Our guest today is the embodiment of talent and perseverance. She's a Jane of all trades, best known for being a DJ, photographer and model. Welcome to the show DJ Don't Touch My Hair
DJ “Don” was shot and killed on October 3rd 2016. His death was originally called in as a suicide by the monster that pulled the trigger.Since day one the detectives bungled the investigation and even with hard evidence and many witnesses, a failed polygraph test, the person of interest changing his story of what happened that day many times, 911 telling person of interest that called in the suicide to move the gun, the fact that DJ was texting several people the time he was shot begging to get out of the home as he stated “he was going to end up dead there and that it would save his life”, the fact DJ was right handed but was shot in the left cheek, no forensics testing done what so ever and much, much more evidence pointing to the contrary, it has been ruled a suicide.

This past Sunday, Avi Buffalo brought an assortment of instruments into WKNC's studios for a special acoustic performance and short interview. The band is best known for its 2010 hit, “What's In It For,” and the band is once again busy at work. They've recently released a 7" featuring “How Come,” a new single. Check below for their acoustic performance of this track as performed in our studios, as well as an unreleased track, “Won't Be Around No More.” An interview with DJ Don of Time follows, where you can hear the band discuss touring Europe (it's really old), influences, and the struggles of touring!
