From the 12 spies who brought back great clusters of grapes that took 2 men to hold them, to the 40 years of wilderness wandering; God loved His chosen people. Moses saw God, or at least his back as he was walking away, and Moses' face shined so bright that people couldn't be around him and he had to wear a veil. I can see why the Bible says that:Revelation 21: 23"And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof."This episode gets into the sacrificial system that God instituted for the Israelites and why it was so important. Nothing more heart warming to me than to hear the feats of Heroes. I always think of not just the battles but the things that led up to them and what happens afterwards.
