Ladies, in a given 24 hours, some people can't even comprehend how you are able to achieve all that you have to do. There are so many roles that we have to uphold as women and though it may bring joy- it can sometimes be overbearing. Truthfully! Sometimes you simply are drained or discouraged sometimes both at the same time.In this Episode, Keelay Carter, wife, mother, CEO, full time worker and entrepreneur speaks about her journey and how she is able to live into her purpose. She reminds us to embrace our story and flaws and use this to fuel all that we desire to get done. Through her journey of going to therapy, using her obstacles as a stepping stone, and embracing her imperfections- she has inspired thousands of women around the world through her lifestyle brand for women. When using the term "balancing", please note that it differs because no one day looks alike. However, one thing that is in our control is how we choose to show up in the world and may the many listeners today be inspired to live a limitless mindset. Ladies, take a moment to breathe and acknowledge that we are doing many things, great things, and that there are women all over the world who encourage you as you continue to RISE!Our Guest: Keelay Carterwww.keelaycarter.com @keelay_carterOur Host: Christian B. This might be it for a while for me. I'm about to innovate and pop some more things off in the near future that I need focus squarely on right now. Any time you want to get at me, leave a message here or hit me up at www.myspace.com/djsmoothkool. This is the forth (but most definitely not the last) installment of The Neo Soul Experience series. This is one of my favorites thus far. I tried not to mess with it too much but I did have to flip a couple of songs, DJ Smooth Kool style. Before I go, I just have a few words on behalf of DJs. Most people do not realize that a DJ (Kool Herc) is what started what we know as Hip-Hop. If it wasn't for a DJ a lot of what goes on today wouldn't be happening. But, DJs get the least amount of respect in the industry. Why is that? We craft our skills so much, it looks easy to everybody else so nobody wants to pay good for standing behind a table all night while everybody else drinks and mingle. Then when everybody is either sitting at a restaurant, laid up, or sleep, we are just unloading the gear that we loaded, unloaded and loaded again. Sooooooooo, BIG UPS and mad PROPS to all of the DJs out here in the Universe doing your thing. Keep doing what we do. And to all the artists, keep doing what ya'll do. You see??? We need each other. This goes out to the DJ The clubs get crunk of the songs that we play Please hit play and see what he or she say If they on Fire, hit the replay DJ...........................Smooth Kool Playlist follows: 1. This was quite literally one of our sickest shows to date. By that we mean that both Menace and Montana were suffering serious illness which had escalated beyond traditional man-flu. Getting through more Kleenex than they did when Lisa Sparxx was on the show, Montana and Menace still had the energy to talk in depth with: Mobb Deep's Havoc steps onto the show twice to talk about his 2009 projects as well as Prodigy and the up and coming Mobb Deep album Legendary artist Esham joins us live from a cold snowy gas station to deliver an in depth exploration of his career - even the difficult questions are covered on this one! Fresh emcee Fashawn rides into the studio and shows the world why he is one of the most anticipated artists of recent years. Production duo Keelay & Zaire make a graceful entrance and discuss all of their future plans and hopes for the next 12 months. We did consider never podcasting this show due to our obvious illnesses throughout the broadcast and constant "pity me, I'm a man with a slight cold" type drivel - but we felt that the interviews and music just had to be relived.

One score and two weeks ago, Annie and Colleen brought forth onto this continent a new podcast, conceived in hilarity, and dedicated to the pursuit of silliness.
