171 - We have reached an interesting turning point in our JCVD journey. This film would be the last theatrically released Van Damage joint until 2008's JCVD. So into the valley we go.... BUT despite this film not really being a JC highlight, we find some pretty interesting things to dive into, from the Soprano's, to the epic love story that is JC x Gladys, and even a semi-deep dive into heavy metal band GWAR! So, you know, there is something for everybody here.Continue the conversation over on our 'Friends of the Show' Facebook group here
The extent of the damage of a van sustained after it was ripped a part on a head on crash has shown the devastating consequences of what can happen on our roads.Seven people, including an infant, were killed in a horrific crash when a van and a truck collided near Picton yesterday morning.NZ Herald reporter Kurt Bayer has been at the crash scene. He told Heather du Plessis-Allan Police made the decision to show them up close the damage to the van to show people the dangers of driving.“This is just the worst-case scenario, the worst crash on South Island roads for 20-odd years, and so that was the decision there, but it was pretty confronting to see just how totalled that van was.”LISTEN ABOVE

040 - Another 10 eps means another Jean-Claude Van Damme masterpiece (or 'masterpiece'?). This week we are hitting one of the lesser known exploits of Van Damage, with 1990's Death Warrant. Is this the first JCVD with an actual storyline? Or simply the first one without a fighting tournament? These are the big questions, guys - and we are here to answer them. The biggest question of course being, does this movie hold up today, or is best left in the past?

RTU: NY Sports Talk Podcast - AVAILABLE on iTunes HERE And HEY! We're on STITCHER now too! Here! Episode #152 - sponsored by: Blue Haven Recorded on 10.30.13 After discussing a Styx Groupon and the History of The Eagles documentary that Sanpete couldn't put down, we got to the BIG UNLOAD: We discussed the statistical probability of crazy plays happening in the World Series, but without all that pesky math, and got into a yuge, enawmous convo about officiating in the major sports, with Cal giving out the grades. He was not grading on the CB Bucknor curve. We then brought Scott the Islander Fan in on that, which was fantastic, then proceeded to talk Geno Smith and being sold, the Islanders and their huge trade, and he stuck around for a Funload that included where we stood on the Eagles (again) and why ghosts sound the way they do. All in all, 2 hours of really fun conversation, with double the Van Damage!

JCVD is one of our favorite action stars. The man is French but 7 times out of 10 he plays an American. You can rarely understand every word he ever fucking says. He...he...has no strong acting method but fuck it he tries! Our first movie in Van Damage month is Double Impact. A movie where JCVD is so badass he plays himself twice. Now just count the damn plot holes and the cheap pop moments. Oh yeah, FUCKING BOLO IS IN THIS MOVIE!
Podcast #05 features an exclusive interview and acappella freestyle set from N-Dubz. Plus a selection of big big tunes from Terra Firma, JME, Craze 24 and more.
