"Ir kaķi, kas no laukiem atvesti uz pilsētas dzīvokli, laimīgi pavada vecumdienas dīvānā, bet ir tie, kas vienmēr pārdzīvos, ka vairs netiek ārā. Tas var radīt stresu un tālāk urīnpūšļa iekaisumu, kas ir viena no biežākajām ar stresu saistītām saslimšanām," skaidro Māra Vasiļevska. "Stresa faktori var būt dažādi kaķim. Dzīvniekiem, kas ir ciešā kontaktā ar saimniekiem stresu var radīt saimnieka aizbraukšana uz dažām dienām. Stresu var radīt, ka ierodas svešs kaimiņš, kurš ienāk dzīvoklī pabarot. Stresu var radīt remonts, pārvākšanās, blakus telpās rejoši suņi," turpina Māra Vasiļevska. "Jebkura slimība slimība, kas rada sāpes, rada stresu kaķa organismam," papildina Vladislavs Lapinskis. Tāpat viņš min, ka problēmas ar zobiem kaķim var radīt stresu. Turklāt tās ne vienmēr uzreiz var pamanīt, jo kaķis tās slēpj "Ja kaķis ēd, tas vēl nenozīmē, ka viss kārtībā ar mutes dobuma veselību," atzīst Vladislavs Lapinskis. Pirmā pazīme, ka iespējams, kaut kas nav kārtībā kaķis ar zobiem, viņš atsakās no sausās barības. Var parādīties nepatīkama elpa. Protams, uztraukumam ir pamats, ja apskatot mutes dobumu, ir redzamas asinis vai strutas. Reizēm kaķi nekopj sevi, jo ir sāpīgi. Lita Konopore noteikti iesaka kaķim bojātos zobus noteikti izraut. Kaķis var lieliski ēst bez zobiem, ja viņam ir sagatavota pārtika. "Kaķis var brīnišķīgi dzīvot bez zobiem, nekā ar sapuvušiem un kustīgiem zobiem. Katra kustība mutē ir kā adatas dūriens, sapuvušie zobi jāmudina izraut," skaidro Lita Konopore. Nieru mazspēja ir bieža slimība ir vecākiem kaķiem. Vecus kaķus iesaka svērt reizi trijos mēnešos, svara zudums liecina par veselības problēmām. Ārsti arī iesaka profilaktiskas asins analīzes reizi gadā veikt kaķim.

Ieviešot reālu produktu, ražotājam svarīgi, ka izejviela vēl ilgu laiku būs pieejama lielos apjomos, tāpēc tas var būt signāls kādam lauksaimniekam – ja viņa pārziņā ir teritorija ar kūdru un paaugstinātu ūdens līmeni, to nav obligāti jāsusina, jo tajā var audzēt ko neierastu un vērtīgu. Dzīvojam laikmetā, kad līdzās milzīgam apjomam zinātnisku faktu un pētījumu ir tik pat liels apjoms mārketinga satura, kurā vairs īsti nevaram orientēties un viegli nošķirt, kur graudi, kur sēnalas. Veselība ir tā joma, kur tas ir īpaši būtiski. Vairs nav tie laiki, kad informāciju par savu veselību meklējām tikai biezās enciklopēdijās. Mūsdienās talkā nāk mākslīgais intelekts un arī digitālā satura veidotāji. Vai varam ticēt visam, ko lasām? Kādos gadījos sociālo mediju satura veidotāji patiešām ir labs avots un kad jākļūst uzmanīgam? Raidījumā Zināmais nezināmajā analizē Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes doktorante, docētāja, Bērnu klīniskās universitātes slimnīcas datu pārvaldības speciāliste Viola Daniela Kiseļova. Ierakstā uzklausām kardiologa Kārļa Trušinska komentāru. Viola Daniela Kiseļova norāda, ka "Eurostat" ir analizējis, cik daudz cilvēku pēdējo trīs mēnešu laikā internetā ir meklējuši ar veselību saistītu informāciju par kādām slimībām, par traumām, uzturu vai veselības uzlabošanu. Saskaņā ar "Eurostat" aptaujas datiem Eiropas Savienībā šādu cilvēku īpatsvars 2025. gadā sasniedz apmēram 60 procentus, bet Latvijā - aptuveni 47 procentus. "Skaidrs arī, ka veselības informācijas meklēšana internetā kļūst arvien izplatītāka, lai gan Latvijā šie rādītāji joprojām ir zemāki nekā vidēji Eiropas Savienības valstīs," atzīst Viola Daniela Kiseļova. Pēdējā laika tendence - cilvēki dod analizēt un skaidrot savus analīžu rezultātus mākslīgajam intelektam. Vai to var uzticēt mākslīgam intelektam? Viola Daniela Kiseļova: No manas puses galvenās bažas par mākslīgā intelekta lietojumu ir tā pārliecinošā retorika, kad izlasot arī man šķiet, ka varbūt nemaz nav jāveic pētījums. Es pajautāju jautājumu un varu pat palūgt, lai man publikāciju izveido, tādu, kas varbūt neeksistē nekur. Protams, svarīgs arī ir vaicājums, ko cilvēki vispār jautā mākslīgajam intelektam.  Bažas ir par to, ka cilvēki nekorekti interpretē. Tas var būt palīdzošs rīks, lai labāk interpretētu kādus terminus, ja, piemēram, runā ar veselības aprūpes speciālistu, saņem atbildi un īsti kaut ko neuztver, tad var vienkāršotā valodā pēc tam pārskatīt un saprast, ko tas nozīmē. Ēnas puse varētu būt, pirmkārt, sensitīvie dati, tie paši analīžu rezultāti tiek "iebaroti" mākslīgajam intelektam, mēs nezinām, kur tie dati nonāk tālāk. Mēs droši vien pat neizlasām šo politiku konkrētajam rīkam vai programmatūrai, cik ilgi šie dati tiek glabāti. Otrs - vai mēs tiešām, ja mums nav priekšzināšanu vai izglītības veselības nozarē, spēsim kritiski izvērtēt, kuri rezultāti ir patiesi un kas varbūt ir ļoti maldinoši? Informācijas pieejamība pieaug, bet tas nenozīmē, ka iegūstam kvalitatīvāku saturu un ka spējam kritiski izvērtēt, kādu saturu patērējam. Kāds ASV veikts pētījums liecina, ka aptuveni 20% no pieaugušajiem iedzīvotājiem ir izmantojuši mākslīgo intelektu, lai jautātu kaut ko saistībā ar savu veselību. Runājot par sociālo mediju algoritmiem, kas piedāvā dažādus līdzīgus ierakstus, ja esi izvēlējies vienu, Viola Daniela Kiseļova atzīst, ka jāuzdod jautājums, vai tiešām mēs saprotam, ko patērējam? "Arī pētījumi rāda, ka cilvēki sāk arvien vairāk izmantot sociālos medijus un arī patērēt influenceru saturu saistībā ar veselības tēmām. Bet, ja paraugās datos, galvenokārt cilvēki uzticas veselības aprūpes profesionāļiem," norāda pētniece. Vai ir pamats domāt, ka veselības influenceru veidotais saturs vismaz kādai daļai sabiedrības kļūst, ja ne gluži ģimenes ārsta aizvietotāju, tad par cilvēku, ar kuru primāri viņi konsultēsies vai uztvers viņu teikto kā konsultāciju par saviem veselības jautājumiem?  Viola Daniela Kiseļova: Pētījumi rāda, ka primārais avots aizvien ir ģimenes ārsts vai veselības aprūpes speciālists. Bet vienlaikus mums ir jādomā arī par pašiem pētījumiem - kā tie tiek veikti un kāda ir metodoloģija. Un, ja mēs domājam par veselības informācijas meklēšanas paradumiem, tad tur galvenokārt ir intervijas un aptaujas. Ir arī tāds fenomens kā sociāli pieņemamāka atbilde. Tas nozīmē, ka cilvēks, izvērtējot un iepazīstoties ar jautājumu, varbūt jutīsies kaut kādā mērā neērti atbildēt patiesi. Ja viņš patiesi zina, ka galvenokārt patērē saturu, kas saistās ar veselību, izmantojot sociālos medijus, nevis vēršoties pie sava veselības aprūpes speciālistu, pie ārsta, tad cilvēks varētu arī tās atbildes pielāgot, zinot, kā tas varbūt ir mums sociāli pieņemts.  -- Latvijas Ornitoloģijas biedrības pārstāve Ance Priedniece iepazīstina ar skaisto pogotāju lakstīgalu.

Šiemet Lietuvos nacionaliniams parkams sukanka 35 metai. 1991 m. balandį įsteigti Dzūkijos, Kuršių nerijos ir Žemaitijos nacionaliniai bei Trakų istorinis nacionalinis parkai, o pirmasis toks parkas gavo Aukštaitijos nacionalinio parko vardą.
