Megyn Kelly gives her instant analysis reaction to the monumental news that Diddy has been found not guilty on the most serious charges he was up against, the two guilty verdicts he did receive, and more. Then she's joined by legal experts Arthur Aidala and Phil Holloway to talk about why the not guilty verdict in most of the counts is a huge win for Diddy, the way the defendant celebrated the ruling, why this might have been predicted given the way the trial developed, Diddy's outrageous actions in the courtroom after the verdict was read, whether the jury got it wrong, and more. Then we turn to the live Bryan Kohberger plea hearing with Howard Blum, author of "When the Night Comes Falling," and legal expert Matt Murphy join to discuss the depravity of the Idaho murders as Kohberger takes a plea deal, the disconnect between the prosecution and the victim's families, whether this feels like justice for the victims, the most extraordinary moments during the plea hearing, the prosecution's failure to pursue the death penalty after insisting they had the evidence for it, questions around the ethics of the decision to allow the plea to happen, the anger at least one Idaho victim family feels at the prosecution, the prosecutor's performative tearing up while talking, the judge mispronouncing the name of one of the victims, speculation that Kohberger wanted the plea deal to save his parents from testifying, whether Kohberger might be able to get out of jail eventually, and more. Reggie Williams isn't mad, he just wonders why, as do we and so many others. But, Reggie has a lot of other things on his mind, like helping Disney create the Wide World of Sports complex, like fighting the pain every day that his body withstood and the 24 knee operations he needed. Certainly, the fact that his left leg is 3 1/2 inches shorter than his right leg and how his strength and perseverance gets him through each day. REGGIE WILLIAMS' story is one of will, of mental toughness and gratitude. And we're honored to have him as our guest on The Approach Shot.

Megyn Kelly gives an update on two of the most high-profile legal cases of the moment: the Justin Baldoni-Blake Lively saga and the federal criminal trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs. First, Megyn reacts to a federal judge's shocking decision to dismiss Baldoni's $400 million lawsuit against Lively, what led to the decision, why he might be on the hook to pay her legal expenses, why Lively's public celebrations in the wake of the dismissal are premature, how she seems to be losing in the court of public opinion, where the case stands now, and more. Then, Megyn recaps the sickening testimony and the biggest revelations from the first four weeks of testimony in the Diddy trial, the cultural implications of this case that go beyond the criminal ones, what we are learning about the people in Diddy's orbit, why she believes the prosecution's case remains strong, and more.Byrna: Go to https://Byrna.com or your local Sportsman's Warehouse today.FYSI: https://FYSI.com/Megyn or call 800-877-4000Cozy Earth: Luxury shouldn't be out of reach.
