veselého se v lednu stal šéf Allwyn Česko. A nezměnil se jen název firmy, kterou vede. „Nadále jsme úspěšná firma, rosteme, daří se nám. Na těchto základech růstu jsme se stali součástí velké mezinárodní skupiny Allwyn. Je to mezinárodní skupina vybudovaná na českých kořenech. Kdo by to před deseti lety řekl, že ze Sazky vyroste druhá největší loterijní firma na světě,“ popisuje Aleš Veselý v rozhovoru pro Seznam Zprávy. Zánik značky, která v Česku fungovala od roku 1956 a stala se symbolem sázení, podle něj nebyl nijak dramatický. „Každá značka musí fungovat tak, aby pro vás byla něčím, co vás provází do budoucna. A my jsme si vyhodnotili, že Sazka sice je jednoznačně velká tradice, ale když se podíváme, jakou relevanci měla pro mladé lidi a jak moc byla vnímána jako moderní a dynamická firma, tak tady narážela na své limity. Pro mladé to byla značka jejich rodičů. Proto jsme se rozhodli vzít značku, která vznikla v Česku, ale má mezinárodní potenciál – Allwyn,“ vysvětluje Veselý. Letos vyšla její třetí knížka ze série thrillerů s vyšetřovatelkou Oldřiškou, a já jsem ji četl nejen z povinnosti kmotra, ale i proto, že mě jako postava baví. Kolik do ní Sára Saudková dala sama ze sebe? poslouchejte.O čem jsme ještě mluvili? O argentinském tangu, k němuž se Sára celoživotně chystala a teprve teď se konečně rozhoupala. O tom, proč píše bez osnovy a bez kostry, a do poslední chvíle netuší, jak to dopadne. O tom, jak se v komoře ze zvětšováku rodí fotka, kterou žádná umělá inteligence neudělá, protože ona vše dělá stále postaru a ručně.Takže ano, došlo i na umělou inteligenci, té se totiž nelze vyhnout. Sára ji odmítá pustit do své práce a říká tomu poctivost. Já jsem umělou inteligenci nechal, ať pro Sára Saudkovou vymyslí první otázku.Mluvili jsme i o tom, jak člověk najde sám v sobě malou Oldřišku, když jde do tuhého - Sára Saudková teď řeší nepříjemný soudní spor a hájí se, jak říká, s hlavou vztyčenou. A pak jsme mluvili ještě o čtyřech (už dospělých) dětech, o cestě do Švédska někam k pólu a o tom, proč se nedívá na zprávy.Vše uslyšíte. Tento podcast bude o paradoxu české politiky, kdy vláda jako celek není příliš oblíbená (průzkum CVVM), ale ANO a Andrej Babiš mají výraznou důvěru českých voličů.Začínáme tvrzením, že jediným autentickým politikem v české vládě je Petr Macinka. Není to kladné nebo záporné hodnocení jeho osoby a politiky. Spíš se v tom zrcadlí to, že jeho pozice nestojí a nepadá s Babišem a zájmy Agrofertu. Zbytek vládní sestavy tvoří lidé, jejichž politická kariéra je závislá na Babišovi. Proto si Macinka může vůči premiérovi dovolit luxus mít svůj názor a svou stranickou strategii.Tím se dostáváme k důvodu, proč vláda rozhodla, že Petr Pavel nepojede na summit NATO do Ankary. Petr Macinka zvítězil v této taktické bitvě, zřejmě i proti vůli Andreje Babiše. Současně dokázal svou reálnou sílu. Bylo to však vítězství v bitvě, ne ve válce. Naznačuje to však, že by právě on mohl být lídrem českých nacionalistických populistů, kteří se budou nejspíš chtít před příštími volbami (a po odchodu Tomia Okamury) sjednotit do jednoho bloku.A ještě k paradoxu české politiky. Babišovi voliči svému lídrovi bezmezně důvěřují, ale také oni cítí, že jeho okolí je amatérské a dopouští se řady chyb. Omlouvají to známými slovy, že až se o tom Babiš dozví, jistě to změní. Premiér je v tom každý týden utvrzuje, když rozehrává mediální hry ve stylu: „Všechno mám pod kontrolou, vším se zabývám.“Jak to skončí?
