This week, Colin and Ryan tackle three of the show's best episodes and do it in less than three hours! That, plus the redemptions of Butters, the truth about Kendall and a compelling argument for the LoVe of it all. It's pretty epic ;)
A LONG TIME AGO ON VERONICA MARS: Helen’s hatred of the incorporation plot turns out to be JUSTIFIED as Woody Goodman uses it as an excuse to fuck over Keith! He can’t take his own unconscious young woman to the hospital, so a reluctant Keith has to do it. But then Woody tells the papers that she was Keith’s unconscious young woman, and you don’t sell out a Mars without your big plan for incorporation failing - UP YOURS, Woody! Also having beef with Woody is Lucky the janitor, who is stalking Gia Goodman as a result. The prom is cancelled, so Logan throws an alterna-prom in his hotel suite, which is an opportunity for everyone to get dressed up, get drunk, and get romantic with each other - Loganica 2.0???? Oh, so close! But no. Join Jenny Owen Youngs and Helen Zaltzman to investigate Veronica Mars season 2 episode 20: Look Who’s Stalking, and probe such mysteries as the artworks in medical premises, dates to the batting cage, party pigs, and the many talents of Krysten Ritter. This week, we’ve got Look Who’s Stalking, which is a reference to Look Who’s Talking, the 80s movie about the inner monologue of babies, which I thought starred Steve Guttenberg. I was really excited about that until I realized I was thinking of Three Men and a Baby, another 80s movie about babies that starred Steve Guttenberg. However, Look Who’s Talking stars Meg's favorite Bruce Willis, so while it has nothing to do with Steve Guttenberg, it’s not a total loss for us. Anyway, this is the years, continents, bloodshed speech episode. And you know we got lots to say. In this week's episode, we're investigating the alterna-prom, Woody is really living up to his name when he awakes to himself next to a passed out naked woman in the midst of his election, a little break in Long Con so we can adore Logan and Veronica's "epic" moment. As we approach the season two finale, we want to let you take part. Give us a call and leave a message with your thoughts on season two and the ending - or text us - and we will add it to the final episode of season two! 312-798-9243

Just when you thought it was time to put away childish things like dolls and do something grown-up like put on fatigues and pretend war for a bunch of old white dudes, movie studio executives come beckoning with insane demands like putting out another sequel less than a year since your last entry! Such is the strange and sad tale of Don Mancini's CHILD'S PLAY 3, a Bop n' A Tragedy if there ever was one! With only mere months to throw together a script, cast, and film an entire movie from scratch, it's a testament to Mancini's talent that Chucky and Andy's third bloody tango is worth watching, examining, and appreciating! With themes of toxic masculinity, adulthood, and the friggin' coolest haunted house put on film, there's plenty of charm to be found in this trilogy capper before the big tonal reboot! Thank you to Rachel for commissioning this episode! Man, we've got some threads beginning to come together here and yet I still can't quite get the shape of things. Obviously there's something majorly shady and sinister about Woody Goodman, but I can't decide if it's a personal thing or if it's organized with someone else. Then there's the whole thing with Veronica finding out she's got Chlamydia, and I'm really fucking mad at Duncan because I think that he slept with Kendall after all and gave it to Veronica. I'm so disappointed in him. Thanks so much for listening, and I will see you soon with a new episode!

This Episode: Veronica Mars (UPN) - Mars vs Mars vs Look Who's Stalking
Alli and Mary talk one of Veronica Mars' most quoted, classic episodes: season 2's Look Who's Stalking. We are all high school all the time here, folks--it's prom season! Before we can get to that, though, we have to be thoroughly skeeved by Woody Goodman as he and Gia are stalked by creepy-with-a-secret janitor Lucky. After that, we get alternaprom and Logan's big "I love you, Veronica" speech. Lives ruined, blood shed. Epic!
Johnny’s being followed, and its by his least favourite of all the monsters of the borough… a child. And not just any child, a ghost child that has the power to follow him everywhere! Will Johnny... A seven-part sitcom about a zombie private detective.
Umlo leads the party toward the sounds of his deceased sister's voice as the journey deeper into Minderhal's Valley continues. We're beginning to think that there might be something suspicious about Woody Goodman. This week, Look Who's Stalking (2.20)!

Its time for us to go to Alterna-Prom! I'm sure other things happened during "Look Who's Stalking," but we mostly want to talk about Veronica, Logan Echolls, & his Epic speech. And his white tuxedo. And Veronica's teary elevator ride. We're less happy (rimshot!) with the legal shenanigans in "Happy Go Lucky," and we're still a little baffled by the Terrence Cook storyline and unenthusiastic about Lucky Dohanic. Its fine, though, cause we'll just listen to "I Hear the Bells" to get happy again.
