The Social Anxiety Remedy podcast and the program developed by Parker have truly transformed my life. I can confidently say that this podcast has given me a new perspective on the world and has opened me up to so many possibilities. The advice shared by Parker is not only accurate but also valuable, offering insights that are not commonly taught. His words resonate with me on a deep level, making me feel understood and supported. I am grateful for the time and effort Parker has put into creating this amazing podcast, which feels like a support group for anxious individuals like myself. It has become a part of my daily routine, and I have even had the opportunity to have one-on-one sessions with Parker, where his strategies have greatly helped me overcome confidence issues.
One of the best aspects of The Social Anxiety Remedy podcast is its ability to provide practical strategies and techniques that can be implemented in daily life. Parker's expertise shines through as he shares insightful techniques that help build confidence and address social anxiety. His relatable personal stories add depth to each topic discussed, compelling listeners to seek positive change in their lives. The broad range of relevant topics covered ensures that there is something for everyone, regardless of their specific challenges.
However, one downside of this podcast is that it seems to have stopped producing episodes in December with no explanation or indication of when or if it will return. This sudden halt leaves listeners eager for more content feeling disappointed and uncertain about the future of the podcast. Additionally, it appears difficult to find Parker's Facebook page or any other means of connecting with him outside of the podcast.
In conclusion, The Social Anxiety Remedy podcast has had a profound impact on my life, encouraging self-reflection and helping me overcome social anxiety. Parker's insights and strategies are invaluable, offering a fresh perspective on common problems. Although there may be room for improvement in terms of consistent release of episodes and availability of additional resources or means of contact, this podcast is a must-listen for anyone seeking guidance and support in their journey towards confidence and self-improvement.

But we feel like it's something we should avoid at all cost. It is almost like another form of procrastination. How much control do you really have in your life? How many of the things going on in your mind do you really have an influence on? How can you deal with rejection in any area of your life? Friendships, work relationships, romantic relationships? More importantly, how can we stop rejecting ourselves? Remember this line... The world will accept the judgement we place on ourself :)
People don't believe in themselves... We place so much importance on receiving validation from others that we neglect the opinion that matters most, our own. By doing this we train ourselves to seek comfort externally rather than internally. Losing the belief in ourselves and most importantly never embracing the idea that everything we need is within us already. All your life you've been told to never change and to just be yourself. But take an audit and ask yourself who's been telling you this? People who have no idea what you're going through, and people who don't have the life you want for yourself. You will never be able to overcome social anxiety as the person you currently are. It just doesn't happen that way, I really wish it did... BUT as the video explains, there is a way to start to become this new self who is happy, confident, and in control of their emotions. Someone who can express themselves authentically and can start to live the life you know you have the potential to. The Secret is to begin to assume the feeling that this person would have. Acting as if you are this person... What do they dress like? What do they Talk like? How do they carry themselves? AND MOST IMPORTANTLY... how do they FEEL? Use the tactics described in this video to begin to get rid of this old self that is still holding you back, decide the character you want to become, and begin to assume the feelings that person would have in their daily life.
