Art can never be recreated. If you're a fan of the anime, give the live-action Cowboy Bebop another try. I also talk about art being dead, and wondering if the live-action was set up to fail. Note: some audio was lost during recording, I fixed it to the best of my ability.
A moment in time isn't necessarily culture. The Black experience has a longstanding culture but also a longstanding oppressive culture. Don't confuse oppression for culture.
Respect each other's lived experiences.
Questioning if the Black experience matters when I feel lit it still doesn't yet, but people already think it does,

Morning walk with some thoughts on the importance of honoring your time in this life experience, and in the moments you create for yourself.
This week take the 1-hour lunch you've earned and spend some time focusing on yourself. On the first day spend 15-20 minutes choosing a. few different ways to honor yourself. Then use the rest of the hour to choose what you'll work on for the week. Then tomorrow, get to work! Eat, relax, and disconnect for a bit while you work on a way to share yourself with us.

What story are you going to tell?
Your work should be inspirational.
Knowledge without practical use means nothing.
Where are the legacy Black brands? What's the Black Equivalent to Tommy Hilfiger or Polo?
Will power is a skill that takes time to cultivate. The more you're able to establish wants vs needs and honor what you need at the moment and long term, the greater your willpower becomes.
Accept the experiences you have to live through but can't change.
Do you keep the same energy once you see yourself for who you are?
Let go of the past and accept the failure. Then move forward with the lessons learned. Rebuild yourself.
Just flowing for a bit. I talk about working retail, honoring social contracts, more 3-tiered systems and realizations, and some racial perspectives.
I had my first panic attack somewhere between 2007-2010. It's been an uphill battle ever since to get over my fear of death.
One choice allows you to honor yourself at the moment. The other you're not meant to find out. Which one will you choose? Most of us have the privilege to choose. Which one will you choose?
The internet is fake. What's your real life like? What's the world relative to what you can see, hear, touch, and smell?
I share some stories about stealing as a kid. Looking back, I wondered why I made those choices. It was all about my ego. But learning from the consequences early on, helped me check my ego in the future. How do you check your ego? You check in with yourself and other people.
Pessimists, misanthropes, nihilists are narcissists at their core. We're all narcissists in some form, but most of it is unhealthy. Your life needs healthy narcissism and healthy egos. Once you being to cultivate your potential and your purpose, being pessimistic and negative about life, slowly becomes an afterthought.
Teamwork makes the dream work. Working with (not for) people helps you find your strengths and balance out your weaknesses. Collaboration is needed every time we exchange energy, conversations, and experiences with people. If we both meet at 50% we'll equally do our part to honor ourselves and see where our collaboration takes us. Collaborating with different people helps you learn about diversity in skills, experiences, and humans while also helping you honor yourself and learn who you want to spend time with. Once you know who you are, and what you want, it's easier to collaborate with people who add value to your life experience. Stop being selfish and gives us, you.
I discuss why we should use people on the terms, and not for our own self-gain. I also discuss the feeling that Black America thinks they've won equality, but the Black experience still feels limited. First Youtube Live Recording, so excuse the audio!
