In dieser viel beschworenen Zeitenwende stellt sich die fundamentale Frage, ob das internationale Recht stark genug ist diesem Sturm zu widerstehen, oder in Zukunft einfach das Recht des Stärkeren gilt.Wolfgang Kaleck, einer der international renommiertesten Menschenrechtsanwälte, argumentiert in dieser Streitschrift, dass Völkerrecht und Menschenrechte nicht zur Disposition stehen dürfen, gerade weil sie im Kern, trotz aller Ambivalenzen, Erschütterungen und Rückschläge, einen immensen Fortschritt auf dem Weg zu einer gerechteren Welt darstellen. Er erinnert nicht nur daran, dass der Traum »vom ewigen Frieden« aus dem Trauma des Krieges geboren wurde, sondern zeigt, wie notwendig es gerade jetzt ist, an diesem »utopischen Projekt« festzuhalten, welche Reformen des internationalen Rechts und seiner Institutionen es stärken könnten und wie und mit wem wir gemeinsam dafür streiten können.Wolfgang Kaleck gründete 2007 die Menschenrechtsorganisation European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) in Berlin und ist seitdem deren Generalsekretär. Er ist Autor mehrerer Bücher u. a. von »Die konkrete Utopie der Menschenrechte« (2021) und »Law versus Power« (2018). Die Logistikbranche steht vor großen Herausforderungen – insbesondere beim Thema Fachkräfte. Gleichzeitig bleibt sie in vielen Bereichen eine Männerdomäne: Nur rund 22 Prozent der Beschäftigten im Bereich Verkehr und Lagerei sind Frauen, bei Berufskraftfahrerinnen sogar deutlich weniger. Beim geplanten SpaceX-Börsengang an der Nasdaq werden langjährige Indexregeln gelockert: Der Mindest-Free-Float entfällt, die Wartezeit bis zur Index-Aufnahme verkürzt sich deutlich, und auch die Profitabilitätspflicht für die Aufnahme in den S&P 500 steht zur Disposition. Bei einer angestrebten Bewertung von 1,75 bis 2 Billionen US-Dollar diskutieren Tobias Kramer und Stefan Waldhauser, was diese Änderungen für Nasdaq 100- und S&P 500-ETFs – und damit für ganz normale Depots – bedeuten, und ob sich die Bewertung von SpaceX über Umsatz, Cashflow und realistische Margen überhaupt rechtfertigen lässt. Dazu zwei Updates zu Ideen aus dem Januar: Bei der Handwerker-Plattform Angi führt der angekündigte komplette Neubau des Plattformmodells samt ausgesetzter Guidance zu einer klaren Entscheidung – Stefan Waldhauser verkauft mit deutlichem Verlust, während Tobias Kramer investiert bleibt. Bei der Beteiligungsholding IAC, die sich gerade in People Inc. umbenennt, geht es um Aktienrückkäufe, den MGM-Anteil und die Frage, wann sich ein jahrelanger Bewertungsabschlag endlich auflöst. Die Leitfrage der Folge: Wo trägt die Marktstimmung – und wo das Management?

In dieser Folge spreche ich mit Dr. Carl Phillip Tüllmann-de Lima, bei GP Joule Connect verantwortlich für den Bereich Commercial Vehicle and Fleet Charging. Charly, wie er in der Branche bekannt ist, gibt einen ehrlichen Einblick in den aktuellen Stand der Ladeinfrastruktur für E-Lkw in Deutschland – mit allen Fortschritten und den Stellen, an denen es noch klemmt. Wir starten mit der Frage, wie sich die Stimmung in der Speditionswelt verändert hat. Noch vor einem Jahr war Elektromobilität im Schwerlastverkehr für viele ein Reizthema. Heute öffnen sich Türen, die Mautbefreiung zeigt Wirkung und immer mehr Unternehmen rechnen ernsthaft durch, ob der Umstieg für sie funktioniert. Charly beschreibt, wie GP Joule Connect dabei vorgeht: vom Netzantrag über das Ladekonzept bis zur Frage, wie viele Ladepunkte ein Depot tatsächlich braucht. Dabei wird schnell klar, dass nicht jedes Projekt aufgeht. Charly benennt offen die drei größten Kostentreiber: Netzanschlüsse mit teils sprunghaft steigenden Baukostenzuschüssen, Tiefbauarbeiten bei Neuversiegelung und die nach wie vor hohen Lkw-Preise. In einem konkreten Beispiel aus Nordhessen verdoppelten sich die Netzanschlusskosten innerhalb weniger Monate. Besonders spannend wird es beim Thema Betrieb und Service. GP Joule Connect hat die eigene Servicemannschaft verdoppelt und setzt auf Redundanz in der Ladeinfrastruktur – vom zusätzlichen Ladepunkt bis zum KI-basierten Monitoring. Charly sagt klar: Wenn die Ladesäule nicht funktioniert, verliert die Branche das Vertrauen der Spediteur:innen. Darüber hinaus sprechen wir über einen Aspekt, der oft unterschätzt wird: Die Elektrifizierung verändert nicht nur den Antrieb, sondern ganze Betriebsabläufe. Disposition, Fahrer:innen und Facility Management müssen eingebunden werden. Einige Unternehmen stellen bereits Energiemanager:innen ein, die Ladezeiten und Stromkosten optimieren. Am Ende zieht Charly eine Art Zwischenbilanz. GP Joule führt eine interne Ampel für die wichtigsten Rahmenbedingungen – von der Serienverfügbarkeit der Trucks bis zu den Strompreisen. Fast alles steht auf Grün. Was fehlt: mehr öffentliche Lkw-Ladepunkte auf der Langstrecke und schnellere Rückmeldungen der Netzbetreiber. Ein Gespräch, das zeigt, wie pragmatisch die Branche an dem Thema arbeitet – und wo es politisch noch Nachholbedarf gibt.

She serves as the director of the Pilsen Food Pantry, the Foundation's largest program. From an early age, Dr Figueroa recognized the dire effects of poverty and discrimination on Chicago communities. She became a family physician in the hopes of serving marginalized populations. For over 2 decades, Dr Figueroa has worked as an academic physician and is currently a professor and the director of community engagement in her department. With her students in mind, Dr Figueroa built the nonprofit to provide experiential service learning and allow community based participatory research. In the summer of 2023, Dr Figueroa sponsored medical students for the creation of a free health clinic for uninsured people in the Pantry's building. Dr Figueroa has received numerous awards for her teaching and advocacy work. In 2024, she was given an Illinois Academy of Family Physicians President's Award and in 2025 Dr Figueroa was honored with the STFM Advocate Award.
