Despite repeated media claims that “17 intelligence agencies” confirmed the collusion, these documents show that no such consensus ever existed. Victor Davis Hanson breaks down how this deliberate misinformation campaign damaged Trump's 2016 campaign, his transition, and his presidency, while undermining U.S. credibility on the world stage on today's episode of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words.” “ There's news about the Tulsi Gabbard release of documents, alleging that Barack Obama and our top intelligence head had conspired to create a false narrative that Donald Trump was, essentially, a Russian asset. “ But the problem is that, as I'm speaking, there's going to be new information. And these other subordinate intelligence directors that work variously for Clapper or Brennan are going to come forward in saying, ‘We found nothing. Clapper knew it. Brennan knew it.' And what will Clapper and Brennan say? That ‘we knew it, but we lied,' or, ‘We knew it and they told us to—Obama told us to lie,' or, ‘He lied. We lied.' It's not going to be pretty.”

See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

UFC 316 is in the books, and despite the MMA community feeling somewhat indifferent about the fight card on paper, the most recent UFC pay-per-view event delivered big moments, and certainly a lot to discuss in the fallout — including dominant championship finishes for UFC champs Merab Dvalishvili and, the UFC's newest titleholder Kayla Harrison. On an all-new edition of Between the Links, the panel reacts to UFC 316, Dvalishvili's sensational performance against Sean O'Malley, and discuss if Dvalishvili is the bantamweight GOAT, and if not, what he needs to do to get there. Additionally, topics include Harrison's submission win over Julianna Pena to claim the women's bantamweight title, how massive the potential fight with Amanda Nunes is after their staredown on Saturday night, Patchy Mix losing a lopsided decision, his reaction to the loss, and where the performance ranks in letdowns for UFC debuts, UFC Atlanta, PFL Nashvillie, and more. Merab Dvalishvili continued his dominate run in the Bantamweight division with his submission victory over Sean O'Malley at UFC 316 in a title rematch. He continues to get better with age and the fellas ponder how he can be stopped. Kayla Harrison claimed the Women's Bantamweight title defeating Julianna Peña via submission. Amanda Nunes could be next for Harrison in a highly-anticipated superfight. Patchy Mix made an underwhelming UFC debut against Mario Bautista. Is this proof that there's a huge gap between the UFC and every other MMA promotion or was Mix just outmatched? Plus drama with Keyshawn Davis after he didn't make weight and was stripped of his title when his match against Edwin De Los Santos was canceled. To top it off, he was ejected from the arena where his brother Kelvin Davis had just fought against Nahir Albright, after allegedly assaulting Albright post-match. Can Keyshawn Davis ever recover from this dreadful weekend? And Dana White revealed that Jon Jones already accepted the fight against Tom Aspinall. Will the fight actually go down this calendar year? Daniel Cormier gives you his INSTANT REACTION live from the octagon to UFC 316 in Newark, New Jersey after an incredible night of fights. Merab Dvalishvili capped the night with a submission victory over "Suga" Sean O'Malley in the main event. DC says Dvalishvili beat the best version of O'Malley, who looked significantly better than in their first fight at The Sphere. Kayla Harrison submitted Julianna Peña in the co-main event to become a UFC champion, and immediately following her win she called out women's UFC GOAT Amanda Nunes and the two faced off in the octagon! Cormier breaks down the Nunes vs. Harrison fight and why that is one of THE BIGGEST WOMEN'S FIGHTS in the history of the UFC. Gibbs-White has been linked to Man City but could he end up at Arsenal this Summer? To Buy Wolfie a Coffee Click Here: https://buymeacoffee.com/forestfantv Forest Fan TV brings you a blockbuster transfer update as Arsenal have joined the race to sign Nottingham Forest's star midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White this summer, adding to interest from Manchester City! The 25-year-old England international, who notched seven goals and ten assists in the 2024/25 Premier League season, has caught the Gunners'. Wolfie dives into whether Gibbs-White wants to leave the City Ground after Forest's qualification for the 2025/26 Europa Conference League and if financial pressures, like past PSR breaches, might force Forest to sell. Subscribe and hit the notification bell to stay on top of this transfer saga! Adding to the drama, The Sun reports that Manchester City's Matheus Nunes could be a “bargaining chip” in negotiations for Gibbs-White, with Forest eyeing the £35m versatile midfielder as a potential incoming transfer. Wolfie dissects the likelihood of this swap deal, exploring Nunes' fit under Nuno Espirito Santo, who admires the 26-year-old's ability to play as a full-back or midfielder, despite Pep Guardiola's critique of his midfield “composure.” With Forest's £10.1m profit in 2023/24 and no immediate need to sell, can they hold firm on Gibbs-White or leverage his transfer to secure Nunes and strengthen their squad for Europe? What do YOU think about these transfer rumours? Are you worried about Arsenal and City circling Gibbs-White, or do you believe he'll stay loyal to Forest? This week on CounterSpin: They say ignorance is bliss, but I know that, for myself and others, our lack of knowledge of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency will only hurt us in our response to the effects that the dealings around that stuff are having on our lives. Bartlett Naylor breaks it down for us; he works at Public Citizen, as a financial policy advocate at their project Congress Watch. Billionaires don't need tax cuts; they already have a system designed to appease them. But it's not enough! Part of the budget bill to give more to those who have everything is an effort to sell off public land for exploitation for fossil fuel companies, who are determined to die taking the last penny from our fingers. Pulling up the covers and waiting for better times isn't the way; if we stay focused, we can save critical elements of, in this case, unspoiled wild places in this country. We hear from Ashley Nunes, public lands policy specialist at the Center for Biological Diversity. Plus Janine Jackson looks back on an interview with the late Robert McChesney. The post Bartlett Naylor on Meme Coin Grift / Ashley Nunes on Public Land Selloff appeared first on KPFA.
