    Shelby Lentz shares her story of being diagnosed with Huntington's Disease at 19 years old and the impact it has had on her family. Her father and grandfather also have the disease and her sister Breanna passed away at 14 from Juvenile Huntington's Disease. Shelby is a voice and a light for the HD community and started a non-profit called Champions for HD, which provides support for people and families impacted by the disease.
