A follower left a comment asking if their 30 years of experience mean something. Sure, it means a lot...but it doesn't automatically mean you're current. I've been an RDH for 20 years. I know what it looks like when experience is the real thing, and I know what it looks like when someone has done the same thing on repeat for two decades and called it tenure. Both exist. Dentistry is full of both. In this episode, we dig into a real question from an experienced hygienist starting over at a new office, and we don't let either side off the hook. Because there are two very different versions of this story. Version one: you've kept up, you've grown, and you're walking into an office that's behind where you are. Version two: you've been doing the same thing for 30 years and calling it experience. In this episode: ▪️ How to tell the difference between expertise and habit ▪️ Why the interview isn't the time to pitch improvements, regardless of how right you are ▪️ How intentional questions help you vet a workplace before you're committed to it ▪️ What a team's response to new ideas tells you about the culture ▪️ Why trust has to come before change, even when the change is obvious ▪️ The question worth asking every time: "Is there anything here that would prevent me from growing?" The framework: Problem. Understand the consequences. Offer a solution. Experience is only an asset if it's actually current.   If you made it all the way down here, hit a like and share a comment.  Until next time, Peace out peeps! ✌️ _______________________________________

We break down the three most overlooked levers in a healing journey: fat, fiber, and fasting, and why your results change when you understand the “why” behind each one. We connect cholesterol, insulin, bile flow, gut health, and metabolic flexibility into one practical framework you can actually use. • why healthy fat supports cell membranes, hormones, bile flow, immunity, and brain and nerve protection • how to think about cholesterol as repair demand, not just dietary intake • large buoyant LDL vs small dense LDL and what increases cardiovascular risk • what damages LDL particles, including high glucose, high insulin, oxidized seed oils, toxins, and gut endotoxins • why de novo lipogenesis and triglycerides point back to excess sugar and liver overload • statins lowering LDL vs long-term trade-offs discussed, including diabetes risk and mitochondrial effects • fiber as the missing fuel for the microbiome, short-chain fatty acids, and gut tight junction integrity • soluble vs insoluble fiber for binding bile acids, lowering recirculation, and improving stool regularity • realistic fiber targets and food-first ideas like chia, flax, psyllium, berries, avocados, nuts, seeds, and raw vs cooked veggies • fasting for lowering insulin, improving mitochondria, supporting autophagy, and reducing liver and visceral fat • common fasting mistakes, including high-stress training while fasted and skipping breakfast daily when you are not fat-adapted • how to ease into fasting and how to break a fast based on your goal If you're ready to stop copying influencers and start listening to your biofeedback, press play, then subscribe, and share this with a friend who's stuck in health noise! To work one-on-one with me, you can apply HERE!To get notified as soon as groups open up and other updates sign up/subscribe here:https://stacy-baker.mykajabi.com/opt-in-9cffc5f4-f006-4adb-a0a7-6c33a0698b4bResources mentioned:Ketone and Blood Sugar Testing MasterclassKetone TestingRa Optics (Code DRSTACYND) blue light blockersHigher Dose (my FAV sauna blanket with low to no EMF) code DRSTACYCGM *2 months free with code DRSTACYStructured/Living Water *code DRSTACYSpring Aqua (my FAV water system) For more from me, follow me on IG @dr.stacy.ndEpisodes Mentioned: How Much Protein is Too Much?Thank you for listening!  This information is just that; information only - not to be taken as medical advice. I might get "speaker" cancelled for this, but I believe it would be a worthy cause and perhaps the right hill to die on for our profession. Trying to register for a continuing education course shouldn't feel like repeatedly hitting a brick wall. But for many hygienists, it does. Many have given up on fighting for it, sadly.    In this episode, Irene and Victoria talk about why quality restorative education is so hard to access in Canada, what happened when they tried to sign up for a course and got nowhere, and what they decided to do about it.   What we cover: ▫️ Why most high-quality restorative courses require you to travel far to attend ▫️ The registration process and the advocacy that came with it ▫️ How rigid CE systems end up discouraging the most motivated clinicians ▫️ What it looks like to stop waiting and build something yourself ▫️ How the Restorative Dental Hygiene Study Club came together, four meetings per year, virtual and in-person, with hands-on components. Now Pre-registering at RRDH.ca    The bigger picture: The RRDH designation has existed in Ontario for 10 years, backed by George Brown College's post-graduate program, one of the only formal pathways to the designation in the country. It remains largely Ontario-specific. This episode is part of a larger conversation about what it would take for major Canadian conferences and regulatory bodies to open access, standardize registration, and formally recognize restorative dental hygiene as a designation across provinces.   There are real gaps in continuing education for dental hygienists. Limited access slows professional growth. Community-driven learning can fill those gaps, but someone has to build the community first.   Resources mentioned: Ontario Dental Association Annual Spring Meeting https://www.oda.ca/member-resources/events/event/annual-spring-meeting-2026/  Restorative Dental Hygiene Study Club https://rrdh.ca/  George Brown College Restorative Dental Hygiene Program https://www.georgebrown.ca/programs/restorative-dental-hygiene-program-postgraduate-s400  Southern Ontario Dental College Restorative Dental Hygiene Program https://sodentalcollege.com/academics/restorative-dental-hygiene/  Canadian Academy of Dental Health Restorative Dental Hygiene Program https://www.canadianacademyofdentalhygiene.ca/programs/restorative-dental-hygiene-diploma-program    If you made it all the way down here, hit a like and share a comment.  Until next time, Peace out peeps! ✌️ _______________________________________

Your day is getting programmed whether you choose it or not, and the “golden hours” after waking and before sleep are where that programming sticks. I walk through what's happening in the brain and nervous system during those windows, why we're more suggestible and neuroplastic, and how a few small choices can shift your baseline from reactive to regulated. If your mornings start with scrolling, stress, and quick dopamine hits, you may be teaching your body to crave agitation, distraction, and tunnel vision all day long.I share my flexible, repeatable morning routine built around spirit, mind, and body: meditation done out of bed, intention setting that acts like a GPS for your subconscious, and gratitude to create heart-brain coherence. We also talk about discipline versus willpower, how to create natural dopamine through learning, and how movement and breathwork help clear cortisol so you can think bigger, feel steadier, and respond instead of react. These are practical nervous system regulation tools you can adapt to any season of life. Then we pivot to a topic I'm seeing everywhere: protein. Can you overdo it? Absolutely. I explain why protein can still drive insulin, how excess can spill over into glucose production and fat storage, and which symptoms can signal “too much” for your body, from digestion and dehydration to sleep disruption and hot flashes. We zoom out into pathways, not just macros, comparing mTOR and IGF-1 growth signaling with AMPK, ketosis, and autophagy so you can balance building muscle with cellular repair, metabolic health, and long-term longevity. If you're ready to stop copying influencers and start listening to your biofeedback, press play, then subscribe, and share this with a friend who's stuck in health noise! To work one-on-one with me, you can apply HERE!To get notified as soon as groups open up and other updates sign up/subscribe here:https://stacy-baker.mykajabi.com/opt-in-9cffc5f4-f006-4adb-a0a7-6c33a0698b4bResources mentioned:Ketone and Blood Sugar Testing MasterclassKetone TestingRa Optics (Code DRSTACYND) blue light blockersHigher Dose (my FAV sauna blanket with low to no EMF) code DRSTACYCGM *2 months free with code DRSTACYStructured/Living Water *code DRSTACYSpring Aqua (my FAV water system) For more from me, follow me on IG @dr.stacy.ndEpisodes Mentioned: Dairy Paradox/Insulin Impact Calorie Deficit versus FastingThank you for listening! This information is just that; information only - not to be taken as medical advice. Dental peeps, this one is super personal… what happens when oral care is overlooked in cancer patients? We see these patients in our ops, but what happens when that patient is your Dad? My dad... My patient In this episode of the Tooth or Dare Podcast, I share the story of my father's battle with cancer and the parts of care that too often get missed. It began with the kind of phone call no one is ever ready for: “Your dad is coughing blood.” While I'm elbow deep in a 6mm pocket during an SRP.  From that moment on, life changed quickly. Emergency visits. Hospital admissions. A diagnosis that had likely been developing quietly for some time. The truth is, many lung cancers are not found until they are already advanced. But this episode is about more than the diagnosis and the outcome being tragic. It is also about something rarely talked about enough: oral health during cancer treatment. What I learned, what we created and how I shared it with the folks at the Cancer Center. If you want the same download, you can grab it here: Oral Cancer Products Digital Download from Toothlife.ca   We discuss: ⚪ How life can change in a single moment ⚪ Warning signs that were easy to dismiss: chronic headaches, rapid weight loss, persistent coughing ⚪ The emotional reality of watching a parent go through cancer ⚪ My memories of my dad: motorcycle rides, soccer, scuba diving, and the bond we shared. #1 dental dad.  ⚪ How families can be close, yet still silent about health concerns ⚪ What hospitals commonly recommend for oral care during treatment ⚪ Why “rinse with baking soda four times a day” is not enough   Clinical + real-world insight: ⚪ A firsthand look at how oral health can be overlooked in hospital settings ⚪ The absence of dental professionals on many cancer care teams ⚪ Four separate hospital admissions within 4 months and oral hygiene was never meaningfully addressed ⚪ The effects of radiation and cancer treatment can have on the mouth ⚪ Why preventive oral care should be part of treatment planning from day one At its core, this is not a story about my loss. It is a call to do better, and perhaps for us dental people who have not seen this journey firsthand to trust me and talk about this with our patients and teams.  Oral health is connected to overall health. Always has been, not new news to us, but to the folks at the hospital, I was speaking gibberish, apparently.   And when that connection is ignored in critical care, patients feel the consequences even if they don't know it. Increased risks of infections, lower immune response... the list goes on, and we discuss that here.  A simple takeaway: Awareness → Advocacy → Integration   Because patients deserve complete care, and that includes the mouth, too.  If you made it all the way down here, hit a like and share a comment. Until next time, Peace out peeps! ✌️

Dentistry in NYC is changing, and in Tribeca, there's a little hidden gem. I sat down with Cody Levine, and honestly, this conversation felt like stepping into what dentistry could be when it's done differently. We talked about the kind of journey that doesn't look linear. From doing dentistry under a cellphone light on mission trips to building one of the most intentional, beautifully designed practices in Tribeca, NYC. The story shared is a vision that materialized and is making a change in how patients see dentistry.  And I'll be honest… if I didn't live in Toronto, I'd be in New York. And if I were in New York, I'd probably be picking up a shift or two at Smile House. That's how aligned this philosophy feels with how we also practice at Toothlife Studio.  What Cody and his team are building is a complete shift in how we think about care, moving away from quick fixes and toward something comprehensive, collaborative, interdisciplinary and way rooted in the connection between oral and systemic health.  This episode shows you what can happen when you stop treating teeth in isolation and start treating people as a whole. We break down why insulin resistance can build for decades while glucose still looks “normal” and why symptoms often show up long before a diagnosis. We also explain how to use real data from glucose trends, key labs, and cycle awareness to improve metabolic flexibility, fat burning, and hormone balance without obsessing over calories. • the phases of insulin resistance and why hyperinsulinemia hides on standard labs • common early symptoms including hunger, brain fog, insomnia, migraines, hypertension, PCOS patterns, fatty liver signs and inflammation • lab markers to request including fasting insulin, triglycerides, glucose, ALT and uric acid • why overnight blood sugar stability matters for liver function and healing • ideal blood sugar targets including nighttime ranges and spike guidelines • why stable glucose can still mean high insulin from foods like dairy, sweeteners and excess protein • the connection between insulin, meal timing, fasting length and weight loss plateaus • fasting versus caloric deficit including appetite hormones, fat burn, growth hormone and muscle preservation • why the luteal phase can worsen cravings, anxiety and sleep and how to adjust food and training To get notified as soon as groups open up and other updates sign up/subscribe here:https://stacy-baker.mykajabi.com/opt-in-9cffc5f4-f006-4adb-a0a7-6c33a0698b4bResources mentioned:Ketone and Blood Sugar Testing MasterclassKetone TestingRa Optics (Code DRSTACYND) blue light blockersHigher Dose (my FAV sauna blanket with low to no EMF) code DRSTACYCGM *2 months free with code DRSTACYStructured/Living Water *code DRSTACYSpring Aqua (my FAV water system) To work one-on-one with me, you can apply HERE!For more from me, follow me on IG @dr.stacy.ndEpisodes Mentioned: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/vibing-well-with-dr-stacy-a-foundational-approach/id1611155385?i=1000751328500This information is just that; information only - not to be taken as medical advice. RDH's...Are you taking BP at every visit?  In this episode of the Tooth or Dare Podcast, Irene and Victoria break down one of the most common questions in dental hygiene: “Is taking blood pressure at every visit mandatory?”   Patients often say: “I've never had this done before.”   So what do the guidelines actually say?   We discuss: Is blood pressure screening mandatory in Canada or the U.S.? What provincial and ADA guidelines recommend What to do when a reading is over 180/110 Can patients decline? When to defer treatment or refer Real clinical stories from practice The disconnect between dental and medical care   Clinical stories shared: - A patient with BP over 200 systolic who went to ER and was later medicated - A young patient with elevated BP who turned out to be pregnant with gestational diabetes - Patients dismissed to physicians - What happened when a patient was told by physicians, “We're not concerned and monitor.” - The disconnect between dental and medical frameworks   Blood pressure screening is strongly recommended — but in most places, not legally required. So, where does that leave us as preventive healthcare professionals?   We unpack it and discuss the following Resources & References: CDHO Hypertension Advisory https://cdho.org/advisories/hypertension/   CDHO Hypertension Factsheet https://cdho.org/factsheets/hypertension-in-adults/   American Dental Association – Hypertension https://www.ada.org/resources/ada-library/oral-health-topics/hypertension?utm_source=chatgpt.com   Today's RDH – Pre-Operative BP Screening https://www.todaysrdh.com/heart-health-importance-of-pre-operative-blood-pressure-screenings-in-the-dental-office/?utm_source=chatgpt.com   Peer-Reviewed Study (PMC) – BP Screening in Dental Settings https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7523566/?utm_source=chatgpt.com   If you're a hygienist, dentist, or healthcare provider navigating this conversation in your operatory — this episode is for you.   If you made it all the way down here, hit a like and share a comment.  Until next time, Peace out peeps! ✌️ _______________________________________

What if the reason your macros “aren't working” has nothing to do with willpower and everything to do with hormones and timing? We pull back the curtain on why calories and macros alone can't fix metabolism and show how insulin, cortisol, leptin, and ghrelin actually drive fat loss, energy, sleep, and cravings. This is a practical, science-grounded guide to turning off food noise, restoring trust in hunger, and building true metabolic flexibility. We start by reframing food as information, not numbers. You'll learn how frequent eating keeps insulin high, why rigid targets ignore daily shifts in stress and sleep, and how front-loading meals with daylight supports digestion, glucose control, and nighttime repair. We detail the signs you're stuck as a sugar burner—hangry spells, energy crashes, 2 a.m. wakeups, and weight loss resistance—and outline simple moves to stabilize blood sugar: pair carbs with fiber and fat, stop snacking, walk more, and eat outside to harness natural light's metabolic benefits. Then we wade into the dairy paradox. Despite its low glycemic label, dairy is highly insulinogenic—especially low-fat forms—often stalling fat loss and inflaming hormone issues when used as a “high-protein” shortcut. We discuss why overdoing protein can also keep insulin elevated, and how to find your personal protein sweet spot while using whole foods, fiber, and healthy fats to raise natural GLP-1 and deepen satiety. Along the way, we highlight tools and habits that build resilience: CGMs or photo logging for insight, minerals for mitochondrial function, and restorative movement to calm cortisol and unlock fat-burning.To get notified as soon as groups open up and other updates sign up/subscribe here:https://stacy-baker.mykajabi.com/opt-in-9cffc5f4-f006-4adb-a0a7-6c33a0698b4bResources mentioned:Ketone and Blood Sugar Testing MasterclassKetone TestingRa Optics (Code DRSTACYND) blue light blockersHigher Dose (my FAV sauna blanket with low to no EMF) code DRSTACYCGM *2 months free with code DRSTACYStructured/Living Water *code DRSTACYSpring Aqua (my FAV water system) To work one-on-one with me, you can apply HERE!For more from me, follow me on IG @dr.stacy.ndEpisodes Mentioned: Cravings/HungerFat StorageThis information is just that; information only - not to be taken as medical advice. Dear Dental Hygienists, If your patients keep coming back with the same amount of calculus, this is the episode for you. In this Op Talk edition of Tooth or Dare, Irene and Victoria take one of the most misunderstood tools in modern periodontal care and pull it apart clinically, practically, and honestly. Desiccation therapy is often described as “drying,” “etch-like,” or “just another add-on.” In this episode, we explain why none of those descriptions are quite right — and why that misunderstanding is exactly why so many clinicians either misuse it or underutilize it. Using real Instagram questions and real operatory experience, we walk through what desiccation therapy is doing at the tooth, tissue, and biofilm level, how it changes the feel and efficiency of scaling, and how to integrate it into everyday periodontal appointments without disrupting workflow, patient comfort, or ethics. This episode is supported by the folks at Young Specialties, the company that brings PerioDT to the American dental market. Their efforts to expand the reach of this innovation led to this episode and the use of this product nationwide. To learn more about this therapy, visit this link for a FREE 1-hour webinar: https://yng.ink/4qClAef If you've ever wondered whether desiccation therapy is “worth it,” if you've used it but never felt confident explaining it, or if you want to tighten up your perio workflow without adding chaos — this episode is for you.

What if PCOS, “hormone imbalance,” and infertility aren't problems to micromanage but signals that your metabolism needs safety and rhythm? We open the hood on the hormonal hierarchy—how insulin and cortisol set the stage for estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone—and explain why symptom chasing, birth control, and even well-meaning supplement stacks often miss the mark. By restoring nighttime repair, stabilizing glucose, and fixing circadian cues, you unlock the body's built-in programs for ovulation, progesterone production, and healthy sperm. We get specific. PCOS rates are surging and so are obesity and insulin resistance, yet most plans start at the bottom of the ladder with sex hormones. We trace the cascade: insulin stimulates thecal cells, androgens rise, ovulation stalls, cortisol steps in, and progesterone sinks. Then we zoom out to the male side—sperm counts have halved in 40 years, TRT is rising in young men, and estrogenic pressure from body fat, seed oils, alcohol, plastics, and pesticides collides with disrupted sleep and light exposure. The result is poorer sperm quality, higher miscarriage risk, and more strain on couples who feel they're “doing everything right.”The path forward is practical and hopeful. Anchor your day with sunlight and a consistent wake time. Eat whole foods that match your individual carb tolerance, finish dinner earlier, and aim for flat overnight glucose so melatonin and autophagy can run repairs. Walk after meals, then layer in strength training to expand glucose sinks and support testosterone. Reduce blue light at night, clear seed oils and alcohol, sweat often, and create EMF space in your bedroom. If you test, use tools that capture patterns—like DUTCH—so you can see cortisol dynamics, sex hormone balance, and detox capacity rather than a single snapshot.Whether you're navigating PCOS, preparing to conceive, or rebuilding energy, treating hormones as a system led by metabolism changes everything. Graduation numbers and class sizes haven't declined. What has changed is retention and migration.

Want deeper sleep without hacks or hype? We unpack the real reasons you wake up at night and show how light exposure, dinner timing, and cortisol-insulin patterns quietly decide whether your body repairs or unravels. I walk through the nightly “window” when cortisol dips, why bright rooms and screens suppress melatonin, and how late meals trigger blood sugar crashes that jolt you awake. You'll learn simple, high-impact steps: get a morning light signal, dim evening brightness below 10 lux, eat earlier with balanced protein and carbs, and keep your bedroom cold, dark, and quiet. From there, we zoom out to what great sleep actually does. Your brain's glymphatic system flushes waste, mitochondria refill ATP, growth hormone rises to rebuild tissue, and the immune system coordinates smarter defenses. Slow wave sleep consolidates memory; REM helps you process emotions and creativity. When sleep slips, insulin resistance and inflammation climb the next day. I share practical questions to audit your routine—light, screens, caffeine, alcohol, dinner composition, temperature—and how to spot hot flashes, reflux, or frequent urination as metabolic clues rather than random symptoms. We then tackle training that supports, not sabotages, recovery. Most long, high-rep sessions and chronic cardio elevate cortisol without provoking adaptation. The better path is training with intention: progressive overload in the 5 to 6 rep range, shorter focused lifts, and brief sprint intervals with full recovery. Pair that with steady walking, mobility work, and cycle-aware planning to respect hormonal shifts. Watch your biofeedback: stubborn soreness beyond 48 hours, poor sleep, frequent illness, puffiness, mood swings, or menstrual changes all point to under-recovery. When you let sleep lead, the gains finally stick—stronger muscles, steadier metabolism, clearer mind.If this helped, follow the show, share it with someone who needs better nights, and leave a review so more people can find it. The clock changed, the light faded, and suddenly sleep feels off, cravings spike, and the calendar is full of sweets and late nights. We break the winter spiral by getting back to first principles: your body runs on time signals from light and food, and those signals need clarity when the days grow short. We start with circadian anchors you can use tomorrow morning: bright outdoor light to cap cortisol, simple ways to block blue during screen time, and why amber lenses belong after sunset. If seasonal affective symptoms creep in, we lay out a sane toolkit—morning lux sessions, red light within daylight hours, and the sleep hygiene that lets melatonin do its deep repair work. Then we pivot to meal timing and macronutrients, showing how earlier breakfasts and dinners unlock nighttime healing, and why winter physiology thrives on protein, healthy fats, and storage crops like root vegetables rather than tropical fruit and sugar. From there, we reframe “cold and flu season” as an inflammation problem amplified by indoor stressors—harsh LEDs, nonstop Wi‑Fi, and sedentary routines. Practical fixes include movement snacks after meals for glucose control, opening a window to balance spectrum, using saunas or natural infrared, and putting the router on a timer at night. We also share a gentle reset you can trust: a short bone broth fast to create metabolic space for healing after holiday overindulgence. Finally, we dig into footwear and pain: how switching slowly to zero-drop, wide-toe-box barefoot shoes improved gait, reduced hip and knee pain, and even how grounding-capable soles can add an anti-inflammatory edge when you can't be barefoot outdoors. If you've felt at the mercy of shorter days, this conversation gives you calm, science-backed levers you can actually pull. Align your light, shift your meals, move a little more often, and let darkness become a nightly advantage. If this resonated, follow the show, share it with a friend who dreads winter, and leave a quick review—what habit will you shift first?I will link up my email list so you get notified for the free circadian seasonal shifts webinar in the show notes:https://stacy-baker.mykajabi.com/opt-in-9cffc5f4-f006-4adb-a0a7-6c33a0698b4bResources mentioned:Mycircadian APP DOCTOR (code)Ra Optics (Code DRSTACYND) blue light blockers!Bon Charge (Code DRSTACY) red light panel and circadian bulbsHigher Dose (my FAV sauna blanket with low to no EMF) code DRSTACYCGM (Code DRSTACY and DRSTACYAPP for app only)Analemma Water (structuring)Spring Aqua (my FAV water system) To work one-on-one with me, you can apply HERE!For more from me, follow me on IG @dr.stacy.ndThis information is just that; information only - not to be taken as medical advice. In this episode, Caitlin Parsons talks about her journey through dental hygiene, the pain she experienced early in her career, and how stepping away from the operatory led her to study yoga therapy. She shares what it was like to return to clinical practice after three years, the parts of hygiene she missed, and the challenges she didn't. We also discuss how yoga therapy works using breath, movement, and awareness and how simple “yoga snacks” throughout the day can help prevent stress and pain. Caitlin explains the misconceptions many people have about yoga, why small consistent habits matter, and the importance of showing up for patients while also taking care of yourself.   In this episode, we talk about: ▪️ The car accident that sparked Caitlin's interest in health and shaped her early career ▪️ The pain and injuries she faced in her first years as a hygienist ▪️ Misconceptions about yoga and how anyone can benefit from it ▪️ Leaving hygiene and returning three years later with a new perspective ▪️ Simple routines like short yoga practices, hydration, and small adjustments that fit into a busy day   If you've ever wondered how to make a career in hygiene more sustainable, Caitlin's story offers both honesty and practical ideas you can start using right away.   Connect with Caitlin: Instagram → @thealignedhygienist  _____________________________________________________ If you made it all the way down here, hit a like and share a comment.  Until next time, Peace out peeps! ✌️ _______________________________________

Your hosts are on the road this week reporting live from their hotel rooms...one of which is way nicer than the other because somebody decided to live life on the edge for once. Which raises the age-old question: why are we paying so much for hotels anyway?? Asking for a friend. Wells is up in Toronto shooting a fun secret (but not-so-secret) cooking show and loving the Canadians… except for their airport systems. Meanwhile, Brandi is off-roading through Colorado with Matt, winging literally every part of the trip. Speaking of Matt, he finally gets the honor of hearing the YFT intro live. Then it's onto a colorful Bachelor in Paradise recap where the drama somehow tops last week's chaos?? Wells issues a public apology for almost giving Kathy brain damage (oops) and calls out Jeremy for his, um, bold ceremony outfit choice. Fav things are favin' with Outlander and the very “titty heavy” Outlander spin-off Blood of My Blood, plus Wednesday Season 2 to name a few. And Wells has to hand it to Gavin Newsom's tweets. Things are sooo unserious right now.
