Bryan Kent is a Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, and practitioner of Chinese Medicine over at Wellness in Motion in Boston, Ma. In this podcast Bryan explains to me what Chinese medicine really is, when is an appropriate time to use chiropractics and acupuncture and how he uses a holistic view of a person to give them the best care possible. We also have a really awesome discussion about how the media displays photos of individuals sucking in and pushing the ideal of a flat tummy is not only negatively affecting people's body image, but how they breathe and therefore stabilizing their core. To learn more about what Bryan does you can check out Wellness in Motion's Website: http://www.wellnessinmotionboston.com.
