One match. One trophy. One chance to make Arsenal history.Arsenal are one game away from completing a season that has already delivered Premier League glory. In this Champions League Final Preview, Elliott, Justin and JJ prepare for the biggest European match in Arsenal's history as Mikel Arteta's side travel to Budapest to face reigning Champions League holders Paris Saint-Germain. The panel reflects on the magnitude of the occasion, where this fixture ranks among Arsenal's greatest matches, and what it means to arrive at the final as Premier League champions and unbeaten in Europe. The discussion revisits Arsenal's journey to Budapest, from an unbeaten League Phase campaign through the knockout rounds, highlighting the standout moments, performances and players who have carried Arsenal to the biggest stage in club football. The conversation explores where Arsenal can hurt PSG, how the midfield battle may develop, and whether the wide areas could ultimately decide the destination of European football's biggest prize. There's also a special Champions League-themed Six Pack, counting down six of Arsenal's most memorable European nights before the panel debates team news, predicted lineups, selection dilemmas and potential game-changing substitutions. Finally, the hosts make their Champions League Final predictions, discuss the possibility of extra time and penalties, and share what victory would mean for Mikel Arteta, Martin Ødegaard and Arsenal supporters around the world. Budapest awaits.Up The Arsenal.

One more game. One more moment. One more trophy lift.Arsenal head into the final Premier League game of the season with the title already secured and a first league crown in twenty-two years confirmed. Before attention shifts elsewhere, this episode stays firmly in the present and looks ahead to one final league outing away at Crystal Palace — and everything that comes with trophy lift day. The conversation opens with the season's final round of Who Am I? before moving into the wider Premier League picture and a final set of prediction calls. Liverpool's closing-day atmosphere, the noise surrounding Arne Slot, Brentford's season, and the tension surrounding Tottenham and West Ham all feature as the hosts reflect on how strange final-day football can become when scoreboards start to matter as much as the pitch. There is also a special Six Pack celebrating six iconic Arsenal trophy lifts — from Patrick Vieira and the Invincibles to Tony Adams, Wembley memories and the anticipation of Martin Ødegaard preparing to lift the Premier League trophy. A reflection on moments that helped define eras and what this title means in the wider story of Arsenal Football Club. Then attention turns to Selhurst Park. The hosts discuss whether Mikel Arteta should prioritise rhythm or rotation, balancing a final Premier League performance with what comes next. There is conversation around team news, the freedom that comes with pressure removed, Arsenal's defensive discipline this season, and whether lifting the title changes how this team plays. The episode closes with reflections on players who have carried Arsenal through different eras, what this title means emotionally, and who the hosts are most looking forward to seeing lift the trophy when the moment finally arrives. Champions of England. One final league game remains.Chapters:(00:00) - Arteta's Non-Negotiables & Intro(00:18) - Show Setup & Final Day Preview(01:56) - Who Am I? Arsenal travel to the Etihad for what is framed throughout as a defining moment in the Premier League title race, with Manchester City positioned as the immediate challengers and the pressure context explored in detail. The episode opens with early weekend fixtures, including Newcastle vs Bournemouth and Chelsea vs Manchester United, before moving into a themed Six Pack focused on Arsenal players who moved to Manchester City and the broader context of that period.Attention then shifts fully to Arsenal vs Manchester City, with a detailed breakdown of the league situation, recent form, and how both sides arrive at this fixture despite contrasting narratives. The discussion explores Arsenal's recent results, City's dropped points, and how perception differs from the underlying numbers.Squad availability becomes a central theme, with injuries and fitness concerns around key Arsenal players contrasted against a largely fit Manchester City group. The conversation also looks at managerial approach, including Mikel Arteta's external messaging and how it compares to Pep Guardiola's handling of high-pressure moments. The episode then moves into lineup uncertainty, positional debates, and how Arsenal might structure their attack and midfield depending on availability. This leads into a wider discussion of the title race implications, including differing views on what a result — or defeat — would mean for Arsenal's chances.Historical parallels, momentum shifts, and the psychological weight of the fixture are explored before closing with final expectations and framing the match as a defining test within the season. The episode concludes with the Who Am I answer and a final look ahead to the match.Chapters:(00:00) - Arteta's Non-Negotiables & Intro(00:18) - Show Overview & Manchester City Preview Setup(00:52) - Who Am I Game(01:53) - Newcastle vs Bournemouth Predictions(05:22) - Chelsea vs Manchester United Preview(08:41) - Six Pack: Arsenal to Manchester City Transfers(11:29) - Six Pack Reactions & Fan Perspective(13:27) - Arsenal vs Manchester City: Match Context & Stakes(15:30) - Injury Concerns & Squad Availability(18:20) - Tactical Approach Debate: Press vs Control(19:52) - Can Arsenal Defend for 90 Minutes?(22:38) - Set Pieces & Corner Effectiveness(24:33) - Arteta Management Style Discussion(26:24) - Does Form Matter in This Fixture?(27:37) - External Pressure & Narrative Context(29:22) - Lineup Debate & Selection Questions(32:03) - Title Race Impact: What If Arsenal Lose?(34:41) - Historical Perspective & Momentum Discussion(38:11) - Confidence vs Reality Debate(40:39) - Final Thoughts & Match Expectations(41:43) - Who Am I Answer(44:02) - Outro & Post-Match Plans

Jeff contrasts the buttoned-up energy of iConnections with the beach-side vibes of Future Proof and asks whether meeting managers face-to-face actually improves allocation decisions or just introduces new biases. He digs into Florida's great hedge fund migration and whether the tax savings actually pencil out, breaks down why the last five years have been historically brutal for bonds and what that's meant for managed futures globally, and tackles AI's deflationary potential, the "ghost GDP" thesis, and the governance question of letting a handful of private companies set moral guardrails for systems increasingly doing human jobs. On the lighter side, Jeff shares his experience racing Switzerland's legendary Inferno downhill and closes with a definitive ranking of public hand-drying solutions. Between Wembley and Tuesday: Arsenal vs Southampton FA Cup Quarter-Final (Match Preview)The Non-Negotiables Podcast returns with a shift in structure — shorter, more frequent episodes designed to bring sharper focus across the week — as Arsenal head into a pivotal FA Cup quarter-final against Southampton. With the international break finally behind us, attention turns straight back to the football. Southampton arrive in strong form from the Championship, setting up a tie that demands respect despite the gap in divisions, and raising early questions about how seriously this competition can be taken at this stage of the season. The episode opens with a quick reset following the break and an introduction to the pod's new format, before moving into this week's Who Am I? — featuring a familiar connection between Arsenal and Southampton. From there, the Six Pack revisits some of the most memorable meetings between the two sides, from chaotic title-race moments and Boxing Day shocks to iconic performances that helped shape Arsenal history — including a breakthrough night that signalled the arrival of a club legend. The focus then shifts fully to the quarter-final itself. With a congested schedule and major fixtures looming, the discussion explores how Mikel Arteta might approach this tie — balancing the pull of Wembley with the realities of the Premier League run-in and Champions League commitments.Squad availability and uncertainty sit at the centre of the conversation, with returning players, fitness concerns, and limited options in key areas all influencing potential line-up decisions. The episode works through different structural possibilities, including how Arsenal might adapt in midfield and attacking roles depending on who is available. There's also a closer look at how individual selections could impact the team's overall control, build-up, and attacking threat — particularly in a game where rotation feels necessary, but risk remains. As the preview develops, the conversation naturally widens into a bigger question: what does this competition represent for Arsenal right now — opportunity, distraction, or something in between? The episode closes with the answer to this week's Who Am I? and a brief reflection on the balance between chasing silverware and managing the demands of the season ahead.Wembley calls — but Tuesday waits.Chapters:(00:00) - Arteta's Non-Negotiables Intro(00:45) - PSA: Pod Format Change(01:52) - Post-International Break Reset(02:39) - Episode Overview(03:16) - Who Am I? Travels With Randy Route 66 Episode 11 is here! Oklahoma Part 2 - Who Is The Modern Day Will Rogers? Route 66 and Round Barns The podcast hosts discussed their travels along Route 66, specifically focusing on Oklahoma and approaching Tulsa. They explored the history of round barns, with Beth explaining that the circular shape was built to withstand tornadoes and provide space for barn dances. The conversation included personal anecdotes about barn dances from Bubba's experience at University of Illinois and a discussion about Sadie Hawkins dances, with the hosts noting they would need to ask Beth about the origin of Sadie Hawkins. Route 66 Oklahoma Landmarks Discussion Bubba and Randy discussed historical landmarks along Route 66 in Oklahoma, including the Arcadia Round Barn, which was built in 1898 for tornado resistance. They explored the history of small towns along the route, including Wellston, which experienced a legal challenge due to a realignment that bypassed the town. Randy noted that while Wellston has a notable dinosaur statue, it is not on the realigned Route 66, and advised travelers not to miss any significant sights by skipping the town. Route 66 Centennial Planning Discussion The discussion focused on Route 66, with participants comparing different states' implementations of Route 66 signage and experiences. They noted Oklahoma's successful coordination through their Historical Society, while Texas was criticized for lacking consistency. The main news shared was that their podcast had received certification from the federal Route 66 Centennial Commission, allowing them to use the official Route 66 shield in their materials. They discussed creating a calendar to showcase the various events planned for Route 66's 100th anniversary and agreed to reach out to local historical societies for event information to share with their community. Photography Planning and Techniques Discussion Randy discussed plans to photograph Chandler and Davenport, mentioning a bowling alley with old gas station logos and plans to take evening shots to capture neon signs. The conversation then shifted to photography techniques, where Randy explained his practice of removing people and power lines from photos to focus on the subject. The discussion concluded with a debate about AI-generated photography and content, with both speakers agreeing that while AI can enhance photos, using it to create misleading content is problematic. Route 66 Travel Journey Discussion The discussion focused on a Route 66 travel journey, with detailed descriptions of stops including Tammy's Roundup Cafe in Davenport and the Rock Cafe in Stroud, which was inspired by the character Sally Carrera from the movie Cars. The conversation highlighted architectural features along Route 66, particularly the Googie style, and included a brief exchange about Art Deco and Streamline Modern design elements. The discussion ended with plans to continue exploring additional Route 66 locations in future episodes. Route 66 Drive-In Theater Discussion Randy discussed Oklahoma's Route 66, highlighting the state's numerous small towns and the challenges of following the original 1926 route, which is often dirt or abandoned. They described visiting a renovated drive-in theater in Sepulpa, which has been updated with Art Deco styling and offers accommodations like Airbnb trailers. Bubba shared his own memories of drive-in theaters, including seeing movies like Six Pack with Kenny Rogers and Herbie the Love Bug, and expressed interest in potentially renovating a drive-in to make it more modern and appealing to younger generations. Route 66 Museum Visit Discussion Randy shared his experience visiting the Heart of Route 66 Auto Museum in Sepulpa, Oklahoma, highlighting the town's efforts to preserve its Route 66 history and charm. Sepulpa, with a population of about 23,297, is situated southwest of Tulsa and has become Randy's favorite town along the route due to its well-maintained buildings and Route 66 attractions. Bubba inquired about Sadie Hawkins, leading to an explanation of the character's origin in the comic strip "Lil Abner" and how the tradition of Sadie Hawkins dances emerged. The conversation also touched on the Joad family from "The Grapes of Wrath" and their journey along Route 66. Tulsa Route 66 Experience Randy discussed his experience traveling through Tulsa on Route 66, noting how the city maintained better historical references to the route compared to other larger towns they had visited. He highlighted the well-preserved bridge over the Arkansas River, which now serves as a walking bridge, and the Cyrus Avery Park that celebrates the "father of Route 66." Randy shared plans to share photos from their visit, including a statue depicting the transition from horse-drawn carriages to cars, which symbolized the impact of Route 66 on small towns. Route 66 Tulsa Coverage Plans The discussion focused on Route 66 travel experiences in Tulsa and upcoming coverage plans. Randy shared details about exploring different Route 66 alignments in Tulsa, recommending the modern alignment (26 to 36) for efficiency or both routes if time permits, as the alternative route creates a longer 10-15 mile loop. Key stops discussed included the Blue Whale in Catoosa (built in 1972), Claremore's connection to Will Rogers, and plans to cover Chelsea and other towns before reaching the Kansas border. Randy also mentioned plans to share photos from these locations later in the week and upcoming coverage of the White Oak to Commerce section. Travel and Podcast Discussion Randy and Bubba discussed their recent travels, particularly focusing on Randy's visit to Chelsea, Oklahoma, where he searched for a mural under a bridge but was unable to find it. They also explored the historical connections between Will Rogers and Gene Autry, and debated who might be the modern-day equivalent of Will Rogers in terms of universal appeal and talent. The conversation concluded with updates about their podcast "Travels with Randy," which now has nearly 33,000 members on Facebook, and they discussed potential future content including exploring the origin of the term "cougar." What do you do after you've literally run around the world? For Isaiah Photo, apparently, you wake up at 5 AM every single morning, jump into an ice bath, and spend 75 days trying to get a six-pack. This is the kind of unhinged, disciplined, borderline-beautiful chaos that Isaiah Photo lives in. You might know him from his 10 million YouTube subscribers, or from that video where he attempted a marathon in high heels. But today, he's back on the show to discuss his 75 Hard Challenge, aka Operation Get Isaiah a Six Pack. With all the humor, Isaiah is a legit runner. He successfully ran a marathon in cheap budget shoes. And outside of stunts, he is a highly competitive runner. He recently set a personal best of 2:41:54 at the Chicago Marathon. He has also attempted a sub-4:30 mile. At the end of the day, running isn't just about miles or minutes or podiums. It's about the version of yourself you're willing to fight for: even when it's 5 AM, even when the ice bath is waiting, even when your next marathon is on a different continent and you're running it in a pair of shoes that absolutely were not designed for 26 miles.Tap into the Isaiah Photo Special. Episode 176 – Legion Of Goon: Arsenal's Defensive Wall Shuts Down Brighton as City Drop Points in the Title RaceArsenal head to the south coast and leave with three crucial points after a controlled 1–0 win away at Brighton. With Martin Ødegaard unavailable and William Saliba a late withdrawal, Mikel Arteta's side are forced into changes — but the response is a composed, resilient performance built on defensive authority and intelligent game management. The hosts break down Bukayo Saka's early opener, Brighton's rare attacking moments, and how Arsenal's back line — led by David Raya, Gabriel and Piero Hincapié — quietly took control of the match. The conversation turns to Arteta's substitutions, the tactical adjustments that shut the game down, and why Arsenal were able to limit Brighton to almost nothing after the hour mark. There's also plenty of reaction to Fabian Hürzeler's pre- and post-match comments about Arsenal's game management, as the hosts debate the growing narratives around Arsenal's style of play and the constant scrutiny surrounding the team's set-piece threat. The title race also takes a dramatic twist as Manchester City drop points against Nottingham Forest, sending the Arsenal dressing room into celebration and raising fresh questions about how the run-in could unfold. In Part Two, the hosts dig into the ongoing debate around Arsenal's set-piece dominance, why the conversation has become such a talking point across the league, and whether clubs should simply adapt rather than complain. The episode then looks ahead to Arsenal's FA Cup trip to Mansfield Town, discussing potential rotation, youth opportunities, and how Arteta may manage the squad with a huge run of fixtures approaching — including Leverkusen and the Carabao Cup final. There's also another round of the Prediction Game, a new edition of Justin's Six Pack, and a broader discussion about why Arsenal's cup games have felt very different to the pressure cooker of the Premier League title race.A big week, a massive defensive performance, and a title race that might just be turning Arsenal's way.Chapters:(00:00) - Arteta's Non-Negotiables & Intro(00:53) - Brighton Review & Team News: Saliba Out, Ødegaard Missing & Starting XI(02:08) - 0–1 | Saka Breakthrough & Verbruggen Goalkeeper Error(04:02) - Penalty Debate: Martinelli Grab & Havertz Challenge(05:12) - Arteta's Game Management: Havertz, Trossard & Calafiori Subs(06:45) - Hincapié, Raya, Gabriel & Timber Praised in Defensive Masterclass(09:31) - Match Stats Breakdown & Brighton's Lack of Threat(10:07) - Substitution Timing & Tactical Impact(11:55) - Fabian Hürzeler Complaints & Pre-Match Mind Games(15:26) - Brighton Crowd Atmosphere & “Only One Team Playing Football” Claim(16:28) - Title Race Moment: Man City vs Forest Reactions(20:49) - Dressing Room Celebrations & Arsenal Momentum(24:03) - Bernardo Silva Complaints & City Frustration(25:25) - Run-In Discussion: Everton, Bournemouth & Etihad Context(28:10) - Defensive Structure Returning & Arteta Tactical Adjustments(30:52) - Pressing Without Ødegaard & Havertz(31:49) - Mental Test & Role of Home Fans(36:02) - PT.2: Set Piece Debate & Media Narrative(38:26) - Corner Grappling, VAR Checks & “Ben White Rule” Discussion(45:52) - Chelsea Corner Routines & Premier League Set Piece Trends(47:53) - Why Every Club Needs a Set Piece Coach(49:08) - League vs Cup Games: Which Are More Enjoyable?(50:52) - European Perspective: Arsenal Tactical Influence(53:54) - Cup Run Possibilities & Fixture Congestion(57:48) - Prediction Game: West Ham vs Brentford(01:00:20) - Spotlight Game: Wrexham vs Chelsea(01:03:21) - Justin's Six Pack: Top Things To Do In Mansfield(01:06:20) - Mansfield Preview & Expected Arsenal Rotation(01:09:14) - Midfield Selection Issues & Youth Opportunities(01:13:31) - Martinelli vs Trossard Debate Continues(01:17:31) - Final Thoughts on Squad Rotation & Competition Priorities

In this Live in the Tribe, I answered some real-world gym questions that a lot of people deal with but don't always talk about. We covered what to do when someone at the gym is giving unsolicited advice (or acting like a know-it-all), how lean you actually need to be before you earn the right to bulk, and when it's time to stop cutting.I also break down training fasted vs fed, whether flexing between sets actually does anything, how to handle sore elbows from deadlifting, building visible abs the smart way, and how I approach training after injuries like tendonitis or even broken ribs.If you train hard, want to build muscle, and stay injury-free while managing real life, this one will help you think about it all a little smarter. And if you want to transform your body, message me the word "Coaching" on IG at Tomthetrainerfitness, Facebook at Tom Mouland to book a Free Strategy Call to apply for coaching.Have the best day ever! Most people think getting rich is about saving harder or finding the next hot stock. It's not. It's about owning things. After 15 years on Wall Street, I learned the hard way that the wealthy don't get there by trading time for money or chasing tickers. They build ownership in boring, cash-flowing businesses that most people overlook. In this episode, I break down the exact investment framework I use today: just three categories I actually care about, why I ignore single stocks and hot tips, and how private business ownership became my unfair advantage. We dive into why Buffett doubled his money at 20% per year while the S&P did half that, why leverage magnifies your mistakes more than your wins, and why volatility isn't risk — not knowing what you're doing is. But this isn't theory. It's applied finance from the trenches. You'll learn:• Why the market is more concentrated and leveraged than almost any point in modern history• How to think like Buffett: buy businesses, not price movements• Why inflation and AI are quietly eating your W2 income while you sleep• The difference between speculation and actual investing (and why most people confuse the two)• How one woman bought six pack-and-ship stores while keeping her tech job• Why Charlie Munger said the best businesses don't require you to be a genius to run them• The three types of risk in every deal: product, market, and execution• How to negotiate by understanding the seller's incentives, not just your own• Why speed and ownership are the only real hedges against what's coming If you're tired of watching your salary get chipped away by inflation, or if you've ever wondered how people actually build wealth without a finance degree or a trust fund, this episode will change how you think about money, ownership, and what it actually takes to win in 2026. Also hi I'm Codie and I run an investment and advisory firm that helps you buy and build businesses. Every year we do one 3 day virtual workshop to help you find, finance and learn to do deals live.
