I met with Cindy at the Central Washington Sportsman show at the Yakima Valley Sundome to chat with her and her husband Joe about he organization they run called Youth Outdoors Unlimited. It is a Washington Based Non Profit that provides hunting and fishing trips to terminally ill or physically disabled children. Cindy explains how they are able to do this with their adaptive equipment and resources.
I was joined by Chris and D.J. to discuss the "Lil Titans Hunt For Our Future" hunt camp put on by Titan Outdoors. This is a 4 day youth hunt camp for kids ages 9-15 to go experience a successful hunt and everything involved in that from the stalk to the grinder. They explain the ins and outs of the camp and how to get involved and also how to enter to be one of the lucky kids chosen to go on the hunt.
