In this episode, Steph breaks down her "Project Boring" strategy for hitting seven figures this year. She's discovered that her brain (and yours) loves creating problems just to solve them, but those aren't always the problems that grow your business. If you've ever found yourself starting over every year with revenue, chasing new shiny offers, or getting distracted by problems that feel more fun to solve than the boring work that actually moves the needle, this episode will hit different. You'll hear Steph's four boring rules for 2026.This isn't about making life less fun. It's about freeing up mental space to be creative where it actually matters and getting your dopamine fix from completing the right work instead of creating new chaos. If you're ready to stop spinning your wheels and start picking up real momentum, this framework might be exactly what you need.______________________ YEAR ON THE WALL 2026 Get the clarity you need to make 2026 your best year yet.http://yearonthewall.com/ Join the Sold Out Group Programs Mastermind Waitlist https://stephcrowder.com/sogp Connect with Steph Instagram: @heystephcrowder
What if you could own a business with the same systems, brand recognition, and income potential as a McDonald's or a Chick-fil-A—but without the seven-figure price tag? In Episode 80 of the Freedom Factory, Brandon Cunningham breaks down why network marketing is the ultimate "Micro-Franchise."Brandon explores the psychology behind why we respect traditional franchise owners but often stigmatize network marketers, despite them being in the exact same line of work. Using a hilarious (and hungry) comparison between Chick-fil-A and Popeyes, he demonstrates why "systems" always beat "talent" in the long run. Whether you're looking to scale to your first "location" or you're ready to lead a team of thousands, this episode provides the blueprint for removing financial anxiety by treating your business like a business, not a hobby.#FreedomFactory #MicroFranchise #NetworkMarketing #BusinessSystems #FinancialFreedom #BrandonCunningham #EntrepreneurMindset #ScaleYourBusinessReady to transform your mindset and achieve your goals? BIO: Jon is the Founder and CEO of FranBridge Consulting, a 2-time Inc. 5000 company, and he is a top 1% franchise consultant.STORY: Jon co-founded a marketing and call-center business that appeared successful on the surface, growing to millions in revenue and dozens of employees. However, excessive customization and an inability to charge prices that matched rising costs meant the business never became sustainably profitable.LEARNING: Profitability is oxygen. Knowing when to admit you're wrong matters just as much as knowing how to start. “Humble yourself and admit when you're wrong, course correct, and pivot.”Jon Ostenson Guest profileJon Ostenson is the Founder and CEO of FranBridge Consulting, a 2-time Inc. 5000 company, and he is a top 1% franchise consultant. Jon is also the author of the bestselling book, Non-Food Franchising. Jon draws on his experience as a former Inc. 500 Franchise President and Multi-Brand Franchisee in helping his clients select their franchise investments.Worst investment everLeaving the corporate world felt like freedom. After years of structure, predictability, and steady paychecks, you finally get to build something of your own. That was precisely where Jon found himself: grateful for his corporate experience, energized by the idea of business ownership, and eager to prove he could create something meaningful on his own terms.A promising partnership and a compelling business visionShortly after leaving corporate life, Jon partnered with a colleague to launch a marketing and sales company. He owned 60 percent of the business and ran day-to-day operations, while his partner held the remaining 40 percent. The vision was compelling. The company would help franchise businesses grow by handling their marketing, answering inbound calls through an in-house call center, and booking appointments directly for clients. The promise was simple: make the phones ring and convert those calls into revenue.Early momentum and the illusion of successAt first, it worked. The business grew quickly, attracting a strong leadership team and building a culture Jon was proud of. With around 35 employees and annual revenues of $3 million to $4 million, the company appeared successful from the outside. The team was energized, clients were signing on, and the pace was exciting. When growth didn't translate into profitBut beneath the surface, there was a quiet, persistent problem. The business wasn't profitable.Despite all the effort, the long hours, and the constant tweaking, the company hovered around breakeven. Some months it lost money. Others it barely scraped by. Payroll was always looming, and profitability felt just out of reach. Jon tried adjusting pricing, shifting emphasis between marketing and call center services, and introducing new technology to increase value. But every fix only delayed the inevitable question he didn't want to answer: What if the model itself was broken? The hidden cost of customization and complexityThe core issue turned out to be customization. The business was designed to scale by serving franchise systems with repeatable processes. Instead, each franchisee insisted their market was different, their staff was unique, and their customers required special handling. Wanting to please early clients and drive revenue, Jon said yes. Again and again.Over time,...
Gorgeous humans! This week I'm having the MOST delicious chat with my mate Jana Kingsford — author of Big Dreams (with eight more books in the works!) and the creator of the Beliefetics Method.Jana's one of those humans who actually DID the thing most people dream about but never do. She was stuck in the morning school run traffic, feeling like she couldn't do another 15 years of this… and went home and asked her husband if they could sell the house, buy a caravan, homeschool the kids and travel Australia full-time.His response? "I'm keen."That was the beginning of four laps of Australia, homeschooling three kids on the road, live streaming from cafe corners and literal trees, and building a million-dollar business from a caravan that didn't even have a toilet or shower!!!We'll cover:✨ The exact moment Jana knew her life had to change (driving home from school drop-off, crying kid, morning traffic, the works)✨ The reality of selling everything in 3 months and hitting the road✨ Homeschooling truth bombs: from distance ed panic to shutting the laptop because we're literally here✨ Why both her daughters are now thriving at uni after years of unschooling✨ Her 13-year-old son who taught himself everything from hyperfixations (unschooling magic!)✨ The morning routine that made it possible✨ How that one belief shift took her from $1K to $11K months in 5 months (and that was over 10 years ago!)✨ Why manifesting "big dreams you can't buy" is completely different to manifesting parking spots ✨ The seven stages of manifesting and why advice that works in stage one will sabotage you in stage sevenThis ep is for you if:

CLICK THIS LINK TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER: https://TrainWithAndyElliott.comWhen Andy Elliott enrolled in Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi's Knowledge Broker Blueprint (KBB), his entire life changed forever. At the time, he was desperate to escape the car sales industry and willing to do whatever it took to transform his future.Out of pure desperation, Andy wrote an email directly to Dean Graziosi offering to work for FREE for two years in exchange for mentorship—just for the chance to learn everything he knew. But Dean never saw that email. That unanswered message became the turning point of Andy's life. Instead of quitting, he pushed harder, reinvented himself, and built The Elliott Group into a $100 Million company.Years later, Andy had the chance to sit down with Dean for dinner and show him the very email that changed everything. In this video, Andy shares the raw story of how rejection—or what felt like rejection—became the fuel that built his empire.✨ This is proof that unanswered prayers and setbacks can become the foundation of your greatest success.

Let's get real, you're not going to build a million-dollar business while spending your time on $10/hour tasks. In this no-fluff, heart-to-heart episode, Danielle breaks down the true cost of doing it all yourself, especially the low-value to-dos that keep you “busy” but not profitable, and shares the action steps you need to buy back your time, start delegating, and finally lead your business like the CEO you are. Key Takeaways: You Can't Scale Doing Everything Yourself: Low-value tasks might feel productive, but they're keeping you stuck and small. You need to step out of the weeds to grow. CEO Work is Strategic, Not Busywork: Your most valuable contributions come from visioning, leading, analyzing financials, and making key decisions, not juggling a constant stream of admin tasks. Delegation Isn't a Luxury—It's a Business Strategy: Even if you start small, outsourcing or automating frees up hours you can reinvest in revenue-generating work. Knowing Your Numbers Helps You Hire Confidently: Understanding your financials lets you forecast, set targets, and build a team even on a smaller budget. Done is Better Than Perfect: Let go of the belief that no one else can do it like you. Delegation is a skill, and progress beats perfection every time. Topics Discussed: (00:30 – 01:22) Why $10/Hour Tasks are Holding You Back from Building a Million-Dollar Business (01:27 – 02:38) What Real CEO Work Looks Like (and What It Doesn't) (02:41 – 03:20) The Actual Cost of Doing Everything Yourself in Time and Revenue (03:21 – 05:31) Small, Realistic Ways to Start Delegating Right Away (05:32 – 07:05) Your Role as a CEO and How to Use Your Numbers Strategically Book a Call with Kickstart Accounting, Inc.: https://www.kickstartaccountinginc.com/book Connect with Kickstart Accounting, Inc.: Instagram | https://www.instagram.com/Kickstartaccounting YouTube | https://www.youtube.com/@businessbythebooks Facebook | https://www.facebook.com/kickstartaccountinginc

When I first started D2 Branding, the #1 thing I was tracking was my revenue! After all, we are in business to make money, which lets us make an impact on those we love. My goal was to reach $100,000 a month and become a MILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS! That sounded so great! Once we hit that goal, I was so excited but also confused on why I didn't have extra money in the account. The problem: my expenses were way too high! Instead of tracking revenue you need to also track net profit, which is your most important number! How much money are you making after all of your expenses are paid? There are also many key KPIs to track like the lifetime value of a customer. How long are your customers staying with you? Do they leave after the first transaction or are you able to retain them for years? This is a big indicator on the return on investment for the cost to acquire them. If you lose money the first month you acquire them but make money over the next 12 months, it is worth it! Check out the latest episode of the DO IT MY WAY Podcast where I share the key performance indicators you should be tracking.

You'll discover how to lead virtual assistants with clarity, how to build loyalty, and why time is more valuable than money when scaling your business. Plus, a look inside Dan's mission to sell 40,000 copies of Teach to Sell—and how his team is making it happen. What you'll learn on this episodeRetention is predictable: most team members don't last 90 days, but those who do often stay for six years.Growth isn't for everyone: many people reject personal development, and that's okay.
