Egg freezing has mostly been associated with women in their 30s and 40s, but a bunch of Hack listeners told us they're keen to get it done in their 20s. Celebrity mum Kris Jenner suggested to Kendall recently that she should freeze her eggs – she's 26 – and Mary from Selling Sunset is telling women to do it while they're young to avoid future fertility issues. The fertility freak out is real. Plus, we're being told to limit our power use, or risk accidentally sending the whole east coast into a blackout. So wtf is going on? Ashley Hesseltine and Rayna Greenberg brilliantly combine some of the best things in the world—food, sex, and TV—in Girls Gotta Eat, a hilarious and uncensored hit podcast about dating in the modern age that snags close to 3 million downloads per month and features guests like Mary Fitzgerald from Selling Sunset and comedian Nikki Glaser who we know appeared on The Circle Season 4. They're total reality junkies like us and always come with fresh TV recs…and well, since so many of the shows we talk about revolve around dating and finding love…there's a lot of crossover. Look, anyone who knows me knows of my love for reality TV. And anyone who knows anything about reality TV realises that when you get the chance to interview a bona fide Real Housewife, you jump at it. Which is why today's special bonus episode is with Caroline Stanbury. Now, if you're not versed in your Bravo TV herstory or your pre-Selling Sunset heritage, you might not have heard of Caroline. She first appeared on our screens in 2014 as one of the cast members of the (sadly) short-lived Ladies of London. Viewers were either riveted by her ice-maiden ways or really quite scared. I was one of the latter, but I couldn't stop watching. This is a woman born into privilege and old English money who went on to make her name in a completely different - and some might say, antithetical - world. Now she's back on our screens as part of The Real Housewives of Dubai.I've never interviewed anyone quite like Caroline. She is impressive almost *because of* her lack of self-reflection: she just dusts herself down and gets on with it. Which is kind of hilarious when your podcast is all about failure. But it also caused me to reflect on how rare it is to see a woman inhabit this emotional space. And I came away thinking I had things to learn from her about inner strength. This is a long way of saying: it's not a typical HTF episode. But it is a wildly entertaining one as we talk about everything from surviving divorce (and then getting married to a much younger man), failing to go to university, the loss of her first business, IVF, boarding school, the power of manifestation and yes, of COURSE, the highs and lows of reality television.Thank you Caroline - you're one in a billion.--Caroline's podcast Divorced Not Dead is available to listen to here: https://dearmedia.com/shows/divorced-not-dead/--How To Fail With Elizabeth Day is hosted by Elizabeth Day, produced by Naomi Mantin and Chris Sharp. Two reality TV obsessives discuss TV and popular culture. Just like hanging with your besties with some mescal and a eucalyptus leaf cheese platter. In summary:- There's lots of news about #MAFSAU updates with #onlyfans and #podcasts and Bruce not getting radio jobs- #Sellingsunet Chrishell wins and has a threeway hug!!- The #RHOD Real Housewives of Dubai has dropped and it's Caroline Stanbury !!!- Lots of #ladiesoflondon backstory and you really need to google this stuff, it's beyond ....- #ourfather is a dark dark tv show which K loves but he's a gross prick- Carrie Bickmore and her husband Mr Bickmore might be exhibitionists- Everything I know about love on Stan is delightful and please watch it and discuss- Turns out no-one is grating cheese during this episode
While this may be a house-heavy episode, there's still plenty to sniff. Emma awkwardly flirts, Davina stands up for herself with the same level of confidence as Bambi taking his first steps, and is Maya's time with the O Group coming to an end? Today I'm chatting with New York native, Nashville-based singer/songwriter & multi instrumentalist Nicole Serrano - whose rich, soulful voice captures you immediately, carving her own path between soul & alternative pop. You have probably already heard her music on major networks including ABC, CBS, VH1, MTV, ESPN, & Netflix on shows like Grey's Anatomy, The Good Doctor, Station 19, Younger, Selling Sunset, and more. Steeped in a deep history of worship music - she grew up in a conservative household where her dad owned a Christian book store - she was raised Christian and has performed & written for major Christian acts. She's now showing off a new side; evolving her sound & creative passion into a fuller frame of what's always been there. Today, she is debuting a new song called "Nice To Meet You." And earlier today she came out as queer on Good Morning America in an interview with Robin Roberts. In my interview with Nicole, she told me: “'Nice To Meet You' is my story of the past 3 years - and it's the most vulnerable i've ever been in my writing. But I am beyond ready. This peeks into my recent journey, revealing parts of me I've newly embraced & the parts I've thought best to leave behind, ultimately realizing that it ALL has always belonged. It's been me all along. I just can't wait to share it with you. It's so real and honest and tasty and FUN." In preparing for this interview, I've explored her music and talent and found her to be incredibly gifted - not only with a gorgeous, distinctive musical perspective, but an independent spirit to just get out and be who she is. Take a listen to “Nice To Meet You” from out recording artist Nicole Serrano, followed by my chat with the very talented singer/songwriter. You can find more info about Nicole at her official website: https://www.nicoleserranomusic.com/

Hello babies! We are breaking rank with fellow A List celebs Kim and Gwyneth and telling you not to vote for Rick Caruso. Emily got sick but it is NOT Covid, so we're chatting about some of our favorite sick day TV habits. On Wiki of the Week, we read the Wikipedia page for "Channel Drift," the gradual shift of a television network away from its original programming, to either target a newer and more profitable audience, or to broaden its viewership by including less niche programming. Basically like how this podcast used to be about something other than Selling Sunset.
Today we present a LONG-awaited post!!! This episode is a couple of weeks old, but big things have been happening and we're excited to get back into the swing of things!! The Christine Quinn debate continues as Selling Sunset comes to a close alongside the end of The Ultimatum - two Netflix shows we will be campaigning for, for years to come!!! Also our entire Met gala breakdown from Maeve's in-person perspective and Anna's fyp :) Blake Lively has once again taken the crown and Maeve thinks Shawn Mendes deserves more hype! Give this one a listen.
Jana talks real estate, relationships, and much more with Jason Oppenheim from “Selling Sunset” on Netflix! Welcome back to The Viall Files, Going Deeper edition! Today we are joined by TikToker and Comedian, Erika Priscilla, as well as her fiancé, Scott! On this episode we dive deep into the shocking reunion of Selling Sunset, where we react to the tears (real and fake), talking about how public breakups don't always need a public explanation, and when is it too soon to call someone the love of your life. We also get back into some Bachelor Drama and react to Tayshia's reaction to a social media comment, and talk about the pros and cons of reading what people have to say about you online. We then bring on two callers to our Office Hours segment! Our first caller struggles after a drunken hookup. Despite ending well, our caller wonders what to do after being left on read after sending a very direct and honest text. Our next caller wonders how to deal with a boy with very convenient excuses for being unavailable for dates. Now she's stuck debating if windsurfing is a viable excuse and maybe if her being too direct may have given this guy the ick. “The disrespect he gave is the closure.” Please make sure to subscribe so you don't miss an episode and as always send in your relationship questions to firstname.lastname@example.org to be a part of our Monday episodes. If you would like to get some advice on Office Hours send an email to email@example.com with “ Office Hours” in the subject line!
