Stress is so common in today's society. At the same time, I think there is often a misunderstanding of the cause. In this episode, we explore the real cause of stress.
I used to have a very busy mind. I still do at times. Meditation used to be something I thought I needed to do to have a quieter mind, not that it made much difference in the rest of my day. In this week's episode, we explore the freedom that comes from seeing how thoughts and feelings are pure imagination. 100% of the time.
In this episode, I share a poem that I came across in the midst of our infertility journey when life felt hopeless, and I felt worthless. It sparked something in me. It evoked a deep desire to play full-out in life and not have any regrets. To stop getting in my own way. It is called The Invitation. It is an invitation for you to be fully you and create a life of passion and purpose.
Criticism can cut deep. Particularly if it is unfair. It can trigger us unnecessarily. Being sensitive to it can keep us in a state of tension. In this episode, we explore why this is the case and how you can stay calm and in your power in the face of unfair criticism.
We all need someone who's got our back. Who believes in us more than we believe in ourselves. Who picks us up when life feels tough. Kids can start to think there is something wrong with them when they compare themselves and/or their lives to others. I know I did. In this episode, we explore how we can let go of that belief, regardless of life experiences that try to reinforce it.
What would happen if you could truly KNOW you are OK, and will be OK whatever happens in life? In my experience, my mind and body relax. In this episode, we explore the idea of innate wellbeing and how we can recognise it within ourselves more easily.
I drifted through my corporate career. I may have drifted up the organisation chart, but I didn't have a conscious goal or idea of what I really wanted for my career or life as a whole. When I started to explore what I really wanted, I realised I needed to change direction in a big way. In this episode, we explore what drifting is, why we do it and what we can do to consciously create the life we want.
In my experience, people-pleasing leads to chasing a feeling of contentment and fulfilment and never achieving it. It's an exhausting treadmill that is fuelled by low-level fear and anxiety of being judged or rejected. In this episode, we explore how to free yourself from being a people-pleaser, bringing more ease and flow into your life and body whilst still being a kind and caring person!

I help clients create the family they crave, the work-life balance they want, and the success they want. In this episode, I help you explore whether you may have Imposter Syndrome and how you can let it go!
Are you all in? This may seem like a silly question when often personal development can become all-consuming. Whether it's the career, baby or learning to have less stress. But at the same time, we often are not all-in, we are not playing full out in committing to honouring our heart's desires, despite any fear. Can you be all in and for it not to be all-consuming? I believe you can. In this episode, we explore what being 'all in' really means.

When we peel away the layers of thoughts and beliefs, one of the core beliefs that most of my clients have, and I had and still have from time to time, is not being enough. In this episode, we peek beyond the veil of this story to explore what it means to KNOW you are enough.

We are often brought up not to be big-headed. I often get clients to 'boast' about how great they are. They can't do it! They list facts, but it feels like boasting. One thing I have had to learn is that claiming our gifts isn't about being better than someone else. "The more space we take up in the world, the more we give others permission to do the same." Jacob Collier. My coach shared this poem with me. It really spoke to me. I want to share it with you so you can know you have gifts for the world. The more you share them, the more flow comes to you and the more you feel alive to life. Cargo by Greg Kimura You enter life a ship laden with meaning, purpose and gifts sent to be delivered to a hungry world. And as much as the world needs your cargo, you need to give it away. Everything depends on this. But the world forgets its needs, and you forget your mission, and the ancestral maps used to guide you have become faded scrawls on the parchment of dead Pharaohs. The cargo weighs you heavy the longer it is held and spoilage becomes a risk. The ship sputters from port to port and at each you ask: "Is this the way?" But the way cannot be found without knowing the cargo, and the cargo cannot be known without recognizing there is a way, and it is simply this: You have gifts. The world needs your gifts. You must deliver them. The world may not know it is starving, but the hungry know, and they will find you when you discover your cargo and start to give it away.

Purpose brings meaning. Purpose is the key to motivation. Positive psychology says a purposeful life is the highest level of happiness. So, how do you find your purpose? In this episode we explore how you can go beyond your edge to where the magic of your life lives.

In this episode we explore how we are powerful creators, creating all the time whether we realise it or not. The more we see it, the more we can harness the power to create more of what we want.
This week we look at an episode from the archive. Life can often feel unfair or a series of circumstances we have to endure. In this episode we look at how we can feel more empowered and like a creator despite our circumstances and limiting beliefs.

One from the archive (Sept 23) this week. We spend more time thinking than is useful. A lot of my clients agree they are ‘over-thinkers' and can benefit from a calmer mind. When we have a calmer mind we get clarity, perspective and our innate wisdom can kick in. This brings more ease and flow as we navigate life. In this episode we explore how you can do that by recognising the two types of thought and spending more time in the more useful one!
Some time ago, I shared my favourite meditation, so I thought it was about time I shared it again. This is a meditation I recorded myself based on meditations I found powerful in helping me connect to a feeling of peace, well-being, and love—a feeling of being HOME. Enjoy coming home where you are safe, loved, and welcome, and not alone.
I have spoken in the past about why I am not a fan of affirmations. In this episode, I explore why that is the case and how you can go beyond affirmations and connect to your innate worth, confidence and well-being without trying to persuade yourself of anything.
