Getting in good shape is more than just eating chicken and broccoli and a few bicep curls. My name is Keegan Hirst and I’ve coached hundreds of gay men and helped them transform their body, build a rock-solid mindset, and unstoppable confidence. As an ex-professional rugby player who’s struggled with his body image and with his sexuality, I know exactly how it feels to not feel like you fit in, to doubt yourself, to not live life on your terms. In this podcast, I want to talk to you about training, food, lifestyle, mindset, and how to incorporate that into your life to live the life you want, in the body you want.
