Through the middle of August, the Moon wanes, joining the Sun in Leo for the new Moon on August 22nd where we take stock, re-set, and prepare to pivot.MARS: Mars is in Virgo for all of August, leading us to take stock and regroup as we move forward deliberately into new campaigns while learning and healing from the sting of recent past lessons.MERCURY: Retrograde Mercury splashes in Cancer through August 10th, when he resumes direct motion and helps us sort our way out of snags. In this fiery episode, we dive into the astrology forecast that brings bold Leo vibes, disruptive Uranian shifts, and a potent Capricorn Full Moon asking us to boss up or back off. From Mercury retrograde drama to Venus' flirtatious move into Gemini, the cosmos are stirring up transformations in love, creativity, and power.But first—let's take a deep breath and reflect on June's energy. We'll look back at the emotional waves we rode during Cancer season, the lessons Saturn whispered while dragging its feet, and the truths revealed as Neptune began to haze and fade.This forecast is your spellbook for the month ahead, filled with key dates, ritual tips, and intuitive insights for all zodiac signs. Whether you're calling in fame, healing your inner child, or dodging retrograde messiness—this is your guide to surviving (and thriving) July's cosmic heat.

As Mars approaches Ketu in Leo, Saturn and Neptune station retrograde in close conjunction, signalling the potential collapse of major structures and the beginning of reform. We've already seen some major catastrophic events that reflect this combination. There are likely more to follow as Mars and Ketu edge closer together throughout July.Personally, this is a time of reinvention and breakthroughs. If you're trying to hold onto the way things were, you're ‘bucking the current'. Go with the flow with all of your might!Saturn's retrograde with Neptune in Pisces urges surrender, while Mars and Ketu ignite more anger and destructive impulses. Managing these intense energies is tricky. One is asking you to let go, while the other asks you to take action. These two separate impulses do not line up comfortably with one another. And yet, we must all find ways to be okay with not knowing for sure if the action we take will reap the rewards we hope for.Yet, we must act, as attempting to sit on Mars right now will only lead to more problems. Yet still, try not to fall into the other extreme, where you end up overdoing it and causing a different set of problems. Use what Mars and Ketu are both good for; that is, getting rid of problems.Globally, however, we're likely to see an escalation in attacks and the beginning of major problems. We may also see more extreme seismic activity that grabs the world's attention, adding to the many volcanoes that have already been set off.At least we have Venus in Taurus to offer some sense of comfort while all of this is going on. Yet its conjunction with Uranus, exact on July 4, may bring disruption, especially for the U.S. birthday. Also, Venus in Taurus squares Mars in Leo, which means we are likely conflicted about anything we're enjoying when we see so many shocking events.Later in the month, as Mars and Ketu get closer together, building in intensity all the while, Mercury stations retrograde on July 18, urging care in communication as emotions run high.The Sun then opposes Pluto on July 25 and adds further volatility, highlighting power struggles in governments, just as Mars and Ketu have reached their peak. Expect a major incident around this time or in the lead-up to it.Venus moves into Gemini by July 26, while Mars' shift into Virgo by July 27 brings continued pressure to systems that are just about ready to give in. That's because Mars in Virgo opposes Saturn conjunct Neptune in Pisces, demanding more precise action to address the crumbling system.Total and utter reform is the only possible outcome. However, how we get there involves a longer and more winding road than we had imagined.

In episode 488 astrologers Chris Brennan and Austin Coppock look at the astrological forecast for May of 2025! May opens with the tense Mars-Pluto opposition separating but still in close alignment, and this gets reactivated when Pluto stations in Aquarius and the Moon swings in and acts as a trigger at various points. Venus returns to Aries where it retraces its steps and begins the process of fully winding down its long retrograde period, and Mars is similarly finishing up its broader retrograde cycle as it makes its way through Leo. The most important transits this month is that Saturn moves into the sign of Aries on May 24, and this marks the beginning of a three year transit through this sign, where it will meet up with Neptune this summer and early next year. The month ends with an auspicious stellium of planets all meeting up in Gemini, which provides us with one of the best electional charts of the year. We spend the first hour of the episode talking about the astrology of news and events that have occurred since our last forecast, and then in the second half we transition into talking about the astrology of May.
