Were you to ask any Celtic fan who followed the club at the turn of the century who their Top 3 Celts were then this man would almost certainly feature in every list. Lubo Moravcik was quite simply a genius of a footballer. Described by Zinedine Zidane as one of the greatest No.10's in the game we were fortunate enough to see him grace Celtic Park for a glorious three and a half year spell from October 1998 until April 2002. Signed by countryman Dr Josef Venglos the Slovak would arrive at Celtic as a relative unknown, before leaving as a modern day club legend. Special goals and moments of magic were the order of the day for Celtic's No.25 and we were delighted to welcome him to The Celtic Exchange this week. He spoke passionately of his time in the Hoops and described Celtic as the perfect club at the perfect time in his life. Famously, when told that Celtic supporters see him as a "Gift from God" he replied modestly that in fact Celtic, was God's gift to him. Humble, good humoured and an absolute hero, please enjoy this very special episode with Lubo Moravcik. Welcome to a From The Vaults episode of 20 Minute TimsWith the sad passing of former Celtic manager Dr. Jozef Venglos this week, we thought we'd revisit this chat we had with the man who was to prove the good Doctor's greatest contribution to Celtic - Slovakian magician Lubomir Moravcik.Lubo was kind enough to chat to us ahead of the Lubo's Legends vs Henrik's Heroes charity game in 2017 about his fantastic career, including leaving Slovakia to play in France, where he encountered a young Zinedine Zidane, before ending up at Celtic. The rest is history.RIP Dr Jo.20MT See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
John is joined by Scott from The Footy Blog Net as we take another trip down memory lane with the podcast theme being 6 a side football. You may wonder why but it was around this time of year that the Tennents Sixes were played. As youngsters watching football it was something different and exciting. We pick what we think would be a best six a side Scotland team from our lifetime with contributions from other regulars from the podcast plus friends and listeners. There are also some entries in terms of club sides in Scotland too. Imagine the likes of Gazza or Moravcik playing in it... We hope you enjoy this one as we look to do something different as opposed to just covering the weekend action. Tweet us @sffpodcast Facebook - Scottish Football Forums Instagram - sffpodcast

The premise behind our Know Your History series is simple: regular guys in the Celtic world that contribute towards the community come on and chat about 3 games that are special to them. Today we are joined by Kevin Smith better known as Smiddy or Smiddy1888cfc, for those of you on the Huddleboard. Kevin is relatively well known among Celtic fans in the Glasgow scene as not only does he help run one of the best known Celtic CSCs (the Saltmarket CSC), he also performs in a number of well-known Celtic and Irish pubs around the city, performing with his band and by himself as a solo artist. A regular face in the ADBS, he talks us through his music career, his love for Lubo, a trip up to Tannadice for Tommy and a post-match Champions League party in a ritzy Moscow hotel with Russian gangsters. Some tales to be told with this. Join us.
