Wisdom - what is it, why it's important, and why is it so hard to define? Most people will never be wise, but the older we get, the more experience we have the more decisive we can be in making important decisions. People who are wise are not born, but made.
Episode 3 is all about BALANCE! Why is balance so important? How balance impacts us all, and what are some of the pitfalls we can get caught up in if our life is out of balance. Focusing on ones goals or passions is only half the picture, it's important to make sure everything is in proper balance, otherwise you risk missing out on the bigger picture or potentially worse - the original purpose for pursuing your goals.
Wanted to put out my thoughts on Autumn/ Fall, and how this specific season seems to impact us as a society, and what I think we can learn from a season that is generally synonymous with death (vs how Spring is seen as a time for rebirth). I also discuss the topic of understanding and how we can relate to each other better, why its important to understand people, and some of the benefits we can gain from focusing on understanding others before trying to change someone's mind.
