Ein besonderer Dank geht an unser Team, mit dem die Zusammenarbeit hervorragend funktioniert und das einen großen Teil des Erfolgs ausmacht.Wir schwelgen in Erinnerungen. Chris' kreative, aber aufwendige Ideen, die von Alex wieder eingefangen werden: Er neigt zu spontanen, aber komplexen Projekten, die letztendlich nicht immer umgesetzt werden.Wir wagen einen Ausblick in das Jahr 2024. Was wir uns wünschen und was spannendes geplant ist.Chris‘ Vision fürs nächste Jahr. Störende Prozesse eliminieren, wie z.B. ewig lange Meetings, damit sie weiterhin so einen guten Job machen können. Zu viele feste Termine sind der Killer für die Kreativität. Ist es sinnvoll, wenn jeder jedem einfach Termine in den Kalender stellen darf?Apropos Termine: Wie komisch sind eigentlich Videocalls? Zig Augenpaare, die gleichzeitig eine Person oder sich selbst anschauen. Warum wir Telefonanrufe bevorzugen und wie und warum wir unsere Termine anders legen als viele Großunternehmen.Wir sind jedenfalls freudig gespannt auf das neue Jahr und hoffen, ihr auch.Folge uns beim hoffentlich (spannenden) Schwelgen in Erinnerungen und beim Pläneschmieden fürs nächste Jahr. Da die letzte Ausgabe von Around the Verse mal wieder ein paar interessante neugikeiten bereit hielt fange ich mit der im ersten Kapitel in dieser Episode mal an. Danach geht es direkt weiter mit Calling all Devs und im dritten Kapitel kümmere ich mich um Reverse the Verse. Bei Reverse the Verse hat uns the man himself Chris Roberts diverse Fragen beantwortet die ich persönlich sehr spannend fand. Besonders die Änderungen des Flugmodells, was Chris aktuell noch nicht gefällt hat mir die Idee gegeben über Chris Vision noch ein wenig extra zu schwafeln was das vierte Kapitel dieser Episode darstellt. Wie sonst auch gilt heute wieder, dass ich keinen Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit erhebe und durchaus das eine oder andere falsch interpretiert haben kann.
