Welcome to Episode 244 of the Psychedelic Coach Podcast, hosted by Tah Whitty. Tah sets the stage for a profound exploration of the episode's central question: "Can Psychedelics Heal Relationships?" Tah passionately asserts that psychedelics can indeed play a transformative role in healing relationships, particularly the one we have with ourselves. He emphasizes that true healing is the process of becoming whole, and when we are fragmented or broken in various ways, our relationships with others and external elements are affected. Tah discusses that many people overlook the importance of their relationship with themselves as the foundational element that underpins all other connections in their lives. He delves into the role of childhood experiences and the formation of habits in shaping how we relate to the world. Tah highlights that most of our neural development occurs from conception to the age of seven, during which we build habits around what we perceive as safe or threatening. Traumatic circumstances, both big and small, can imprint themselves in our nervous systems, affecting our relationships and responses to the world. Tah underlines the importance of neuroplasticity, the brain's capacity to change and rewire, which is enhanced by psychedelics. He describes how psychedelic experiences can provide a novel perspective and help individuals break free from deeply ingrained, limiting patterns. This newfound flexibility, he says, can be transformative for personal growth and improved relationships. Throughout the episode, Tah encourages listeners to explore this topic further through their Masterclass Mondays sessions, where they dive deeper into the power of psychedelics in relationship healing. He extends an invitation to his audience to engage in these sessions and actively participate in discussions around the subject. In closing, Tah expresses his deep appreciation for his audience, emphasizing the universal truth that each person is unique and valuable. In part 2 of the episode, Kole Whitty discusses various aspects of working with psychedelics on The Psychedelic Coach Podcast. Here are the key points covered in this section: Substances and Testing: Kole shares her preference for working with MDMA and MDA, emphasizing the importance of obtaining pure substances from reliable sources. She recommends using testing kits to ensure the quality and purity of the substances before consumption. Understanding Personal Reactions: Kole highlights the significance of individual reactions to substances, using an example of her own experience with MDMA that led to a negative outcome for others who consumed the same batch. She cautions against assuming that a substance will have the same effect on everyone and suggests being mindful of personal histories and potential post-experience effects. Opening the Heart: While MDMA is often used to open the heart and facilitate emotional experiences, Kole acknowledges that powerful serotonin-releasing substances may not be suitable for individuals with a history of depression or anxiety. Such experiences can potentially lead to post-experience symptoms resembling PTSD, triggering fears of depression recurrence. Considering Post-Experience Effects: Kole emphasizes the importance of considering the overall journey, including the days following the experience. She highlights that some individuals may experience negative effects after a few days, such as feeling sick or experiencing a hangover-like state. Kole suggests exploring alternative methods like breathwork, meditation, or journaling to access the heart space. Journaling and Self-Reflection: Kole encourages individuals to journal and reflect on their experiences, paying attention to their general state of being, such as headaches, exhaustion, or low mood. She advises discerning between depression and low energy and not immediately attaching oneself to a depressive identity based on temporary post-experience symptoms. Personalized Approach: Kole shares her rule of thumb regarding substances, suggesting that if a substance does not resonate after three attempts and consistently leads to negative experiences, it may not be the right fit for that individual. She mentions her personal experience with marijuana, which was initially beneficial but eventually became unsuitable despite various attempts to make it work. Gradual Exploration: Kole recommends a gradual exploration of substances, especially for those new to psychedelics. She suggests starting with low doses, setting intentions, and creating a safe container for the experience. Gradually increasing the dosage over time allows for a better understanding of personal reactions and preferences. Understanding Effects and Dosages: Kole explains that different substances have distinct effects, and dosage requirements vary from person to person. She mentions that psilocybin mushrooms are known for enhancing creativity, LSD for directness and productivity, and San Pedro or Huachuma for clarity and spaciousness. She emphasizes the importance of starting with sub-perceptual or microdoses and gradually increasing dosage based on individual responses. Navigating Experience and Depth Perception: Kole cautions against overly intense experiences for individuals who may not be physically connected to their bodies or lack experience in natural environments like woods. She stresses the significance of considering depth perception changes and adapting the dosage accordingly. Kole shares a personal experience of breaking her leg during a journey due to altered depth perception. Learning and Service: Kole encourages individuals to learn by observing experienced facilitators and participating in group sessions. She suggests offering service and support to facilitators, even if it means being present without taking substances. Being of service helps in understanding the experience, holding space for others, and deepening personal knowledge. Sustainable Sourcing: Kole discusses the importance of sustainable sourcing when working with plant medicines. She expresses concerns about the potential endangerment and extinction of certain species like the Sonoran Desert Frog due to current usage levels. Kole highlights the benefits of mushrooms and San Pedro, which can be grown sustainably and do not harm the environment. Focusing on Intentions and Actualizing Goals: Kole explains her approach of focusing on what individuals want to create and identifying obstacles that may be preventing them from achieving their goals. She highlights the significance of addressing underlying issues and patterns that might hinder personal growth. Moving Away from Fixing and Shame: Kole emphasizes the need to move away from the mindset of fixing oneself and instead focus on desired outcomes and personal aspirations. She differentiates between understanding the roots of behaviors or challenges and finding ways to create change in alignment with personal goals. Surrender and Breathwork: Kole highlights the importance of surrendering and allowing the experience to unfold gradually. She recommends practicing breathwork and other relaxation techniques to deepen the journey and help individuals relax into the experience. Surrendering a little bit at a time and gradually increasing the level of engagement allows for a more profound learning experience. Acknowledging the Unknown: Kole reminds listeners that there is much she still doesn't know about psychedelics and encourages an open mindset. She suggests having ongoing dialogues and conversations to deepen understanding and share insights as experiences arise. Considering What Changes: Kole advises reflecting on what will change after an experience or realization. She suggests exploring the practical implications of insights gained during the journey and considering lifestyle adjustments, such as changes in diet, environment, or stressors, to ensure lasting transformation. Avoiding Expectations and Attachment: Kole cautions against creating expectations before a psychedelic experience, as this can lead to disappointment. She encourages individuals to stay present, focus on the breath, and avoid clinging to thoughts or trying to find meaning in every moment. By staying open and not grasping, individuals can navigate the journey with more ease. The Role of Guides and Teachers: Kole emphasizes the value of experienced guides and teachers in psychedelic journeys. She shares her own experiences of working with mentors and facilitators who have extensive experience and how observing their methods and approaches can enhance personal understanding and growth. In this section, Kole provides valuable insights into responsible psychedelic use, individual variations in responses, and the importance of intention, post-experience integration, and sustainable practices. Welcome back to the Psychedelic Coach Podcast with your host, Kole Whitty. In this continuation of the episode, Kole delves into the topic of substance usage and provides insights based on her observations and experiences. She discusses a common sequence she has noticed among high-performing individuals who have gone through intensive schooling, such as medical school or challenging college programs. Many of these individuals have used Adderall during their academic years for studying purposes, and often transition to using substances like cocaine and RAPÈ (tobacco blown up the nose). Kole highlights that this pattern is prevalent among high-performing, type-A personalities who seek harder, faster, and more intense experiences. Furthermore, Kole encourages open dialogue and asking individuals about the driving factors behind their substance use choices. By listening and understanding the underlying motivations, one can gain insight into their decision-making process. Kole highlights the need for actionable steps and integration plans following psychedelic experiences, as they are essential for personal growth and transformation. Without implementation and follow-through, journeys can become repetitive prayers without leaving space for answers or progress. Moving on, Kole shares her preferred substances that she considers to be safer in terms of potential medical concerns and adverse reactions. She mentions San Pedro or Wachuma as her favorite due to their overall safety profile. However, she emphasizes the importance of extensive experience and knowledge before working with individuals who have diabetes, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, seizures, or other medical complexities. Kole highlights the need for facilitators to have substantial experience and a deep understanding of potential risks to ensure the safety and well-being of participants. In addition to legal risks associated with substances, Kole addresses an often overlooked topic: facilitator misconduct. She discusses the risks of allegations regarding predatory behavior or inappropriate sexual energy during psychedelic experiences. Kole emphasizes the need for clear boundaries, particularly when working with male-female pairs, to prevent misunderstandings or potential harm. She encourages facilitators to be mindful and not be alone with individuals they don't know well or feel completely comfortable with. Clearly communicating expectations regarding touch and setting appropriate boundaries is essential in maintaining a safe and respectful container. Join Kole Whitty in this thought-provoking episode as she provides valuable insights and guidance on substance usage, facilitator responsibilities, and maintaining safe and ethical practices within the psychedelic space.

Introduction: In this episode of The Psychedelic Coach Podcast, Kole Whitty dives into the topic of bridging ancient and future technologies for spiritual growth. She shares her perspective on the potential benefits and drawbacks of integrating technology into spiritual practices, and provides insights on how to navigate this new landscape. Key Points: The integration of technology and spirituality is not a threat to spirituality, but rather a change in spirituality. The Four In's process (self-inventory, intention setting, space of interaction, integration) can support spiritual growth and connection in the age of technology. Technology can be used to communicate with indigenous communities and share their stories authentically, without the need for a translator. The potential for AI to generate content can be used authentically to support creative practices and provide interview prompts, without sacrificing authenticity. Setting clear boundaries and intentions when using technology is important to avoid getting lost in the abundance of possibilities. The importance of live events and in-person connection in balancing the integration of technology in spiritual practices. The bridge between ancient and future technologies has the potential to deepen our connections and create new insights and understandings. Conclusion: Overall, Kole encourages listeners to approach the integration of technology in spiritual practices with intention and mindfulness. By utilizing the Four In's process and staying true to one's authentic self, technology can be a powerful tool for personal growth and connection. Introduction: On today's episode, host Kole Whitty delves into the topic of Empathy vs. Enabling and shares valuable insights on how to be an effective coach. Key points: When clients push out payments or fail to meet commitments, coaches often take the hit themselves, becoming the sacrificial lamb and compromising the ecosystem within their structures and environment. Coaches should talk potential clients out of working with them if they're not in a position to invest and don't have a strong desire to make big moves and take radical responsibility. Setting clear boundaries and communicating them to clients and loved ones is important to establish acceptable behaviors and consequences for failure to comply. The Condor approach workbook is an effective tool for coaches to encourage clients to take responsibility for their actions and identify root causes of their behaviors. Coaches should actively listen to clients, reflect back their concerns, and express any concerns they have about past behaviors. Defining the terms of engagement and asking the right questions during intake is crucial for coaches to be discerning and avoid taking on clients solely for financial gain or fawning people-pleasing. It's important to take radical self-responsibility to set boundaries and avoid enabling clients in their relentless search for a villain. Recognize the behavior: The first step is to acknowledge that enabling is taking place. This can be difficult, but it's important to be honest with yourself and your clients about the negative impact of their behavior. Set boundaries: It's important to set clear boundaries and communicate them to your clients. This can include letting them know what behaviors are not acceptable and what consequences they will face if they continue to engage in harmful behavior. Encourage responsibility: Encourage your clients to take responsibility for their actions and make positive changes in their lives. Help them identify the root causes of their behavior and provide support and guidance to help them overcome their challenges. Seek support: It's important to seek help and support when dealing with enabling behaviors. This can include consulting with other coaches or mental health professionals, attending support groups, or seeking guidance from a supervisor or mentor. Conclusion: Being an effective coach requires discernment, honesty, and a commitment to radical self-responsibility. Coaches should set clear boundaries, communicate expectations, and actively listen to clients while encouraging them to take responsibility for their actions. The Condor approach workbook is a powerful tool for coaches to help clients identify the root causes of their behaviors and take steps toward healthier, happier lives. By avoiding enabling behaviors and establishing clear consequences for failure to comply with acceptable behaviors, coaches can create a healthy ecosystem within their coaching structures and environment. www.CondorCoach.com
In this episode of The Psychedelic Coach Podcast, Tah and Kole Whitty dive deep into the factors that can contribute to a difficult experience on psychedelics and the important role that a facilitator or coach can play in helping their client integrate a difficult experience. Factors Contributing to Difficult Psychedelic Experiences: Taking too high of a dose of a psychedelic substance can overwhelm a person's ability to process the experience, leading to intense and difficult emotions and physical discomfort. The environment in which a person takes a psychedelic substance can greatly impact their experience. If they are in an unfamiliar or uncomfortable setting, they may feel anxious or paranoid. Additionally, if they are in a negative state of mind (known as "set"), this can also influence their experience. Individuals with a history of trauma or mental health issues may be more vulnerable to having difficult experiences on psychedelics. These experiences can trigger past traumas or exacerbate existing mental health conditions. Having a supportive and experienced trip sitter or group can make a significant difference in how a person processes their psychedelic experience. Without support, a person may feel isolated or overwhelmed. Integration refers to the process of making sense of a psychedelic experience and incorporating it into one's life. Without proper integration, a person may struggle to make sense of their experience and may experience difficulty processing it. Role of a Facilitator or Coach in Integration: Establishing a safe and supportive space for the client to process their experience. This can involve creating clear boundaries, active listening, and being empathetic and supportive. Developing a plan for integration, which can involve setting intentions, identifying areas of personal growth, and creating an action plan for making positive changes. Providing resources and support such as books, podcasts, meditation practices, or referrals to other professionals such as therapists or support groups. Encouraging self-reflection and self-care practices such as journaling, mindfulness, or exercise. Offering follow-up sessions to check in on the client's progress and offer additional support and guidance as needed. In general, it is important for individuals to approach psychedelic experiences with caution and seek appropriate support and guidance. Psychedelic experiences can be transformative and healing, but they can also be challenging and potentially dangerous if not approached with care. Facilitators and coaches can play an important role in helping clients integrate difficult psychedelic experiences in a healthy and productive way. In this episode of The Psychedelic Coach Podcast with Tah and Kole Whitty, we explore the power of emotions and how they can guide us towards a life of ease or disease. We discuss the importance of understanding and navigating our emotions to achieve emotional awareness and intelligence. Main points: Empathy is a gift and a skill that we all possess as empathetic beings. Happiness can be disruptive to those not in the same vibrational tone. Emotions are energy in motion, and they are vibrational tones that move through us and guide us towards ease or disease. Safety, connection, and fulfillment are the three points that determine whether we are moving towards ease or disease. Emotional clutter can pull us away from the multiple emotions that we have. We are often told that our emotions are too much or inconvenient, causing us to hold them in. The first step towards emotional awareness is to be with your emotions and remove the idea that they don't belong there. Our emotions are always there, and if we're feeling confusion or any other emotion, we must navigate them and have conversations with ourselves or others. Emotional navigation is essential in the psychedelic community to ensure that we can coach others through their emotions authentically. The Condor Approach is an excellent opportunity to learn new tools and navigate your emotions. Outro: Join the movement towards emotional awareness and intelligence by attending The Condor Approach or listening to The Psychedelic Coach Podcast with Tah and Kole Whitty. Don't Get Scammed: What Every Potential Psychedelic Therapist Needs to Know Introduction: In this episode of The Psychedelic Coach Podcast, your host Kole Whitty talks about how to avoid being scammed in the emerging field of psychedelic therapy. If you are a psychotherapist or aspire to become a psychedelic psychotherapist, Kole will share some things you may not have considered that are already happening and likely to increase in the coming years. Medicalized, Decriminalized, and Legalized Models: Kole explains that there are different models for psychedelic care: medicalized, decriminalized, and legalized. None of them is a total solution, and each has its problems. Limitations of Medicalized Models: Kole focuses on the limitations of medicalized models of care, where participants must qualify for treatment based on predetermined criteria. This means that only certain populations will have access to care due to location and financial access. Challenges for Psychedelic Therapists: Kole emphasizes the challenges that psychedelic therapists may face, such as finding a qualified mental health practitioner in areas where they are scarce, and dealing with insurance and billing issues. Additionally, certified training programs can have waitlists of up to a year, and even after completing the program, there is no guarantee of employment due to the legal status of psychedelics at the federal level. Conclusion: Kole warns potential psychedelic therapists to be aware of the challenges and potential scams in the field, but also encourages them to continue pursuing their passion for helping people. She believes that with education and collaboration, the psychedelic therapy community can overcome these challenges and make a positive impact on people's lives.

Learn more here-- https://www.tahkole.com About Kole Whitty: At 17, Kole was in a coma for a drug overdose. After that, she won Miss Utah Teen USA 2001 which positioned her as the poster child for the DARE program and Partnerships For A Drug Free America. Kole became THE voice for substance abuse education, speaking around the world, answering hundreds of emails everyday, preaching “once an addict, always an addict”. Until she was in so much physical pain in her body that she sat down and couldn't get back up while walking around Disneyland in 2007… and that's when she realized the truth: Our bodies are carrying trauma everyday and if we don't allow them to heal, the pain will never go away… no matter how much we bury it. Life has a funny way of waking you up. Kole was raised Mormon, and was an anti-drug advocate. Now she teaches people how to facilitate transformation and integration from psychedelic experiences-- something that she has never seen in the healthcare industry. She is here to disrupt the entire system and create a new one together. Let's do this before Big Pharma does. Check out Kole's podcast, The Psychedelic Coach here. On the third episode, we welcome Tah and Khole Whitty as we speak about the importance of integration with psychedelic medicine. They are some of the most intentional souls I've across in the psychedelic space. We speak about their experiences of overcoming drug overdose, helping others in emergency room settings, conscious partnership, creating safe containers for journeys, and the often overlooked yet the vital role that integration plays with psychedelic medicine. This is by far one of the most insightful conversations full of depth and wisdom we've had on mushroom talk. About Tah and Kole: Tah and Kole Whitty, a husband and wife team who married high above Machu Picchu. With over 25 years in emergency medicine, 17 years in trauma/addiction/keynote speaking, 15 years combined fitness/personal training/group fitness and 13 years shamanic traditions, we have seen a lot and learned a lot. What do we believe?Every "Body" has a unique language that holds the key to their Freedom and our job is to help you identify what your body is trying to tell you.The physical manifestation of subconscious thought patterns and stress coupled with the repression of emotion plays a huge roll in physical health. For more info check out our website tahkole.com Hosted on Acast. Often in our healing journey, we are called to examine the depths of our darkness. As today's guests, Tah and Kole Whitty, highlight, our shadow can cause anguish and pain beyond measure if we allow it to remain unfaced. The pain from sexual abuse, childhood trauma, or destructive familial relationships can manifest in various addictive lifestyle patterns. As one pursues a short-term connection through sex, drugs, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, a complex web of shame and dis-ease displaces the physical and mental body. Ceremony Circle is a sacred container for every story, and Tah and Kole's episode comes with a trigger warning. No topic is off the table as we delve into their individual experiences with addiction and profound childhood and sexual trauma. This is a rich and rewarding roundtable chat with two powerful individuals who found personal freedom by shedding their secrets to the world, taking back their sovereignty, and curating a life based on uninhibited self-expression, play, and psychedelic and plant-medicine ceremonies. The Ceremonial Offering Music and song are magical tools that Tahkole use to express themselves. Tah treats us to a freestyle rap celebrating his conscious partnership with Kole and gratitude for life. Quick warning: I don’t suggest listening to this one around kids! There’s a little more explicit language than usual. It’s so inspirational to see a partnership based on the purest expression of love, without fear, judgment, or expectations. So it was a joy to witness that calming synergy between Tah and Kole Whitty. With a combined 25 years working in emergency medicine, personal training, body alignment, and plant medicine, Tah and Kole’s focus on the physical body during ceremony brings another layer of healing potential to the plant-medicine space. Tah Whitty spent 25 years as a nurse in emergency medicine, and Kole Whitty has spent 17 years educating professionals about life’s addictions. Together, they have 17 years of combined experience in various shamanic traditions, guiding performance-driven entrepreneurs. In this week’s episode, Tah and Kole discuss how their paths led to facilitating huachuma (San Pedro) ceremonies. While they both were initially resistant to using plant medicine, they discovered how impactful huachuma ceremonies can be to resolve pent up trauma. Tah and Cole describe huachuma as more gentle compared to other plant medicines, though the effects of the medicine can often be present for 10-12 hours. They also discuss the pre-journey intake process, the preparation and support that goes into a participant’s experience, and the post-care support to help integrate the experience into their healing journey. In addition to explaining the huachuma ceremony, Tah and Cole talk about trauma and healing. They emphasize the importance of avoiding the Transformation TRAPP (Tirelessly Repeating A Painful Process) which can be harmful to an individual’s growth, and the importance of being in a state of relaxation to optimize healing. In this episode: What drew both Tah and Kole to working with huachuma ceremonies The origin of the terms huachuma and San Pedro. Some common experiences during a huachuma ceremony. The preparation and support facilitators provide before and during a huachuma ceremony, and the necessity of follow up support. The importance of relaxation and the use of TRE(Tension and Trauma Release Exercise) to help the body relax at the beginning of their ceremonies. How modern treatments promote “Transformation TRAPP.” and prevent true healing. Quotes: "When your nervous system is relaxed, you can actually get to the deeper space that you need to get to, and that's where healing takes place the most." [5:03] "You are not controlling the [Mescaline]experience. You are co-creating the experience." [13:03] “The trauma response, physiologically, is your response to an activity. Trauma is not what happens to you, it is how your body and your organism responds.” [27:56] “What does it feel like to be free of the conditioning, of the expectations, of the trauma, and drama? It doesn't mean you stop feeling, it means it stops being so much weight on your wings.” [42:06] "We have had countless people come to us and to work with us, and they're like 'I've got trauma that is holding me back!’ No, what is holding them back is that they are not allowing themselves to have fun." Soooo how are you enjoying 2020 so far? Calm? Relaxing? Filled with fun and adventure? Not so much? Ya me too. So this last Sunday, Michelle and I had a pretty amazing group of friends out on the boat, many of whom have been previous guests on this podcast... Christine Hassler, Stef Sifandos, Tah and Kole Whitty, and Mike Chang to name just a few. We talked about the events that have happened so far this year. We talked about the murder of George Floyd, and how this tragic event can be turned into a force for good. And as we continued to talk, we realized that every single person on that boat, without exception, was in a period of personal transition. Some people were stranded in Austin away from their home because of the health crisis. Others are in the process of moving into a new house for one reason or another, and others were in the middle of changing careers. There were 11 people on that boat, and not a single one of them was going about their lives as usual. 2020 is a year of transition for the world, and so far, that transition has been quite chaotic. The amount of trauma and fear being created in people right now is going to last a generation, and unfortunately, I don’t think this trend is going to slow down anytime soon with the election just 5 months away. So what can we do about it? How can we heal a nation and come out of this stronger, wiser, closer, and healthier on the other side? Well I have a few ideas, but in reality, the answers already exist, and they have for a good 2,000 years now. Whether you’re religious or not… Christian, Muslim, Buddist, or Atheist, the solution to every problem humanity creates, remains the same… Love, and forgiveness. They’re not an easy solution. Love and forgiveness both require strength, courage, wisdom, maturity, and selflessness. But at the end of the day, they are the only thing that allows true healing to occur, instead of perpetuating cycles of trauma, pain, and retaliation. A month ago, before the events of this past week, I had a chance to interview someone I consider to be one of the most interesting men in the world. His name is Victor Marx. I found Victor years ago on YouTube when I stumbled upon a video of him. Another man has a pistol pressed against his forehead, ready to fire. In that moment, Victor managed to grab the gun and point in back towards the aggressor in less than a second. If you blinked, you missed it. And as soon as it was over, applause and gasps of disbelief erupted from the audience. You see, Victor is a pastor, but not the kind you’d find at your local church. He was tortured as a child, and spent much of his youth lost and outraged at the world. Until he found Jesus, which became the defining moment in his life. Today, he has a beautiful wife and children, and in many ways, everything to lose. But instead of living in comfort, he chooses to travel to the most dangerous places in the world like Iraq and Afghanistan, with a gun, a Bible, and a bullet-proof vest. He is a white man in a foriegn land, putting his life on the line to fight evil, and to rescue little brown girls from sex slavery and torture. Why? Because love and forgiveness. Because that’s what he received from Christ, and because that’s the only real way to heal the world. Please help me welcome, Victor Marx. My sessions with my private clients involve checking the functions of all their glands, organs and bodily systems. Anytime a disruption in function is found, I always look for the presence of microbes like viruses or bacteria, as well as toxins like chemicals or heavy metals. And then a whole food supplementation program is designed to meet their needs and move the body into healing, recovery and full function. In the months leading up to the coronavirus being confirmed in the U.S., I was witnessing some unique patterns with viruses and how they are affecting bodily function. After 16 years in practice, seeing new patterns is noteworthy. I recently shared these observations with Tah and Kole Whitty on their Mentor in the Mirror podcast. For more inspiration & resources on living a happier, healthier life, visit Design Your Healthy Life. It's where I share lots of knowledge that I've gained, both as a clinical nutritionist, and from more than 2 decades of struggling with my own health. Now that I have vibrant health, I’m able to live my life fully with purpose and passion. Sooo… Are you in a relationship right now? Well if you are, you’re either closer than ever right now, or you’ve never been further apart. You’re now at home with someone 24/7. Your kids are there with you. The news is keeping everyone all fired up and in anger or fear. Everyone’s normal routines have gone out the window. You might have a friend or family member in the hospital, and there’s a good chance that you’re probably experiencing some financial stress to just add a nice little cherry on top. I can’t think of a situation that could put more stress on a couple than this crisis. Well if that’s the case, I’d encourage you to look at this as an opportunity to benefit from something I call, “forced change”. This is a time or experience in your life when you’re literally being forced to change who you are, how you act, what you think, and how you live your life. All of these stressors are going to magnify what was always present. If you were previously disconnected as a couple, then this crisis is going to magnify that. If you were doing awesome and in flow, then you’ve probably grown closer as a couple. But making that transition is certainly easier said than done. It’s going to require courage, it’s going to require vulnerability, and it’s going to require some long-overdue apologies and healing. Well today we’re joined by to amazing humans who were a part of my healing journey last year, and who have become incredibly dear friends as a result. As you’re about to hear, Tah and Kole Whitty have been through just about everything a person can go through in life. Trauma, abuse, drugs, disease… You name it, they’ve been through it. But they turned those challenges into their gift. They’ve dedicated their lives to healing themselves, and healing others, and they’ve become masters of their craft. As a result of their work, they also have one of the most amazing relationships you’ll ever see. So I asked them to come onto the show to help you, heal yours, whether it’s with your spouse, your co-workers, your kids, your family members, or simply the relationship you have with yourself. This crisis is an opportunity to face and change the challenges you have in your life. The ONLY way you lose during this period, is if you don’t take action and use it as a catalyst to learn and transform. If you do that, you’ve won. If you need help doing that, call Tah and Kole. Without further ado, let’s dive in. In episode 15 husband & wife duo Tah & Kole Whitty join me to discuss how their Bio Integration modality is helping individuals get radically honest with themselves. Discover how you can live life on your terms and not one that is defined by social constructs.
As entrepreneurs, we place incredibly high demands on our body and often give it very little in return. Earlier this year, my body decided it had had enough. For the first time ever, my body couldn't keep up with what I was demanding of it. That's why I'm so excited to bring you my guests for this week! Tah and Kole Woody have a combined 25 years in emergency medicine, 17 years in educating professionals about addictions, and 14 years in personal training and body alignment. They’ve also worked with New York City’s high-stressed entrepreneurs to help them identify what’s going on inside their body to relieve stress and help them have different modalities they can do in order to understand their own bodies cues of when disease is coming and start to heal themselves before that happens. This isn’t the typical self-care, make sure you get good sleep, and go to the gym advice. This is bio integration. Take a listen to find out exactly what that means. Episode Highlights: How we’re physically affected by the situations we’re in every single day. Solving the disconnect between your business and your body so they’re both growing together. Five investments you can make to align with your body. To learn more, visit the show notes Get Connected!
