Sometimes everything around us seems so dark that we can't see. In those moments, we can easily lose hope, develop suicidal thoughts, and question our faith. If you feel that way, remember to hold on because there's a light that can lift you out of that place of darkness and give you the strength to make it through. Krystalle Wheeler founded Lullaby of Hope after her journey through a miscarriage and a stillbirth in 2012. At that time, she found there were little to no resources to comfort women like her. Today, I welcome my beautiful and inspirational guest Jocelyn J Jones, to the podcast. Jocelyn is an author, speaker, and entrepreneur. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa in journalism. After receiving her B.A., Jocelyn worked for channel 20, WYCC. She left the television industry to work at the ARK of St. Sabina, where she served for eleven years; eight of which were in the role of Executive Director. While working at the ARK, Jocelyn earned her master's degree from the University of Chicago in social work. After accepting her call to ministry, she went on to complete her master's degree in theological studies from McCormick Theological Seminary. Jocelyn is an ordained minister and the founder of Faith on the Journey, a company committed to showing the world that God's word has the power to heal. She is the author of the book, Breaking the Power of the Mask, and a training facilitator with the Trauma Healing Institute.
