Today I got to speak with Liv Bowser from Liberate studio and we talked all about mental fitness. This is such an overlooked aspect when it comes to our overall wellness. Just a little bit of attention can result in big positive changes to our work and our life on so many levels. Liberate Studio is the first mental fitness studio. They offer virtual community classes through both B2C and B2B models that use our method of movement, journaling, conversation, meditation to create a workout that strengthens mental muscles like gratitude and resilience. You can think of it as the SoulCycle of mindfulness. We go to physical fitness studios to lift dumbbells and tone our biceps, and we can come to the Liberate virtual studio to move, journal, and meditate to tone our minds.
