Stāsta ilggadējā Latvijas Radio redaktore, raidījumu veidotāja un mūzikas ierakstu producente Māra Šuba   Esam jau runājuši par to, cik dažādi darbi bija jāveic, lai varētu ieplānot un veikt ierakstu. Tam seko posms, kurā strādā skaņu režisors un mūziķis. Pēc tam ieraksts atkal nonāk producentu rokās, bet pašās beigās – visa Radio īpašumā, un tad tas ir pieejams raidīšanai. Bija nepieciešamas vairākas pakāpes, līdz ieraksts nokļuva fonotēkas plauktā. Pirms tam rūpīgi klausījās un vērtēja ne tikai mūziķa un skaņu režisora darbu... Astoņdesmitajos gados samērā nelielajā skaņu režisoru telpā, lai varētu apsēsties fondu ierakstu pieņemšanas komisija, krēsli tika izvietoti divās rindās. Pirmajā rindā bija tehniskie cilvēki. Viņi lieliski orientējās skaņas kvalitātes tehniskajos parametros. Bet jau līdz tam ieraksts bija atskaņots īpašā telpā uz speciāliem aparātiem, kuri parādīja, vai viss kārtībā ar fāzēm un frekvencēm, vai kanāli ir simetriski… Nereti arī fondu komisijās nācās klausīties šo tehnisko analīzi, kā kurš ieraksts paveikts – labi vai ne tik labi. Protams, analizēja arī māksliniecisko pusi. Manuprāt, savu viedokli par to izteica visi komisijas locekļi. Viņu teiktais tika protokolēts, tāpēc varētu pat teikt, ka tolaik katram ierakstam bija arī sava lieta, kurā varēja atrast tā vārdisko novērtējumu. Pēc tam komisija pieņēma lēmumu. Astoņdesmitajos gados, pirms vēl ieraksti nonāca fonotēkā, tos sadalīja pa līmeņiem. Ja komisija nosprieda, ka ieraksts ir augstākā līmeņa, tad tam piešķīra burtu "F". Ja kaut kādu iemeslu dēļ tomēr galarezultāts nebija tik izcils, to nosauca par "fondi – vairākkārtējie" un piešķīra apzīmējumu "F-v". Gadījās, ka fondu ieraksts nesasniedza arī šo vērtējumu, tad tam piešķīra apzīmējumu "Doc". Katrs koncertus veidojošais redaktors zināja, ka tādu jau nu gan programmā nevajadzētu likt. To var darīt tikai galējas nepieciešamības gadījumā. Piemēram, stāstot par kādu konkrētu koncertu vai gadījumu, kad tieši šis, ar "Doc" apzīmētā skaņdarba ieraksts ir ļoti, ļoti nepieciešams. Pateicoties šiem apzīmējumiem, bija diezgan viegli veidot koncertus. Uzreiz bija skaidrs: "F" – tas ir tehniski un mākslinieciski brīnišķīgs ieraksts. Ja "F-v" – tur varētu būt kādas nianses. Dažreiz gan tās bija arī tehniskas dabas. Prasība pēc kvalitātes bija ļoti liela. Es nekad neaizmirsīšu tās fondu komisijas, kurās mēs klausījāmies koru ierakstus tā iemesla dēļ, ka nereti tajās piedalījās Ausma Derkēvica. Kā viņa spēja analizēt kormūziku, izpildījumu, stilu, vēsturiskās tradīcijas! Man ir tik žēl, ka mēs toreiz to kaut kādā veidā neierakstījām. Tā bija tāda inteliģence, tāda zināšanu bagātība, tāda erudīcija!

When a third party, such as a journalist or influencer, talks about you and shares your story, it enhances your credibility and builds the trust that both future and current customers place in you.When it comes time to buy a product like a tea, a car, or a skincare treatment, they'll remember you --- because they've already read about your brand or heard your story before making their choice.4. Growing your visibility and reputationMany of our clients don't work with influencers. They rely instead on public relations --- online and in traditional media. Social media isn't always the ultimate solution, and PR can often be the key to achieving the visibility you're looking for.5. Benefiting from the compound effect of PRAs you know, I love advertising. Advertising drives sales. But PR makes you known. And there's one unique effect that only PR can bring: the compound effect.A journalist invites one of our clients to a radio interview. Then a newspaper calls us to talk about them. Later, schools reach out through their website to invite them to speak at conferences and other events. För en del är framgång mer skrämmande än misslyckande. Framgång begränsar friheten, och kan bli det som dödar. Mamman, aktivisten och sångerskan sa nej till alla orimliga krav och förväntningar, och återvände hem. Lyssna på alla avsnitt i Sveriges Radio Play. Lauryn Hill flög till Detroit med sin nyfödde son och sin mamma 1997. Dagarna i studion med Aretha Franklin resulterade inte bara i drottningens bästa utspel på femton år (”A rose is still a rose”). Aretha delade också med sig av erfarenheter, som historien om hur Jerry Wexler på sin tid fick äran för produktionen trots att Franklin var högst delaktig i processen. Något som Lauryn Hill kände igen från dagarna i Fugees. Även om Wyclef och Pras såg Lauryn som sin jämlike, så betraktade många henne enbart som sångerska och MC, inte som låtskrivare och producent. När Lauryn skulle lämna Detroit gjorde hon på väg till flygplatsen ett besök på Motownmuseet. Det blåvita huset vid West Grand Boulevard där drömmarna för några av hennes idoler förverkligades. Vid sidan om Arethasamarbetet verkade det bidra till kraften och självförtroendet som krävdes för att skapa musik med samma tidlösa kvaliteter som Stevie och Marvin (”The miseducation of Lauryn Hill”). Det här är ett av flera nedslag i en berättelse som bygger på Mats Nileskärs två möten med Lauryn Hill. Han har även intervjuat Wyclef, Pras, John Forte och D'Angelo.
