These past 4 weeks have been an experience I will never forget. I am having surgery in a day and I have been on a no fat diet since and lost 15 lbs in 23 days. I also had to find a new doctor because old doctor went MIA. I  found my strengths and weaknesses in this process with looking at everything in a positive way.
