Megan is living proof that food cures! Before she found a balanced lifestyle the worked for her, she struggled with her health, body image issues, and an eating disorder. After college, and doing her first food cleanse, she decided to take control of her body through the food she chose to fuel it with, and in doing so learned to love herself. Today, Megan is co-founder of Curry Girls Kitchen, a family cooking meal service based out of Southern California. With her mom, Peggy, the Curry Girls are a mother and daughter duo who bring families to the table with their simply delicious recipes. They specialize in family cooking, gluten free living, dietary challenges, and recovery for families of all ages. They believe wholeheartedly that food is love bringing families together and making the kitchen table the heart of every home. They're are all about seasonal, local farm fresh ingredients and they regard taste as being equally paramount to the ingredients they use. They believe simple preparation allows for stress-free, enjoyable cooking, that lets ingredients shine through. They encourage you to slow down, connect with your loved ones, and feel the nourishment and love in food.

Jennifer Killian was raised in California but truly found herself and her love for the outdoors in Utah. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of AndShesDopeToo, an outdoor women’s collective based in Ogden,UT. She started her journey in 2015 with her husband and business partner Taylor. Her goal was to create a community for women in the outdoors that removed all aspects of comparison and competition. Through Jennifer’s drive and passion, ASDT has become a world-wide brand, hosting multiple large scale camping experiences, intimate backcountry retreats, local meet-ups and The Lady Wild Film Festival. Jennifer enjoys the excitement and unpredictable life of entrepreneurship and gravitates to those who are passionate about making a difference, adventure, and giving back. Her greatest success on top of AndShesDopeToo is being married to her husband of 11 years and their 3 outdoor loving children. AndShesDopeToo was recently awarded an Ogden Heroes Award for Best Community Group in Ogden at the Indie Ogden Awards.

Mindy Scheier is the founder of the nonprofit, Runway of Dreams Foundation. Prior to launching the nonprofit, Mindy spent over 20 years working in fashion as a key member of the design team for the INC collection and stylist for Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City. Mindy’s career path took a new direction when her son Oliver, who has a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy causing physical disabilities, wanted to wear jeans to school like his friends. That night, she used her background in design to adapt a pair that not only met his needs, but increased his confidence. She soon realized that millions of people around the globe were also struggling to access fashionable clothing. She used her experience in fashion to develop modifications — including magnetic closures, adjustability of waistbands, pant and sleeve lengths and alternative ways to get in and out of the clothing — to meet a wide variety of needs within the differently-abled community. After pounding the fashion pavement, Runway of Dreams collaborated with Tommy Hilfiger on the first ever-mainstream adaptive clothing line for kids in Spring 2016. Founded on the basis that clothing is a basic human need, the Runway of Dreams Foundation develops, delivers and supports initiatives to broaden the reach of mainstream adaptive clothing and promote the differently-abled community in the fashion industry.
