It's a story of relentless struggle, of facing rock bottom time and time again. But instead of succumbing to defeat, Michael rose from the ashes, fueled by a fierce determination and an unbreakable spirit. His story is one of resilience and redemption, a testament to the power of the human spirit. As you delve into the depths of his story, you'll feel the weight of each crushing setback, the sting of betrayal, the crippling pain of loss. But you'll also feel the sparks of hope, the flames of passion, the unwavering courage that kept Michael pushing forward. You'll meet a man who is flawed and imperfect, yet undeniably captivating and relatable. A man who has walked through fire and emerged with a heart of gold. Through his powerful words and magnetic presence, Michael will ignite a fire within you, awakening your own inner strength and inspiring you to embark on your own transformative journey. He'll show you that even in the darkest of times, there is always a glimmer of light, a path to fulfillment and purpose. His story is a testament to the fact that rock bottom is not the end, but a steppingstone towards a brighter, more fulfilling future. So come, join Michael Molthan - M2 The Rock on his journey. Let his story envelop you, stir your senses, and ignite your soul. Let him show you that no matter how many times life knocks you down, you can always rise stronger and more determined than ever before. Let him be the rock that anchors you, the light that guides you, and the inspiration that empowers you to overcome any obstacle and embrace your true potential.   Michael Molthan's mission is to elevate the concept of "Rock Bottom" by sharing his personal, heart-wrenching experiences. Through rebuilding the "Spirit, Mind, and Body," he strives to reach every soul in need. But when this delicate balance is thrown "Out of Order," our lives become consumed by chaos and confusion. With vivid descriptions and raw emotion, Michael's words will grip you, leaving a lasting imprint on your heart and mind. His characters are not mere caricatures, but multi-dimensional beings that will captivate your senses and leave you wanting more. Prepare to be moved, to feel deeply, and to experience the power of a truly character-rich voice. Michael's message is not just a story, it's a journey of transformation that will resonate with you long after the final page is turned.   Michael Molthan fearlessly delves into the depths of his traumatic past, unafraid to confront the demons of his addiction to drugs, alcohol, and work. On his acclaimed talk show, The M2 The ROCK Show, he fearlessly interviews individuals who have overcome their own struggles and emerged as inspiring figures with remarkable stories. With every word, Molthan evokes a visceral response, drawing on all senses to paint a vivid and complex portrait of his guests and their journeys. His powerful and character-rich voice compels listeners to feel deeply, and to be moved by the strength and resilience of the human spirit.   For over 20 years, Michael Molthan was THE Luxury Homebuilder in Dallas, Texas - The Park Cities and beyond. He was the envy of all, with a thriving business and a reputation that seemed untouchable. But then it all came crashing down. The once mighty Michael Molthan found himself at rock bottom. He had succumbed to the allure of drugs and alcohol, and his life spiraled into a world of crime and chaos. In just four years, he had racked up an astonishing 27 mugshots, a shocking downfall for someone who seemed to have it all. As he faced the consequences of his actions, Michael's world crumbled around him. He was about to enter a place he swore he would never go: prison. And with each passing day, his once unbreakable spirit was shattered into a million pieces. But this is not just a story of downfall and defeat. This is a story of redemption and resilience. Michael Molthan's journey through darkness and back is a testament to the human spirit and the power of second chances. It's a story that will evoke strong emotions and leave you breathless.   Addiction consumed Michael's every waking moment, numbing the pain of a dark childhood trauma that he kept hidden deep within. It was his temporary escape, his coping mechanism, his only solace. But little did he know that his addiction would lead him to a place he never imagined - a prison cell. Locked away, with nothing but time on his hands, Michael turned to reading and writing for solace and found himself connecting with fellow inmates who couldn't read or write. He poured his heart and soul into helping them, giving them a voice, and finding purpose in his own life. Then, on that fateful day - October 13, 2017 - a miracle happened. Michael was released from prison two years early, before completing his sentence. As he traveled the long 300-mile journey back to Dallas, Texas, he knew he had to face Judge Jennifer Bennett. He had to turn himself in and face the consequences of his actions. But something incredible happened when Michael stood before Judge Bennett. For the first time, she saw the miraculous change that had taken place in his life. She saw a man who had been broken, now standing tall and strong. And in that moment, she made the decision to pardon him, telling him to go and "pay it forward." And that's exactly what Michael Molthan has been doing for the past seven years. He has been paying it forward, using his own experiences to help others who are struggling with addiction and trauma. Through his powerful storytelling and his unwavering dedication, Michael has become a beacon of hope for those who have lost their way. His journey may have been filled with darkness, but Michael has emerged into the light, ready to guide others towards their own paths of healing and redemption. And that, my friends, is the true power of the human spirit.   Get ready to be inspired, challenged, and transformed by the dynamic voice of Michael Molthan. As the host of The M2 THE ROCK Show, Michael's passion for self-improvement, spirituality, health, and mind is contagious. With a rapidly growing audience, this show and podcast have become one of the most sought-after resources in the country. But Michael's impact doesn't stop there. He is also the accomplished author of two powerful books, "300 MILES - Memoir of Michael Molthan" and "Today, I Realize - Daily Devotional 1st edition," set to release in 2025. As a public inspirational speaker and certified master life coach, Michael's expertise and insight continue to touch and transform lives. But what truly sets Michael apart is his profound belief that "Everyone Is An Addict." This bold and thought-provoking message will challenge you to rethink your own beliefs and perceptions, evoking strong emotions and inspiring real change. Get ready to experience Michael's character-rich voice, as he guides you on a journey of self-discovery and growth. FGC Philosophy #80. Stream Excerpts pt 1. I recently did a live stream and while playing Guilty Gear: Strive, I had a conversation with some of the people in chat. That inspired me to take that stream and cut up the conversation. In this conversation we touch on several topics, one of which, being guilt from playing a character that the FGC widely may consider over-powered, annoying, etc. The concept of feeling discouraged from playing a character because your peers don't approve of that character.   In our own way, many of us have experienced something similar. We feel pressured to make a change because the people around us don't approve of our choice. In that spirit, I hope you enjoy this episode and as always please leave your thoughts in the comment section or reach out to me on social media!   Support me on Patreon!: https://www.patreon.com/Philocypher Subscribe to my YT channel! : https://www.youtube.com/thephilocypher   Bookshelf Free Trial to Audible: www.taviannapier.com/audible Gief's Gym 3rd edition: www.taviannapier.com/giefsgym3   My Gear Camera: http://amzn.to/2ochLMM Microphone: http://amzn.to/2p1olKZ   Online Tournaments - www.taviannapier.com   Social Links: www.facebook.com/philocypher www.twitter.com/ThePhilocypher   To reach me for a free coaching session or other inquiries contact me at tavian.n.napier@gmail.com

Why isn't Gief a part in Final Fight or in Saturday Night Slam Masters...because they are both the same character #analysis!

Welcome to Episode 37 of Heroes Three! This week we mark our return with a very Carlos-centric episode. We discuss Street Fighter II Movie from 1994, directed by Gisaburo Sugii.Download the Episode Here!Check us out on social media - Twitter Instagram FacebookGrab your favorite H3 GIFs here - Heroes Three GiphyCheck out some of the art from the show by Carlos and Warren here - Kung Fu Carlito on TeepublicTHE INFLUENCE OF STREET FIGHTER II MOVIE ON THE GAMESThere are a good handful of ideas that originated from this film that would then be adopted by Capcom for use in the games. Since we are a podcast and most of it is visual I thought we'd collect them here as a companion to the episode.Ken MastersKen's look in the flashbacks of the film were an influence on his look in 1995's Street Fighter Zero/Alpha, which narrative takes place before SF2.Beautiful art by Bengus aka CRMK aka Gouda CheeseCammyCammy's animated debut has her sporting this striking cloak. When Capcom included her in the roster of their world colliding crossover X-Men vs Street Fighter in 1996 they thought it would be fitting to use in her introductory animation.ZangiefCammy and 'Gief must have the same tailor, although the color choice is much more fitting for him if you ask me. When Zangief steps into the arena he's sporting a crimson cloak. It looked so cool they let him keep it for his reintroduction to the series in 1996's Street Fighter Zero/Alpha 2.M.Bison (Dictator)Up until this film the main villain of the series, M.Bison in the US, was portrayed with a more traditional muscular build. He really bulked up with the rest of the cast for this movie.M.Bison from SF2' by my favorite Capcom artist, Kinu Nishimura. In the Street Fighter Zero/Alpha games he adopted that bulky look and would stay that way for quite some time.Street Fighter Zero/Alpha art by Bengus aka CRMK aka Gouda CheeseAkumaAkuma or Gouki in Japan is the secret final boss of Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, and here he is in the film! A nice Easter egg for those with keen eyes, Akuma made his video game debut not more than 6 months before the movie's release. Fun fact, this cameo was actually cropped out of the original Renegade Home Video VHS release in the US!This Street Fighter Zero/Alpha artwork by Bengus aka CRMK aka Gouda Cheese is definitely inspired by Akuma's big break on film.Ryu vs Sagat introThe dramatic encounter between Ryu and Sagat in that stormy field was turned into one of my favorite fighting game backgrounds in Street Fighter Zero/Alpha 2. It only shows up on special occasions and can only be selected by inputting a code at the character select screen!Capcom Sound Team Alph Lyla!A nice group pic of Alph Lyla including Yoko Shimomura, composer of Street Fighter 2!Capcom's in house sound team/band, Alph Lyla worked with the development of SFII Movie, and one of their songs is in the film! Kizutsuki Nagara or Grow Enraged When Injured plays during one of the flashback scenes of Ryu and Ken.Alph Lyla also adapted the main song from the film, Itoshisa to Setsunasa to Kokorotsuyosa to or Love and Kindness and Strong Heart and placed it into Street Fighter Zero as a secret scenario where you can recreate the final battle from the film! Here's the song sung by Ryoko Shinohara.A game based on a movie based on a game...Capcom adapted the movie into a full motion video game for the Sony Playstation and Sega Saturn. There really isn't much to the game, you view scenes from the film as a Monitor Cyborg and click on selected scenes. What is kind of cool is that at the end of the game you actually get to play as said Cyborg. He is a reskin of Ken from Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo and plays exactly the same. Here's a fun combo video of him by combo master desk. There are some extra animated scenes exclusive to the game up until the recent Discotek Blu-Ray release. Speaking of, if you enjoyed this article and don't have that yet GO BUY IT!Next episode of Heroes Three we will be covering the insane Wong Jing film Future Cops! If you're familiar with Street Fighter and Future Cops you should know why. See you then!- Carlos

His content has helped me improve tremendously so I wanted to dive deeper into his mind and learn about the author of Gief's Gym. In the latest addition to his FGC Philosophy I interview r/StreetFighter moderator Joe Munday. He's known as the author of Gief’s Gym, a guide to learning Street Fighter V has gained great popularity in the FGC for it’s detailed and systematic approach to learning to play SFV. In this discussion, we talk about how the lack of effective tutorials inspired Munday to create Gief’s Gym, to explain elements of the game that may be second nature to the pros–but confusing to beginners or even intermediate players without some guidance.   Support me on Patreon www.patreon.com/philocypher   Social Media Links www.twitter.com/thephilocypher www.youtube.com/thephilocypher http://taviannapier.com Bookshelf Free Trial to Audible: www.taviannapier.com/audible Gief's Gym 3rd edition: www.taviannapier.com/giefsgym3 My Gear Microphone: http://amzn.to/2p1olKZ

Good Grief with Cheryl Jones

People experiencing serious mental illness are likely to suffer numerous losses; of family, jobs, stability and security. How can they be supported to identify their own goals and move towards accomplishing them, even if their condition cannot be fully managed? How do we maintain faith in their human capacity for change and growth within their own context? Psychiatrist William Tucker learned through his relationships with clients in the field that no matter what the diagnosis, they had goals and aspirations. His job, as he saw it, was to accept the person as is and listen carefully for what they dreamed of. In the process, he had the satisfaction of his patients finding their way and, in some cases, bringing some healing to their difficult life trials. And he learned valuable lessons about our shared humanity, regardless of our personal struggles!

Dr. Katie Eastman is a Transition Life Coach and Licensed Psychotherapist who supports people before during and after serious loss to rediscover their feelings of love and peace and redefine their pain as purpose.  One of her first assignments as a medical social worker was to support a high school senior who had been told he was dying and that the cancer he so valiantly fought was going to end his life. This encounter forever changed the way Dr. Katie Eastman has worked for almost thirty years. Jason DeBusk was a football star, a scholar, popular, intelligent and a compassionate young man. He had everything and he had cancer. Katie helped him, his family, his team and the community that grew to support him deal with the impact of his life and death. She made a promise that she would share his story and that of the involvement of his community. Jason was an old soul, wise beyond his years. He was a leader with a contagious universal loving nature and 26 years later he is remembered by classmates as someone who made a difference in their lives.  Dr. Eastman formed a charity in Jason's name in Maine where she supported dying children and their families. It was through this transformative work she learned the power of grief as a catalyst to discovering purpose.  Now in WA state, she brings spiritual tools acquired from her work with Jason and other dying children and teens to her clients off all ages as a Transition Life Coach and psychotherapist. Currently, her charity Children's Palliative Care Community. CPCC,  provides gas and food cards to families with severely ill children. Continuing to support the needs of these children, Dr. Eastman is beginning to implement a unique volunteer program that works with teens providing services to these same families. She is also a co-producing a feature film about the life of Jason and her book, "Connect Now" will be available in 2016.

This episode of Pneumatikos will explore Job's chronic and disheartening spiritual grief.  Even faced with the interpretations of his misery by his counselor friends Job never capitulated to their particular schools or theorectical overlays about his personal grief narrative. Their theories, thought filled with self-congratulory wisdom were too narrow and filled with conclusions about why Job was suffering.  They never bothered to hear Job; they wanted Job to confess that their theories were correct, and accept their treatment wounds. In the end, Job knew that he would be vindicated and he therefore never agreed their arrogant assessments of his powerful, albeit misunderstood spiritual life.
