Tune into the astrological trends of June 2025 with Kerry's monthly Vedic astrology forecast. With all of the planets in forward motion and set in their new spots, we feel momentum building and invitations to plant seeds and foster growth.NINE PLANETS SUMMARY SUN: The Sun keeps our focus on relationships, business, family, and communications in June. The first two weeks of June, the Sun finishes shining in Taurus, moves to Gemini on June 14th and joins Jupiter, firing up the big, warm growth engine through mid-July.MOON: The Moon is waxing in early June coming into its full point on June 11th in the intuitive sign of Scorpio, bringing inner clarity that may not translate to logical reasoning. As June progresses, the waning Moon urges us to find quiet time during busy days. Pause fully at the new Moon in Gemini which joins the Sun and Jupiter on June 25th.MARS: Mars finally blazes out of debilitation in Cancer on June 6th, where he gathers strength and strategy for a powerful Leo transit through July. While we may feel ready to hit the road at full speed, we may encounter obstacles that make us think again due to Ketu's obstructive presence in Leo. Plan ahead for potential frustration to have a proper outlet valve.MERCURY: Mercury is on the bounce in June, spanning three signs; the first week of June, Mercury is happy in Taurus. June 6 – 22, Mercury is ecstatic in Gemini joining Jupiter, and from June 22 onward through the summer, Mercury is found in Cancer. The first few weeks of June are great for organizing, multitasking, learning, and having fun!JUPITER: Jupiter is setting up his new classroom as he moves through the early degrees of Gemini, receiving visits from Sun and Mercury during June. The main thing to watch is the mutual aspect of Jupiter and Rahu which is creating a rapid rise enviroment in all of the air signs: Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius. Watch what you wish for!VENUS: Venus spends most of June in Aries, feeling the heat and getting primed for a productive time in the studio once she moves into Taurus on June 29th. This is passionate energy that can be harnessed for new projects and collaborations. June is for gathering materials, July is for creating with them.SATURN: Saturn alone remains in the watery expanse of Pisces after the dramatic events of the Spring. While most of our consciousness is on board with our new directions, realize that there is a deep process occuring beneath the waves, inviting us to integrate the lessons that have come our way over the past couple decadesHello! With the outer planets preparing to shift signs from March through May, February is our time to practice, prepare, take stock, and adjust plans.NINE PLANETS SUMMARY SUN: Sun moves from Capricorn to Aquarius on February 12th. Both signs are Saturn's territory, the Sun's known enemy. This is a tussle between what about me and what about everyone. Rather than shifting blame, practice detachment when you feel that ego swell. MOON: The full Moon at the last degree of Cancer on February 12th brings us maximum light and realizations that help us find our landing direction as we crest the tipping point. The waning Moon during late February joins the Sun in Aquarius on February 27th, asking us to clean our containers, align our desires, and mentally prepare for big changes ahead.MARS: Retrograde Mars has returned to Gemini, which could feel like a series of minor implosions as we re-visit earlier situations, but from a different perspective. Mars resumes direct motion on February 23rd, when we have the chance to change course and re-focus our agendas.MERCURY: Mercury is on the bounce in February. His upward sprint through Capricorn tops out on February 11th, when he enters Aquarius for a quick transit past Saturn, urging us to tighten belts and slow down. On February 27th, Mercury enters Pisces until May 6th for a long stretch to cover the upcoming shakedown that ramps up in March.JUPITER: As lord of the water sign, Pisces, retrograde Jupiter has been adrift in Taurus, reflecting the sloshing of transiting Rahu in Pisces. Clear guidance has been hard to come by for the past few months. On February 4th, Jupiter regains direct motion, which could lead to new resolutions and directions.VENUS: Venus entered Pisces on January 28th for an extended stay, through May 31st. Venus and Mercury will hover in Jupiter's final water sign together, each going retrograde and facilitating the outer planets' upcoming shifts. This is a call for grace and compassion at the highest levels.SATURN: Saturn's final months in Aquarius are here; mid-February will see Mercury and Sun passing into Saturn's realm, urging us reorganize our relationships with both personal responsibility and transactional expectations. Now is a good time to take stock of what has worked in the long term, and to prospect about what to carry forward for the next round of investments.RAHU: The chaHello! Read the detailed forecast at https://www.planetaryinfluence.com/forecasts/2022/Aug SUN - For the first half of August, we continue our focus on family time as the Sun finishes his tour of Cancer, a sensitive and homey environment. This is a good time to make sure your heart and mind are on the same page. As you analyze what needs to stay, go, or change, consider how both your time and space will be affected by your personal decisions. For the latter half of August, the Sun, which represents how we express ourselves as an individual, will travel through his own sign of Leo, which means that it's a great time for “me” time, for solo projects, and for celebrating life with friends. The Sun is fiery and traversing fiery territory, and with other factors involved, could be subject to unexpected situations that engender fear or frustration. Make sure to balance the heated planetary weather with personal efforts to maintain the cool and calm.MOON - August begins with a waxing Moon that becomes a full Moon in Capricorn, August 11. This could feel like a pivotal moment, caught between responsibility toward others while at the same time attempting to fulfill personal ambitions. That it may be possible to build a structure that will handle both could become evident.Through the second part of August, the Moon begins to wane, once again joining the Sun for a new Moon in Leo on August 27.This time of the month can find our reserves of mental and physical energy low. It is a good time to rest and regroup. Leo is a good environment for assessing personal satisfaction. Don't allow yourself to be talked out of going for what is really important.MARS - Mars energy is felt as power, drive, strategy, resource management and problem solving. Like the Sun, Mars can push us toward making sure our personal requirements are fulfilled. This energy has been amplified since late June when Mars moved into Aries. We should feel a shift around August 10, when Mars changes signs to Taurus, where he will spend 6 of the next 7 months.Where we may have felt driven, impatient or edgy with Mars in Aries, we may begin to use the resources and materials we've collected to improve, strengthen and beautify our surroundings. Doing our work, enjoying our food and focusing on creative pursuits, we may find ourselves calm and content. Settle in, because Mars has some good work to do in Taurus for the next couple of months.MERCURY - Mercury's condition is associated with how communications and transactions go. Until August 20, Mercury runs through Leo, which is a great time to get a clear head about self-expression, solo projects, and writing of any kind. Time to practice for performance, memorize lines, doodle until a good idea shows up, and have fun doing it. Mercury will travel through Virgo from August 20 - October 24, a similar timeframe to Mars moving through Taurus. The combination of these two transits (Mercury in Virgo with Mars in Taurus) strongly supports material manifestation of long envisioned projects. Mercury in Virgo is great for hands-on work, analytics, lesson planning, writing, harvesting and processing. Just do it, as they say. JUPITER - Jupiter's transits reflect our growth processes and potential and are associated with positive outcomes, wisdom, and purpose. From April 2022 - April 2023, Jupiter benefits many domains of lifeKerry offers private sessions and mentoring. BOOK A SESSION.Find updates on Kerry's: Web Site, Facebook, Instagram, and Email List
July 2022 Astrological Forecastby Kerry Shamblinhttps://www.planetaryinfluence.com/forecasts/2022/JulSummary: In Plain English SUN - For the first half of July, the Sun travels through Gemini, which can bring a slate of rapid changes and a demanding schedule, which could lead to exhaustion, because the Sun is very strong during the early summer months. We feel as if we can keep going and see everything there is to see—by imbibing the abundant sunlight alone. The latter half of July has the Sun moving into Cancer, which could lead us into necessary self-care or withdrawal from frantic activities that have been draining our energy. The Sun in Cancer can make us feel resentful if we are forced to serve as caretaker to others, because we feel drained from too much activity. Make plans for more relaxation, family time, and waterside fun during July.MOON - Early in July, the Moon waxes, growing stronger and becoming full in Sagittarius on July 13. When the Moon is full, our mental activity and emotional responses can become difficult to control, while our physical energy feels ample. Beware of overspeculation from July 11 to 13. Late in July, the Moon wanes and moves past the other planets, which could leave us feeling vulnerable, sensitive, and anxious. With the Sun in Cancer concurrently, this re-emphasizes the advice to schedule enough calm time for rest and rejuvenation. On July 28, the Moon joins the Sun in Cancer for the New Moon; some other influences could feel like attacks that inspire retreating into a safe space.MARS - Mars' influence during July could be hard to handle. Mars will move through Aries, which makes him very powerful, hot, and potentially aggressive. With good planning, this energy could be used to achieve great work. The unstable and amplifying energy of Rahu, which will enhance Mars' firepower this month, could manifest as sudden disruptions to ongoing operations. While it is difficult to plan for unforeseen circumstances, it is possible to be ready for anything. Don't allow frustration at unwanted change to overtake your faculties of logic. We will need all of the problem-solving magic we can get in July. Balance this very hot placement of Mars with cooling and calming activities that also create a channel for letting off physical, mental, and emotional steam.MERCURY - The winged sandal image we have of Mercury holds true this month as Mercury dashes through two signs: his own sign of Gemini for the first half of July and into Cancer for the latter half. This means that our messenger is walking hand-in-hand with the Sun for the entire month, which gives us an opportunity to really express what we are thinking and feeling on a heart-and-soul level. With the speed of Mercury, we may feel like packing in too much activity, and we may overestimate our energy reserves. Plan for a light work schedule during the latter half of July, which supports organizing, getting in touch with friends, and catching up on small tasks, communications, repairs, and projects at home.JUPITER - We are enjoying the positive and expansive vibes of Jupiter as he sails through the universal ocean of Pisces. All of the water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) are boosted by this transit through April 2023. Jupiter helps us to hold space through challenging transitions, and he reminds us to fall back on our connection with nature and divinityKerry offers private sessions and mentoring. June 2022 Astrological Forecastby Kerry ShamblinDuring the first week of June, we have Mercury resuming direct motion after a few weeks of retrograde cycle, and Saturn beginning a 6-month retrograde cycle. This could feel like shifting gears as our slow and deliberate planet, Saturn, can sometimes move things along more quickly when retrograde. Additionally, Mercury's transition back to direct motion can leave things feeling unsure or disorganized. The first half of June sees the Moon waxing, moving through the first half of the zodiac and reaching full status on June 14 in Scorpio. This could be a good time for understanding new strategies for transformation with the Moon waxing and with Mercury regaining his balance.Just after the full Moon, the Sun moves from Taurus to Gemini on June 15 for a month in Mercury's air sign. The summer solstice occurs when the Sun transits Gemini, yielding the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere, June 21. Gemini is active and could inspire journeys from mid-June to mid-July.After the Sun leaves Taurus, Venus enters on June 18. Venus rules Taurus, giving strength to the combination with Mercury. These two energetic, inspired, and enthusiastic movers will support social and business connections, creativity, communication, and networking from mid-June through July 2, when Mercury enters Gemini.Things may heat up when Mars joins Rahu in Aries from June 27 through August 10. With Aries being the first sign of the zodiac, ruled by Mars himself, we could see the spark that ignites our new plans. Rahu amplifies the energy of planets in his vicinity, and Mars tends toward power and action.Retrograde Saturn in Aquarius will aspect this combination in Aries through July 12, which provides the air that sparks need to ignite. Be careful with your actions as the summer heats up. Pay attention and keep the water jug at hand. The waning Moon joins the Sun at 14 degrees Gemini on June 28. This new Moon falls in the nakshatra of Ardra, ruled by Rahu, urging us to relax as June becomes July. The urge from all other quarters will be to move bravely ahead; do so with both courage and caution.Kerry offers private sessions and mentoring. SummaryApril 2022 brought some notable planetary shifts, with the nodal axis settling into Aries and Libra, Jupiter moving into Pisces and Saturn moving into Aquarius. Just prior to May beginning, we see Venus move to join Jupiter in Pisces, Saturn joining Mars in Aquarius and Mercury pushing past Rahu into Taurus. The final show of April is a partial solar eclipse in Aries on April 30th.The Moon waxes during the first half of May as the outer planets settle into new positions. The full Moon in Scorpio results in a total lunar eclipse on May 15th and16th, visible in Europe, Africa and the Americas.Mercury will be in retrograde motion from May 10th to June 3rd in the earth sign of Taurus. These phases can be challenging to communication and transactions due to the strong, chaotic undertone of retrograde motion. Best to slow down and triple check. From April 27th through May 23rd, there will be a beautiful and positive combination gracing the oceanic sign of Pisces, with its ruler Jupiter combining with Venus, who reaches exalted status there. Look out for positive connections with teachers and helpers while enjoying moments of profound spiritual grace. The Sun moves from exaltation in Aries to join Mercury in Taurus from May 15th to June 15th . This will move the Sun into the front of the procession of planets as they advance past the outer planets, perhaps giving the sense of moving forward with a new face after an extended period of patience.Fiery Mars also shifts signs from Aquarius to Pisces on May 16th, joining the auspicious combination of Jupiter and Venus. It is positive when Jupiter's influence can guide the power of Mars, which will continue through June 26th. Venus moves from Pisces to Aries on May 23rd, breaking the peace of the Pisces transit and trading for the passionate position of traveling through Aries with Rahu. The Moon wanes through the latter half of May, coming to join the Sun in Taurus for the new Moon on May 30th. For more details on all of these planetary movements for May, please continue listening.Kerry offers private sessions and mentoring.
