In this video I share a personal story that brought the Three Principles to life in a whole new way. I explore how stress moves through us when we let it, what happens when we pause, and why calm is always just a thought away. Most of us think stress comes from the deadlines, delays, or demands around us but it doesn't.In this video, I share a personal moment that reminded me: stress isn't in the event, it's in our thinking about it.This insight changed everything for me and it might for you too.Let me know what it brings up for you. From Surviving to Thriving is a reader-supported publication. Feeling pressured to decide something right now? In this video, I share what I've discovered, through experience, reflection, and the Three Principles, about how clarity really works. From the fear of making the “wrong” choice to the duality trap of A vs. B thinking, this conversation explores how decisions often unfold naturally when we stop trying to force them. You'll learn why urgency isn't guidance, why uncertainty is okay, and how sometimes… the best decision is no decision, at least for now. From Surviving to Thriving is a reader-supported publication. Caught in decision paralysis? Ever find yourself wide awake in the middle of the night trying to solve problems you invented in your own head? That was me earlier this week. My mind was busy holding onto unhelpful, uncomfortable thoughts. I was caught in a familiar loop of trying to fix what wasn't even real.At some point, I started silently breathing in the word “let” and breathing out the word “go.” It helped me get back to sleep, but more than that, it reminded me how easy it is to turn letting go into another task on our to-do list.Especially for high-achievers with loud inner critics, letting go can start to look like battling the voice in your head, trying to silence or suppress it. But resistance only fuels the fire. Trying to fix our thoughts by thinking harder just deepens the exhaustion.Real letting go does not come from force. It comes from insight. What shifted everything for me was seeing how my thoughts were showing up in my body.Tightness.Tension.Restlessness.Noticing that helped me move from resistance to realisation. I didn't need to fight my thinking. I just needed to see that I was holding something that wasn't helping.Letting go is not a doing. It is what happens when you see clearly where your experience is coming from. Not the world. Not your circumstances. But your state of mind in the moment. From resistance to realisation. That is the power of insight. If this resonates and you're ready to move beyond overthinking and inner struggle, I invite you to book a Thriving Life Clarity Call. Let's explore what's possible when you stop trying to fix and start seeing differently. From Surviving to Thriving is a reader-supported publication. If purpose has started to feel like a heavy question you need to answer before you can move forward, this carousel is for you. But what if that belief is actually the thing keeping us stuck? This session offers a different view.It explores how purpose isn't a fixed destination or identity. It's something that reveals itself moment by moment, when you're present to what's real and honest right now.If you've felt pressure to figure it all out before moving forward, this is for you.You don't need to find your purpose to live it. There was a time when everything felt personal, every comment, every silence, every mistake. I felt like I had to be “on” all the time. But when I started to see that I didn't need to take every thought or feeling so seriously, everything softened. In this video, I'll explore how high-achievers fall into the trap of self-evaluation and what becomes available when we gently shift our attention away from ourselves and back into life. The other day, I got lost on the way to my hair appointment—not because I didn't know the way, but because I listened to the wrong voice in my head. My inner critic told me to take the "longer" route, even though my inner knowing had already given me the right answer. The result? I was late. This is exactly what happens in life, too. Your inner critic is predictable—it always shows up just as your inner knowing does. It plants doubt, makes you second-guess yourself, and keeps you stuck in overthinking. In this session, I'll show you how to recognise the BS patterns of your inner critic so you can stop letting it derail your decisions. Where has this happened to you? Let's explore together.
