CanaWho is Canada's first online app all about cannabis. As the first nation to fully legalize the use of cannabis, Canada is in a unique position to grow, sell and educate Canadian citizens all about it. However, if you ask anyone in the industry, there isn't a safe and reliable way to get information about cannabis and it's applications. Pedro Correia launched CanaWho, an online app dedicated to the education of cannabis products. From smokables and edibles, to topical ointments and CBD oils, Pedro and his team are working hard to bring clear and reliable information to citizens, free of bias, so they can make safe and informed decisions on purchasing and consuming cannabis. Talking with Pedro about the future of cannabis in Canada and CanaWho is exciting and I look forward to how the app helps Canadians.

Police officers don't make a lot of money, so they try to find consistent, part-time work. The problem is, how do they find it? As the wife of a police officer, Stacey knows how special the work-life balance is. Off duty officers look for part-time work to supplement their income, but there was no real organized system for them to find work. Stacey created Point Blank Safety, the first ever part-time booking system for off-duty cops looking for extra work. They can work security, contracting sites and many others kinds of placements that suit their skills. The best entrepreneurs are the ones who solve a real problem, close to their heart. When your pain spurs you to find a solution, that's real entrepreneurship.

Cam likes to bring a human touch to his work, literally inviting the people he's working for into the project, so they become people he's work with. He believes that when you collaborate and really listen, great things happen.

What do Navy Seals, President John F. Kennedy and you have to do with each other? They all do hard things. Your goals should be hard, or they aren't worth reaching for. If your goals don't scare you, you need new goals. Do hard things. It's how you grow.
This week, I interviewed Paul Mason, better known as Toronto's own, Fashion Santa. Paul is an amazing person to speak to. He's genuine and kind, but he's also ambitious and has a mindset to grow his brand. We talk about the origins of Fashion Santa, where the persona came from and his aim to scale the brand into a global presence. We also discuss that being original comes at a price and what you're willing to do to protect your brand.
What do you do when faced with a tough situation? Lost your job, can't pay rent or a loved one dies. Many of us hit rock bottom at first, but we don't stay there. We adjust, we plan and reorganize. When the winds change, you don't get mad at the wind. You adjust your sails.
