humorous romp through film and nerd culture. #comedy #explicit. This a podcast discussing everything nerd culture
The Better in 3D podcast is an absolute gem of a show that I stumbled upon while attending an insurance presentation at Molly's workplace. From the moment I met Molly, I could tell she was awesome, and it didn't take long for me to realize that her podcasting skills were just as fantastic. This podcast is all about reviewing movies with friends, and let me tell you, it feels like you're right there with them, hanging out and having a great time.
One of the best aspects of The Better in 3D podcast is the camaraderie between the hosts. They have such great chemistry and their conversations flow effortlessly. It truly feels like you're listening in on a group of friends chatting about movies, and it's incredibly refreshing. The hosts are not snooty or pretentious in any way, making this a "people's podcast" about movies. They review films from various genres and eras, so there's always something for everyone.
Another highlight of this podcast is the drinking game they've incorporated into the episodes. Anytime someone opens a beer or references alcohol, take a drink! And if Matt or another member mentions a superhero or superhero movie, drink again! It adds an extra layer of fun to each episode and makes you feel even more connected to the hosts.
Now, every show has its shortcomings, and The Better in 3D podcast is no exception. Sometimes, it seems like they might overindulge in their drinks a bit too much. While this can lead to hilarious moments and entertaining banter, there may be times where it affects their coherence or focus on the movie at hand. However, their genuine enthusiasm for discussing films often outweighs any potential drawbacks.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend The Better in 3D podcast enough. If you love movies and enjoy feeling like you're part of a group of friends hanging out and having fun conversations about them, this is the podcast for you. The hosts' candid and honest reviews, combined with their hilarious and light-hearted approach, create a podcast that plays like a sit-down coffee chat with your best buddies. So grab a drink (if you're of legal age, of course), sit back, and enjoy the wonderful world of movies through the eyes of The Better in 3D podcast.
