Communication happens all of the time but often it isn't effective or even helpful communication. Being able to be assertive when talking to others isn't the same thing as going along to get along. It also doesn't mean that you are aggressive or hostile. This is a communication style helps promote reduction in anxiety, relationship problems and even anger. Fasting is when you eliminate or reduce food or other elements of distraction for a period of time. It is suggested that you consult your doctor before trying it. From a medical standpoint it allows your body to use energy to properly digest old food and burn fat without having to use energy to digest new foods. It's been known to reduce the “noise” and busyness in our physical and spiritual bodies by allowing time for other important components to rest and be deprived of things that might be toxic.
