Mars has been out of bounds in Sagittarius and connecting with the outer planets, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. It's been impacting our drive and motivation, leading to feelings of overwhelm and extremes in behavior. Luckily, this week Mars entered the sign of Capricorn where he is exalted, aka feeling himself. You might feel like you can finally get some traction with your to-do list. The Sun will also enter Capricorn on Sunday, marking the winter solstice, aka one of the two days of the year when the sun “stands still” and encourages us to pause. The winter solstice is the “longest night of the year” in the Northern Hemisphere encouraging you to turn your focus inward, pull away from the hustle and bustle, at least for a few moments and connect with spirit. The New Moon in Sagittarius arrives right before that, on Friday December 19. At 28 degrees the New Moon in Sagittarius is squaring Saturn and Neptune and inconjunct Uranus. Especially so because the whole Sun/Moon/Venus stellium is square Saturn/Neptune in late Pisces just before heading into the cold, white north of old man Capricorn. For some reason I have always had this picture in my mind for Capricorn of a wise old man (like Gandalf) with a long white beard, holding a staff, and standing in the snow somewhere. Well, as you will hear in this week's Pele report I wish there was a Gandalf around these days but don't see anyone like him anywhere, do you?This disillusionment (Neptune) with external authority (Saturn for many) may very well be part of the grand plan for humanity to finally get the idea that they need to develop their (our) own authority within. What better way than to have a bunch of dufuses (an old word from childhood but I hope you get the idea) running the show! That's because this cycle often heralds the beginning a new world order. In 1947's post WWII era, this cycle begun in Leo led to the formation of NATO & the U.S.'s commitment to partner with European nations to help maintain their future security.In hindsight now, the Saturn/Pluto cycle in Libra begun in late 1982 & early 1983 reflected the growing global concern with government austerity measures (read: Saturn-ruled Capricorn's archetypal association with financial success.) That such policies were adopted during the Reagan & Thatcher years in tandem in the U.S. & U.K. fiscal “starve the beast” governmental deregulation seems obvious now. This Saturn/Pluto cycle also foresaw the dissolution of the USSR in 1989 after the new Saturn/Neptune cycle began--an event that factored strongly into the reformation of a new international global alignment since putting America at the forefront of global politics. Along with that comes the realization--a la the revelations revealed since this month's Scorpio New Moon opposite Uranus in Taurus--that race-based voter disenfranchisement is allowable in a democracy. Yep, what's come up from the Scorpionic depths that may surprise many who live here is that the U.S. is still a racist society, often protected by continued racist legal high court decisions. We have also the release now of additional Epstein information, including previously unseen photographs of high profile people such as Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Larry Summers, & more, hanging out in close contact with pedophiles Jeffrey Epstein & Ghislaine Maxwell. This as we wait to see whether more Epstein will be released by the Congressionally mandated date of December 19.Given that the Sagittarius Full Moon occurs that day, & that the Sadge Moon, Sun, Juno (the partner), & Venus all quincunx Uranus retrograde in Taurus then, it's highly likely we'll see some adjustment to which partnerships we'll continue to value into the future--& which ones we'll leave behind. Jupiter retrogrades back into Gemini on December 5, with planets moving into Sagittarius for a fiery exchange. By the end of the month, a Mercury–Jupiter sign exchange brings more clarity, even if we are still sketchy on the details or feel somewhat confused (Saturn-Neptune).Jupiter's return to Gemini asks us to review our hopes (9th house) and dreams (12th house) and communicate something more meaningful and truthful. I recently read a report that stated more and more people are posting less and less on social media platforms. This trend reflects Jupiter's transit in Gemini, where meaningless engagement no longer satisfies. When you're ready to let go of what is not your purpose, how to achieve your purpose becomes clearer. Saturn stations direct in Pisces, conjunct Neptune, moving long-term goals forward, which must include ending an illusion. Certain things are no longer sustainable, including the ‘AI bubble' everyone is worried about bursting. Mercury re-enters Scorpio and opposes Uranus on December 10, bringing more revelations. More hidden information resurfaces (Epstein files!) before a more open dialogue emerges later in the month as Mercury enters Sagittarius. We see four planets move from Scorpio to Sagittarius in December. Mars enters Sagittarius on December 7 (square Saturn), followed by the Sun (Dec 15), Venus (Dec 20), and Mercury (Dec 29). These planets are opposite retrograde Jupiter in Gemini, firing up a fight for truth. Yet Saturn's restrictive gaze may delay full disclosure.If you know your purpose, you're more likely to fight for it. However, with several planets in combustion (close to the Sun), motivation may be high, but your conviction may blind you to objective reality.The Full Moon in Taurus (Rohiṇī) on December 4 offers warmth and grounding amid uncertain changes during the first week of December, reminding us of the cyclical nature of enjoyment as a necessary counterbalance to Scorpio themes. The New Moon in Sagittarius (Mūla) on December 20 cuts to the chase, bringing both healing and confrontation, especially around family, beliefs, and long-held patterns. This occurs just before the Solstice, which is itself a turning point. As the year ends, Mercury enters Sagittarius and inspires hope and enthusiasm.

Asteroid "12 Victoria" is a large S-type (stony) asteroid in the main asteroid belt, discovered in 1850 by J.R. Hind. It orbits between Mars and Jupiter, recently, a meteor event occurred over Victoria, Australia, in August 2025, which created a sonic boom and was large enough for fragments to potentially have landed on the ground. 5th & 6th - Moon Near Pleiades NGC's 253 & 288 well placed tonight 7th - Cleomedes Sunset Rays visible on Moon 9th - Carbon Star VX And Best tonight 10th - Jupiter 4-degrees S of Moon 11th - asteroid 471 Papagena at opposition 471 Papagena is an asteroid that was discovered by German astronomer Max Wolf on 7 June 1901 12th - N Taurid Meteors ZHR=5 The Northern Taurid meteor shower, active from roughly October 20 to December 10, peaks around November 12. It is known for producing bright, slow-moving fireballs that are easy to spot with the naked eye. The shower is caused by Earth passing through debris from Comet Encke 14th - Zodiacal Light becomes visible this month 17th - Leonid Meteors this morning The Leonid meteor shower is an annual event that peaks around November 17th, when Earth passes through debris left by Comet 55P/Tempel-Tuttle. These fast, bright meteors appear to originate from the constellation Leo, which is how they got their name. Under normal conditions, you might see 10 to 15 meteors per hour, but every 33 year,.... 19th - Carbon star WZ Can best tonight 20th - Gegenshein Visible 68 Leto M=9.9 at opposition. It is a large main belt asteroid that is orbiting the Sun. It orbits at a distance of 2.78112 AU over 4.64 years and has an orbital eccentricity of 0.187. The orbital plane is inclined at an angle of 7.97° to the ecliptic.68 Leto is a large main belt asteroid that is orbiting the Sun. A look ahead at the astrological forecast for November 2025, with astrologers Chris Brennan and Austin Coppock. We spend the first hour talking about the astrology behind news stories that happened since our last forecast, such as the Louvre jewelry heist that took place on the Mercury-Mars conjunction in Scorpio, and then in the second hour we do a deep dive into November's astrology. The astrology of November features an explosive Mars-Uranus opposition at the top of the month, followed by Mercury stationing retrograde in Sagittarius conjunction Mars, and then finally late in the month Saturn stations direct for the final time in Pisces. We spend the first hour of the episode talking about the astrology behind news and events that occurred since last month's forecast, and then in the second hour we transition into talking about the astrology of September, starting at 53 minutes. This month's news discussion focuses heavily on the themes of peak reality distortion and bubbles popping, which manifested over the summer during the peak of the Saturn-Neptune conjunction, and then was accentuated in August when Mars opposed Saturn and Neptune.
