Hello all, for the last couple of weeks I went through a challenge by abstaining from weed from March 19th until April 19th. For this edition EP 61, I will share with you some of the things I realized and what I've experienced during this journey. One thing I plan on doing for sure is implement this challenge (no pot) for next month (May) and also go through a dry month (no alcohol) it may seem daunting at 1st but it is possible, just can't get lost in the noise. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/david-claros/message

*This episode is a serious one since there will be no background music* Imagine yourself as a Stock. Your name is the ticker, your physical/mental self as the brand, and the people around you and the habits you do in life will determine whether your stock will rise or crash. The way how you make sure your stock will rise or crash is by the executive decisions you make in life. Which makes you the CEO of your own life. It is time to make "tough executive decisions" in your life in order to take power back into your own hands just like a CEO would for their own business except this time it is you in charge of your own life. It may seem tough in the beginning; but in the end your stock will be bullish for a very long time. It is time to take a deep look into your friend group, the habits/activities you partake in, and the way how you treat yourself. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/david-claros/message

Sure whether or not you may like the spot after giving it a shot or the person you meet may or may not be in a mood to network or build some type of bond; regardless of the results, you have exercised your own freedom and power to take the initiative and take yourself on that adventure. I am here to tell you the benefits of taking yourself out on an adventure. Every Episode will be published on Wednesdays. Sheesh, it's been since October 6th that I have dropped an episode but don't worry people I am still here alive and strong. Like I said before you gotta make sacrifices in life and for me right now I am putting school (Classes, Mentoring, and Ambassadorship) and my RE (real estate courses) over my brand for the time being. For today's 55th episode I will be discussing about where I have been for the past 1-2 months and the ventures I've been getting myself into. For part 2 I will explain why I left social media and the differences it has brought to my life. As always thank you for tuning into Rafael's Big Talks and lets keep that chart going up!! --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/david-claros/message
It seems to me that our generation of men and the generation below us is gravitating towards topic like "being red pill" or how to become an "Alpha male" etc. Funny part is that, I was a member in that community until I realized how it was effecting the way I viewed the world and women as well. Now there are topics within this community that has helped me out for example "Go to the gym, dress up to par, put yourself 1st, be confident, and worry about your finances." To a certain extent it can become helpful for a young man's life but over indulging in the material can make you become a bitter person and eventually view the world black and white. Sometimes in life, you can try a product but it is important to step outside of it and figure out whether it makes you feel better or just bitter!!!! You gotta make sacrifices in life and realize what's tremendously important. That's how I've been for the past few months in my relationship with school and my podcast. I hope everyone has been amazing and great; my life has only been involved in kicking school's ass for the very last time until I get out into the real world. As of today I finally had the privilege to make time for Rafael's Big Talks and for you guys as well. For today's topic, I will spend some time catching up with you guys and tell you how my life has been. Then talk about what it's like being 1st Generation Student in a university, I hope anyone in college can relate to this feeling because it has it benefits but then it also has pressures as well. You have the ability to break your families cycle and make it successful, but can you handle the pressure and the heat?!??! I hope everyone enjoys EP LIII and can relate as well. & as always, lets keep that chart going up^^^^ --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/david-claros/message

1. Reflect 2. Be around your friends 3. Become comfortable being on your own 4. Work on yourself 5. Don't force the “moving on” phase to be quick (give yourself time) 6. Do not talk to your ex These are the things I wish someone told me
For the past 2 weeks I've been on campus (MSMU) working as a orientation leader for the incoming freshman class of ‘25. My experiences with connecting, getting to know parents and students, and also giving pointers to the 1st Gen breakout session has been a terrific time. On this episode I talk about Father's Day, my experience as a orientation leader, and I give out advice for college students who are part of the 1st generation group. 1st generation student means that neither your parents have completed a 4 year college degree. On this edition of Rafael's Big Talks, we will be reviewing another book by the name of, "Way Of The Superior Man" by David Deida. This book isn't your typical "Redpill" bullshit you'd hear on YouTube about "female nature" or etc. This book focuses on the gift you can provide for the world as a man and the gifts you can provide for your wife, girlfriend, friends, family, and most importantly to your life as well. It tells you how masculine energy complements feminine energy and same goes vice versa. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/david-claros/message
For this amazing episode XLIII (43), we will be doing our very 1st book review. This book by OG Mandino is an eyeopening, amazing, and a dissecting read. The book speaks on a successful man (Hafid) who owned a very profitable trading empire, he was coming to retirement and is giving back his wealth to his associates and he is going to give majority of his empire to his best friend (Erasmus). The bookkeeper (Erasmus) was confused and started to question Hafid. Eventually Hafid gives his reasons and takes Erasmus to an enclosed room in the palace, in this room contains a chest, inside the chest contains 10 important scrolls to become a successful salesman. I will explain the 10 scrolls in this Episode. Thank You For Tuning In. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/david-claros/message
Over the course of history, money started out as goods; cattle, food, and etc had value. Then that's when the coins came in, then people wanted currency to become more centralized; that's when the paper dollar bill came out. Human nature as we know it is always in evolution, what will be next for currency? Will it be cryptocurrency
On this edition of Rafael’s Big Talks EP XLI; we will have 3 phases: the 1st phase we will spend talking about going on a walk to feel in peace with yourself and your daily journey (1:38) the 2nd phase will be about creating a system in order for you to decrease your weed intake (if you are struggling 6:01) and the 3rd phase will be about all of us in school, we are in the last few weeks of school so let’s finish this semester strong (12:45) Let’s Fuckin Get It
When you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes
You wanna know what is the biggest privilege life can give us? Is the fact that we can fuckin get up every morning and start life all over again, do some changes
Life as we know it, has trade offs. When we win the trade off is we become confident, successful, happy, we gain value, but we can become complacent. When we lose, we learn lessons, feedback, we strategize, and we become prepared. Fuck wins and loses. Let’s Win and Learn Lessons --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/david-claros/message
Fellas you have the right to pick and choose, apparently society isn't fond of men dating multiple women nowadays and I am here to tell you, that is straight up BS!!! As long as you are on your shit and always do what you have to do, you have the right to pick and choose. Now that being said, you also have to scope these ladies out; dissect their personality, mindset, goals, cooperativeness, their likes and dislikes. Don't just let any women in your life due to the superficial reasons, ask them what can they bring to the table! Just like how they can easily ask us
Haven’t you realized when you ask people what love is they’ll be like
Research conducted by “WebMd” claims that’s 20% to 40% of men/gay men fret about their physique. For example Muscles, Lean, Height, the size of our Phallus, and sometimes finances come into play. We must begin to realize that men do feel insecure about our bodies sometimes, it’s just not showcased on mainstream media. Fellas, we must begin to become comfortable in our own bodies and also figure out ways to work with what we go so we can put it into action when we go to the gym or exercise in general
After today’s session with my counselor, I was thinking in my head like, “wow, this is actually very helpful.” Seeking counseling doesn’t make you “Crazy” it is evidence that you are in tune with your mind you fully understand that you want to talk to someone who is neutral and eventually you and the counselor will come up with ways to counteract your current situation. We all need it, even when we don’t notice it.
You like to say we are a “liberal arts university” then let’s not be afraid and talk about the real problem
In a gynocentric world we live in, a man can work hard, grind, do great things for his life and is shamed when he decides to think for himself and not settle for less. Women can have all the preferences (6 ft, 6 figures, etc) but when a man says his preferences, he is ultimately “Shamed” --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/david-claros/message
Shout out to my Human Service Professor for giving me the idea of creating this topic into a gift for you guys. In order to address a traumatic situation with people, we must figure out the “Genesis” over the current situation ✔️ --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/david-claros/message
I advocate for self improvement, expanding your brand, and becoming a highly desirable man; But when it revolves around women constantly instead trying to dissect yourself as man, that's when it can become a problem
We live in a society today where people easily flaunt the word “toxic masculinity” and point it in the direction of males 9 times out of 10. Before we point or accuse a male of having these toxic traits. We must realize what actually defines a male with toxic traits✔️ --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/david-claros/message
5 things to know before getting into a long term relationship: 1. Always remember you have a life ✔️ 2. If the argument is like a game of pingpong "Walk Away" ✔️ 3. Don't be a "Yes Man" ✔️ 4. Erase all expectations & and go with the flow ✔️ 5. Don't rely on (him/her) for your own happiness ✔️ These are the five things I can personally pick up from my 1st long term relationship
This episode will be an emotional one, no lie before recording this sorta cried a bit. After seeing yesterday’s events it correlates to what I spoke about before, we gotta start living with an open heart. If crazy people are able to break into the capital yesterday, anything is possible in life. We all remember how the beginning of 2020 felt like, it was the beginning of a new decade, a fresh start, just brute optimism all over the air; everyone ready to get after and tackle their goals/resolutions for the year. And then the “unthinkable” happens, America has gotten covid, and society has been going at it in each other's throat for political reasons and issues that remain occuring in society. All of this happens and the majority of us begin to feel let down, discouraged, disinflated because of quarantine and social issues that were rampant. All in all, some people found a way to make it through 2020 and had the satisfaction to complete their goals; probably in a different fashion. Also, other people felt like they can’t do anything to accomplish their goals. The sins of 2020 itself got the best of people who had “high expectations” for their lives. Many people put their eggs in one basket for 2020 without ever thinking about the “what ifs” or moments that you thought wouldn’t occur but did. If it is one of the things 2020 has taught us is to limit your expectations, go with the flow, and don’t confuse your goals towards limitations. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/david-claros/message

In a hyper-sexualized world, men are validated by the amount of times they get laid or if they ever had sex before. For some reason ladies and gents, we are caught up with other peoples blessings, or wins and we get into a competitive mindset instantly or we become envious at times. We must realize we have 2 wolves fighting within us, the real competition is within ourselves. It Is the battle whether you continue or stop procrastinating, it is the battle whether you want to begin winning and become 1% percentage better than the day before or you just choose to waste the day away bullshittin.
