You know the song you want to sing! My daughter has been watching The Lion's Guard on Disney + and that's probably what has subconsciously been on my mind! This quick little video is about the life cycle of a real estate transaction, super condensed. I break it up into 3 stages, and describe the tasks that are involved in that stage. Again, a super condensed version since there's more that goes on, but these are easy ways to keep track of who is where in a deal.
