Von der neuen SWR-Doku „Die Europa-Park Macher“ über den Flohmarkt für den guten Zweck bis zur TALENT ACADEMY: Diese Folge zeigt, wie viel Leidenschaft im Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort steckt.Der Europa-Park feiert in diesem Jahr sein 50. Jubiläum und der SWR begleitet dieses besondere Jahr in der neuen siebenteiligen Doku „Die Europa-Park Macher“. Diese läuft seit dem 20. Oktober 2025 immer montags um 21 Uhr im SWR. Für alle, die es nicht erwarten können, gibt es bereits alle Folgen in der ARD Mediathek. Wir sprechen beim Vorab-Screening mit Europa-Park Gründer Roland Mack, der die Serie bereits gesehen hat, mit Autor Thomas Förster, SWR-Abteilungsleiter Alexander Stein und Landrat Thorsten Erny über die Entstehung, die Emotionen und die besonderen Momente dieser Produktion. Doch auch abseits der Kameras wird Gutes getan: Beim großen Flohmarkt in der Gärtnerei erzielte das Team um Marianne Mack in diesem Jahr wieder einen Besucherrekord. Der Erlös kommt über den Förderverein Santa Isabel e. V. Familien zugute, die unverschuldet in Not geraten sind. Im Interview erzählt Marianne Mack, wie viele Spenden in diesem Jahr zusammenkamen, was ihre Highlights der Aktion sind und welche Schätze auf dem Gelände der über 1000 m² großen Gärtnerei zu ergattern waren.Und in der TALENT ACADEMY Europa-Park öffneten sich beim Tag der offenen Tür die Türen für alle, die Kreativität und Gemeinschaft erleben wollen. Unser Gesundheitssystem ist so nicht mehr lange finanzierbar. Diskutiert wird, die freie Arztwahl abzuschaffen, zugunsten des "Hausarzt-zuerst-Systems". So ließe sich viel Geld sparen und am Ende könnten womöglich sogar die Krankenkassenbeiträge sinken. Erst zum Hausarzt – dann zum Facharzt. Vor 75 Jahren stieg der damalige Südwestfunk und heutige SWR als Veranstalter bei den Donaueschinger Musiktagen ein und verwandelte das Festival durch seine Klangkörper zu einem großen Orchester- und Vokalfest. Die Musikjournalistin Eleonore Büning hält am Eröffnungsabend die Festrede und wirft einen Blick in Geschichte und Zukunft, Festival-Leiterin Lydia Rilling verortet die Donaueschinger Musiktage in der Gegenwart. SWR-Musikredakteur Michael Rebhahn hat mit ihnen am Freitagvormittag, kurz vor Eröffnung des Festivals, gesprochen.

Johannes Kleske ist ein deutscher Zukunftsforscher, Foresight-Experte und Keynote-Speaker, der zu den führenden Vertretern der sogenannten kritischen Zukunftsforschung im deutschsprachigen Raum zählt. Seit beinahe zwanzig Jahren beschäftigt er sich mit der Frage, wie Menschen und Organisationen die Zukunft nicht nur analysieren, sondern bewusst gestalten können. Sein Ansatz richtet sich gegen die gängigen Trendprophezeiungen und betont stattdessen ein tiefes Verständnis der Kräfte, Interessen und Erzählungen, die Zukunftsbilder prägen. Für Kleske ist Zukunft kein fester Pfad, sondern ein Gestaltungsraum, in dem Handlungsmacht und Selbstbestimmung im Mittelpunkt stehen.[1][2][3] Ausgebildet in Zukunftsforschung an der Freien Universität Berlin und im interdisziplinären Studiengang Media System Design in Darmstadt, begann Kleskes Weg in der Digital- und Strategieberatung. 2010 gründete er gemeinsam mit Partnern die Berliner Agentur Third Wave, die über zwölf Jahre lang Unternehmen dabei unterstützte, digitale Entwicklungen, gesellschaftliche Veränderungen und technologische Dynamiken zu verstehen. Nach seiner Zeit als Senior Director Foresight bei Edenspiekermann machte er sich 2024 als Foresight Consultant und Zukunftsforscher selbstständig.[2][3][6] In Workshops, Vorträgen und Beratungen begleitet Johannes Kleske heute Organisationen dabei, Zukunftskompetenz praktisch zu entwickeln. Zu seinen Kunden zählen unter anderem WDR, SWR, Deutsche Bahn, Novo Nordisk, WWF, AOK Bundesverband und die Messe München. Seine Arbeit zielt darauf, Menschen von passiven Zukunftskonsumenten zu aktiven Zukunftsgestaltenden zu machen. Dabei differenziert er zwischen möglichen, wahrscheinlichen und wünschenswerten Zukünften und betont die Verantwortung, Zukunft als kollektiven, ethischen Gestaltungsprozess zu begreifen.[3][4][2] Persönlich bezeichnet sich Kleske als kritischen Zukunftsforscher, der die Entzauberung und Neubewertung des Zukunftsbegriffs vorantreiben will. Schon früh habe er gelernt, etablierte Strukturen zu hinterfragen und sich mit der Macht der Vorstellungskraft auseinanderzusetzen – eine Haltung, die bis heute seine Arbeit prägt. Dieses Jahr wird der Song von Reinhard May nicht dabei sein. Nicht, weil er nicht gewählt würde – das Antikriegslied ist einer der Dauerbrenner der Hitparade. Unter Tausenden Titeln immer auf den Plätzen zwischen 10 und 20. Dieses Jahr ist der Song nicht mehr auf der Vorschlagsliste. Wir befinden uns im Kriegsmodus, die Einführung der allgemeinen Wehrpflicht wird dieser Tage heiß diskutiert.Hook nein, meine Söhne geb ich nicht …. Wieviel Musik kann man an einem Wochenende hören? In Donaueschingen ist das jedes Jahr zwar eine Frage, aber nur eine unter vielen. Drei Tage lang folgt im Schwarzwald eine Uraufführung auf die andere. 23 sind es insgesamt, in 14 Konzerten, in Performances und in Klangkunstausstellungen. Vor mehr als 100 Jahren sind die Musiktage ins Leben gerufen worden. Seit 70 Jahren liegt die künstlerische Leitung beim SWR. Martina Seeber mit einem Ausblick auf die diesjährige Ausgabe.

Die Donaueschinger Musiktage sind ein traditionsreiches Festival, das schon auf eine über 100 Jahre andauernde Geschichte zurückblicken kann. Was viele nicht wissen: Fast wäre es Anfang der 1950er Jahre damit zu Ende gegangen. Dass es nicht so gekommen ist, liegt daran, dass der SWR, der damals noch Südwestfunk hieß, als Mitveranstalter eingesprungen ist und die Donaueschinger Musiktage seit nunmehr 75 Jahren mitbegleitet und gestaltet.
