Everything is cyclical. In the nature, there are balancing forces (Satva plus Rajas) and destabilizing forces (Rajas plus Tamas). When destabilizing forces on the raise, we have to be Patient, Pray and continue our good practices. (PPP)
Actions come from knowledge. Knowledge can be right or wrong. We need to seek right knowledge. And we need cognitive change. Then practice the right things for empowerment. Knowledge and practice are like two wings of the bird.
Comparison is due to sense of incompleteness which inturn is due to Ignorance. These are wrong programs, which needs to be re-written.
External success and Inner well-being.
We can help ourselves or we can harm ourselves. Our Mind can be our friend or mind can be our enemy. Know the fallacies of the mind!
