Die beiden verlieren sich aus den Augen und für Mike beginnt auf dem Berg in eisiger Kälte die Ungewissheit über Sylvias Verschwinden bis er sich ihren Tod eingestehen muss. In dieser Folge erzählt uns Mike von seinen extremen Grenzerfahrungen, worin der Reiz dieser Leidenschaft liegt und wie es ist mit dem Verlust seiner Tourpartnerin und der Frage nach der Schuld umzugehen.
