In this episode, we're joined by Heyoon to talk about “reading the room” and how manners, greetings, and PDA can feel totally different depending on culture and context. From elevator awkwardness
Just got out of the barbershop… and the weight of what I heard followed me to the car.A barber who moved into a new apartment, week and a half in, lost everything in a fire before he could get renter's insurance. That hit different. Because it's not just him. I've got people in my world dealing with mental health battles, physical health crises, job losses, and no clear answer for what comes next. I've got others who feel stable on paper but still feel the weight of everything pressing down.So let's talk about it. The real version. Not the Wall Street version. Not the version the media will cover between Epstein headlines and political theater. Here's the truth nobody wants to say out loud:We are in it. All of us. And there is no quick fix.Layoffs at levels we haven't seen since before COVID. All-time highs in the stock market and gold while salaries refuse to keep up. Kids' sports getting more expensive. Grocery bills not dropping. Insurance costs through the roof. It's a slow squeeze and the middle class is catching the worst of it because they're trying to hold everything together. In this episode, I talk about why I told someone at the barbershop to go into survival mode and why I said it with a heavy heart. I break down what that actually means, why we need to give each other grace right now, and why realistically we're looking at 12 to 24 months before things shift… depending on what happens with policy and politics.I also get into something that fires me up every time. Money. What it really is. Why billionaires and trillionaires exist. And why the whole system is built around power and control, not prosperity. This episode isn't about doom. It's about reality. It's about understanding what's happening around you so you can make better decisions, hold your people tighter, and stop absorbing everyone else's chaos on social media.Watch on YouTube: https://youtu.be/KXicglbEEF4As always we ask you to comment, DM, whatever it takes to have a conversation to help you take the next step in your journey, reach out on any platform!Twitter, FaceBook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedinDISCLOSURE: Awards and rankings by third parties are not indicative of future performance or client investment success. In this episode of Get Real or Die Trying, host Amadon DellErba sits down with Brit Arthur—founder of http://AutoimmuneDiseaseAwareness.com, CEO and designer of BeachCandy Organics (the trailblazing organic swimwear brand), holistic healer, and creator of the Feast to Wellness Protocol—for a fierce, unfiltered confrontation with autoimmune disease and the toxic systems designed to keep us dependent and unwell. Filmed on-location at Avalon EcoVillage.Brit delivers her story without apology: decades of hidden suffering—asthma, acne, body odor, gut chaos, and escalating inflammation that exploded into spinal autoimmune disease at 34, complete with genetic markers and CRP levels screaming cancer territory. Doctors pushed lifelong steroid injections and heavy pharma; she endured a year of minimal gains before walking away in fury at a system that silences symptoms instead of healing roots. She plunged into gut biome research, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, herbalism, detox protocols, and non-toxic truth—then committed fully to plant-based living, toxin elimination, and radical simplicity. The shift was explosive: joint pain and immobility dissolved in days. From needing help to turn doorknobs and being carried from bed, she climbed 8 grueling miles with a 60-pound pack months later. Her Feast to Wellness Protocol—165+ anti-inflammatory, medicinal recipes plus daily detox rituals—has now empowered over 30,000 people globally to claim symptom-free lives from every corner of the planet.Amadon and Brit tear into the heart of it:The medical and food industries that suppress rather than solve—pushing seed oils, ultra-processed garbage, mycotoxin-laden grains, GMOs, pork's toxin accumulation, and endless chemicals while ignoring root causes like glyphosate, plastics, and emotional baggageShattering hustle culture, plastic dependency, restaurant traps, and inflammatory poisons that quietly destroy usThe freedom of minimalism in India, authentic Ayurvedic immersion, copper-charged water, farmers market allegiance, and transforming every meal into medicineWhere spirituality collides with biology: how toxic thoughts, chronic judgment, fear, unresolved trauma, and victim attachment literally manifest disease—and why forgiveness, embracing discomfort, emotional alchemy, and genuine loving connection are essential for extreme, integrated healthThe urgent poisoning of our supply chain, the call for real outrage and collective rebellion, and why every choice—what we eat, wear, think, buy—is sacred resistance and stewardship of body, land, and futureThis isn't soft self-care—it's a battle cry to wake up, purge the poisons (physical, emotional, systemic), reject the "pill up and power through" deception, and seize vibrant, liberated living on your own fierce terms. If you're done suffering quietly, questioning the chemical matrix and quick-fix lies, or ready to turn pain into unbreakable purpose—this raw exchange will set you ablaze.

This week on Chrisley Confessions 2.0 with Todd & Julie Chrisley, we're doing something a little different, and it might just be the the episode that changes everything.Todd and Julie sit down with Thais Gibson, bestselling author and founder of The Personal Development School, to unpack attachment theory in a way that feels less clinical and a whole lot more personal. And let's just say… things get real.Todd starts recognizing himself in the anxious attachment style. Julie may or may not see a little dismissive avoidant in herself. And somewhere along the way, what starts as a conversation about childhood wiring turns into a raw, honest discussion about marriage, resentment, boundaries, peace, and what it actually means to heal instead of blame. They talk about how your subconscious runs the show, why you keep repeating the same relationship patterns, how to communicate without criticizing, and why loving someone the way you want to be loved doesn't always work. This episode isn't about pointing fingers at your parents. It's about taking radical responsibility for who you are now. And if you've ever said, “That's just the way I am,” you might want to listen closely.Because maybe it's not etched in stone after all.FOLLOW US ON SOCIALS:Follow Thais Gibson:Insta: (https://www.instagram.com/thepersonaldevelopmentschool)TikTok: (https://www.tiktok.com/@thaisgibson)YouTube: (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCHQ4lSaKRap5HyrpitrTOhQ)Website: (https://university.personaldevelopmentschool.com/)Todd Chrisley:Insta: (https://www.instagram.com/toddchrisley)Facebook: (https://www.facebook.com/toddchrisley)Julie Chrisley:Instagram: (https://www.instagram.com/juliechrisley)Facebook: (https://www.facebook.com/JulieChrisley)Chrisley Confessions 2.0:Instagram: (https://www.instagram.com/chrisleyconfessions2.0)TikTok: (https://www.tiktok.com/@chrisleyconfessions2.0)YouTube: (https://www.youtube.com/@ChrisleyConfessions)See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Nothing Like It! Series
Clownvis rolls into the studio and immediately chaos begins. It's a Friday on The Rizzuto Show, which means zero structure, maximum tangents, and at least one topic that makes you question how we're allowed on the air. This episode of your favorite comedy podcast kicks off with Clownvis breaking down his now-viral interview with Maynard James Keenan. Months after recording it, clips from the conversation have taken off — especially Maynard's hard stance on cell phones at concerts and the unexpected pasta praise that might have cracked the notoriously guarded rock legend. We talk about how comedy disarms people, how “Serious Clownversation” works, and why sometimes a clown can get answers other interviewers can't.Then things pivot. Hard.A new poll says 2 in 5 people have cried at work. Naturally, we start sharing stories. From emotional tragedies to happy tears to hiding under studio tables in soundproof rooms, we unpack why it's more common than anyone admits. It's vulnerable. It's real. It's also immediately followed by a debate about Lent sacrifices and why Wendy's Baconators apparently take the biggest hit every year.We also tackle:– The science behind “old person smell” (yes, it's real)– Why replacing your underwear every six months might actually be a thing– The rise of solo dining and solo concerts– Things that sound impressive until you actually do them (owning a boat, running a marathon, being an extra in a movie)– A fossilized prehistoric butt discovery– Why tape makes sonic booms when you peel it– And a heroic dog rescue that temporarily restores our faith in humanityThis comedy podcast episode somehow balances weird science, emotional honesty, St. Louis energy, and absolute nonsense in the span of two and a half hours. It's daily humor, entertainment gossip vibes, life advice you didn't ask for, and a reminder that aging means you might smell different — but at least we're all in it together. If you like your comedy podcast slightly chaotic, unexpectedly heartfelt, and aggressively Midwest, this one's for you.Follow The Rizzuto Show → https://linktr.ee/rizzshow for more from your favorite daily comedy show.Connect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast online → https://1057thepoint.com/RizzShow.Hear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MO.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

America says it's cool with you being Black… until it isn't.Too dark for the white side. Too light for the Black side. And somehow, you're just supposed to figure out where you belong. This is episode 31 of Let's Get Real — and it's one of the most personal, honest, and necessary conversations I've had on this show. We're talking Black History Month, light skin identity, and what it actually looks like to raise Black children in a world that still hasn't figured out how to see them clearly.I'll say what most people won't say out loud — Black History Month shouldn't be a separate month. It should be woven into every curriculum, every classroom, every dinner table conversation in this country. We lost too much history before Dr. Carter G. Woodson built the foundation for it. But it's 2026. We need to stop treating it like a checkbox and start treating it like what it is: our shared American story.Growing up light skinned, raised by a white mother, in a predominantly white neighborhood, attending predominantly white schools in Omaha — I didn't have access to Black history at home or at school. And now I'm raising kids who are even lighter than me. So how do I teach them who they are when I'm still piecing it together myself? I'll tell you exactly what I do — and I'll be straight with you about where I fall short.Food. Travel. Conversation. Culture. That's how I bring it to my boys. We don't just eat — we learn where the food comes from, who made it, what it means. We don't just travel — we go to understand. It's not perfect. But it's real. And being real is the only way any of us get better at this.If you're light skinned, you already know everything I'm saying is true — and you're probably laughing because you've lived it. If this is new to you? Good. Go talk to a light skinned friend. Do your research. Learn outside your lane. The inventors behind so much of what you use every day are Black… and most people have no idea. That's the problem. And this episode? This is the start of fixing it.As always we ask you to comment, DM, whatever it takes to have a conversation to help you take the next step in your journey, reach out on any platform!Twitter, FaceBook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedinDISCLOSURE: Awards and rankings by third parties are not indicative of future performance or client investment success. On this episode, I speak to Hugo Alves, co-founder of Synthetic Users, about one of the most controversial topics in modern product development: using generative AI to simulate users for research and decision-making. Hugo has a background in clinical psychology and product, and has spent the past three years building a platform that generates synthetic qualitative interviews to help teams reduce risk and make better decisions. Episode highlights: What Synthetic Users actually is - generating in-depth qualitative interviews with AI-powered "synthetic" participants to help teams reduce risk and accelerate discovery Most companies don't do enough, or any, research in the first place, and they need as many tools in their locker to help with the ultimate goal: making great products. The pragmatist's view of AI - why Hugo doesn't care whether LLMs are "conscious", only whether they produce useful outputs The agentic "swarm" approach - using specialised sub-agents (planners, interviewers, critics) instead of one giant prompt to improve quality and reduce drift B2B vs B2C - why synthetic research works well in B2B contexts, and the harder (future) problem of modelling organisational dynamics Bias, sycophancy and realism - the technical concerns around LLMs and how to validate responses with pilots and human comparison studies How to use synthetic research in practice - filtering ideas, informing human interviews, and treating it as an accelerant rather than a replacement "It shouldn't exist" - the moral argument against synthetic users, reacting to UX thought leaders and their objections, and why some of those objections aren't really about evidence ... and much more. Ash Wednesday. What if Ash Wednesday is less about guilt… and more about getting real? Are we living for God — or for applause? Ash Wednesday invites us into a reality check. The ashes remind us that we are dust. The cross reminds us who our true center is. This Lent, it may be time to give up more than chocolate. It may be time to give up the act.
The Springfield School Board is a mess. One board member left a few weeks ago. After getting rave reviews last year, the superintendent resigned last week, and there's a lot of secrecy and questions about the board right now. We talk with the lone board member who seems to be on the outs with the others. Plus, Oregon's death tax is horrible. There are efforts to change that, but until that happens, what do you do? Black History Month isn't supposed to be a highlight reel of the same five names. It's supposed to be receipts. And today I'm putting you on one most people have never heard of: Annie Turnbo Malone. Before “personal brand.” Before “women in business” panels. Before folks started acting like community was a hashtag, Annie built Poro College and used business like a real tool: training, jobs, pride, and a whole ecosystem for Black women to earn and grow. This episode is about the difference between a hustle and infrastructure. Annie didn't just sell a product. She built a system and a hub. Political events. Community events. Support. Safety. A place that meant something. And if you're a business owner right now trying to hold everything together, this is your reminder: stability is power. Clarity and community aren't “soft.” They're survival skills.Watch on YouTube: https://youtu.be/fIyt0YxA-HAAs always we ask you to comment, DM, whatever it takes to have a conversation to help you take the next step in your journey, reach out on any platform!Twitter, FaceBook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedinDISCLOSURE: Awards and rankings by third parties are not indicative of future performance or client investment success. An Oregon comedian is surprised, but not shocked, when two "Friends" and co-comedians dropped out of a show over political differences. They didn't just pull out; they publicly called him the usual "Nazi" name. We're so done with this immature behavior; we thought he should come on and tell his story. Oh, and the show will go on, without the crybabies.

Most of your daily life runs on Black innovation and you don't even know the names. That's not just “history class trivia.” That's power. Because when you don't know who built the system, you don't learn how to build your own. This episode is a Black History Month Series spotlight on Frederick McKinley Jones the man tied to the refrigeration units you see on top of semi trailers. The “reefers.” The reason food can move across the country without turning into trash. The reason supply chains evolved. The reason modern life feels “easy” in ways we take for granted. And the bigger message is uncomfortable: over time, inventions go mainstream and we forget who created them. Then we forget that invention, innovation, and ownership are literally how America got built. We lose the hunger to create. We lose the respect for builders. And we start living inside systems we didn't design. So I'm challenging you in this one: be your own innovator. In your business, in your household, in the way your family runs. Write down the processes that make life smoother. Trace where they came from. Learn the history. Because the moment you understand how systems get built, you stop being a passenger in your own life.Watch on YouTube: https://youtu.be/yEvqSVMdqiAAs always we ask you to comment, DM, whatever it takes to have a conversation to help you take the next step in your journey, reach out on any platform!Twitter, FaceBook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedinDISCLOSURE: Awards and rankings by third parties are not indicative of future performance or client investment success. WATCH NOW: https://youtu.be/qsT2rAwEde4Hey family, Willie Moore Jr. here. This conversation is special… because it's real. No clickbait. No pretending. Just the truth.I'm sitting down with Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson — and we talk about the stuff most couples don't want to say out loud:• what happens when families don't approve• how to support your spouse when it's “their season” and not yours• how they protected their marriage from outside voices• counseling, communication, and learning how to argue without throwing daggers• blending a family, rebuilding life, and staying honest when you're on the come up• and Egypt's fertility journey… the waiting, the heartbreak, the surrender… and how God still wrote the storyIf you've ever felt behind… misunderstood… or like you're rebuilding from the ground up, this one is for you. Because you are not what you do. You're who God says you are.And if anything in this conversation blessed you, do me a favor: subscribe, share it, and send it to somebody who needs it.00:00 – Willie tees up the fertility question (no clickbait)00:12 – “His family didn't like me…” 19 years of pressure00:48 – Willie intro + “don't call it a podcast” (funny warning)01:57 – HGTV royalty + icebreaker: “Turning Point”03:15 – Willie's “Turning Point” story + humor/loss/laughter06:48 – Egypt explains the original show vision: “It was supposed to be US”08:27 – “Tell your own story” + pandemic pivot + filming their real life10:59 – Why their show works: story first, renovation second12:40 – Supporting a successful spouse: “If we're one, you're winning— we're winning”14:50 – Morocco moment: “Would you still say yes?”16:05 – “The doctor said no… God said yes” (timing + pregnancy surprise)17:27 – Key mindset: your partner is NOT competition19:12 – Stop being selfish + honoring each other's season20:12 – Willie calls the audience out: subscribe/comment
