And I found this holster company that will make any custom holster you want. They do something that if have not seen before in adding leather to the inside for a smooth draw. I love the fact that they will make a custom holster for non stock guns, because none of my pistols are the stock setup. Like my S&W Shield 45 with a threaded barrel, ez lock comp, and a red dot.Sense this is supposed to be a question, what do you all think of holsters with leather lined inside, and not I don't care about Aaron's thoughts, so that question is for everyone else. www.giholsters.com/product-p/hst1490.htm Roger B - So I have a CZ BREN 2 and I was wondering if yall have come across a 3D printed lower that accepts standard AR parts? I know that HAGA defense makes them but they are $450. The lower on the BREN isn't the serialized part so that's not the problem and it's polymer anyways so I was thinking a 3D printed one should work just fine. Thanks for the help. Lance D - Is Cloud Defensive going the same route as BRC? I ordered a light that was in stock on August 1st 2025. It is now almost October 1st with no light in hand. All they've said is, “Due to a leaked coupon code, we are trying to catch up on orders.” I call BS! If an item was in stock, it shouldn't take 2+ months to ship! Never again will I purchase one of there products! Mind you this was off of their actual website Mike H - Planning an sbr build around 8"" for when the tax goes to $0, debating between a 9mm (probably a mat9k or sp9a3), a brn-180 gen3 in .300blk, but also thinking other calibers like 10mm, 45, and willing to consider other options. Not wanting direct blowback but roller delayed is great, small overall package preferred. P.S. Don't make too much fun of Aaron's small package, it's why he grabs other peoples' packages Desert D Deagleton - Does the cast consider the Ruger Blackhawk to be a cowboy gun? It's quite different from a Colt. Adjacent question, were there aftermarket adjustable sights for Colt SAAs or the competition back in the day? Perhaps Lyman made something in the 20s or something. I really like having real sights on a revolver cause of my garbage vision. Are there any other SAA clones that have taller adjustable sights but look less modern like the Blackhawks do? Warren Peace - Youz guyz, Do you prefer a fixed blade or folder for every day/pocket carry? Thank you for your wise counsel, magic 8 ball, Severely, Warren Peace Nate L - Is it just me, or does that deal bro jiggle get stuck in your head as well? I find myself randomly humming it or singing it sometimes... Jeremy's Bitch - Do you guys have any fixed blade knives mounted to plate carriers or battle belts? If so, which ones? What is your go to choice for everyday pocket knifes? Do you ever carry a knife for self defense if you're ever “not carrying” in any places like banks or schools? Reportagem: Rany Veloso Essas e outras notícias você confere no Morning Show.
Aaron says there's no way, and he's going to look up the weights to prove himself right. Shawn moves on and says they'll get back to that after Aaron looks it up, but it never gets brought up again. I have an unrelated question for Aaron. How much does a steel-frame Canik weigh compared to a Staccato? Thanks guys! P.S. While looking through Rumble to find the episode, I kept getting ads for the ROTO 12 Compact Shotgun. Please look it up; I really want to see your reactions to this thing. Shane H - I am a 07/02 FFL - Aero Precision used to be my go-to place for budget friendly parts with good quality. However, over the past year they have been impossible to deal with. They have made some changes and it's like I have to beg them to take my money. They also never answer emails or calls... Who would you recommend for AR-15 parts? Mainly looking for Uppers, Lowers, and Handguards... Thanks in advance Ray G - What's up bitches. What are your opinions on the Foxtrot Mike “Mike 45”? I have a Mat9 currently for a PCC and I love it! So I figured if I have a 9mm I better get a 45 so it has a friend. I know they are currently out of stock at the time of writing this but wanted to get a feel on what you guys thought. If you suggested the Mike45, what barrel length? Suppressor? Or I should go a different route totally. Thanks for answering my question. P.S. Fuck Aaron Duran84 - I want to get into thermals, My budget is 2k. I have a Rix tourer night vision that sparked my interest in night hunting. My only complaint is scanning with the optic on the gun is tiresome. Should I get a monocular or a scope, so it could be dual purpose with a QD mount? What are some recommendations that the crew has thanks. Standard Arms - Show is great. Thank you for serving our community. I am small kitchen table FFL. It's been a great ride, with a healthy dose of fear! I am thinking about a laser engraver. I would want to it to be capable of properly marking firearms if I need to. ( the ATF spec of .003 inch depth I believe). If I'm investing in a laser engraver I'd use it to put my logo on stuff like magazines, key chains etc. This would probably be something that I would look at in a year and wonder why the F did I buy this thing. That being said I'd really like to spend as little as possible. Thanks. Zac C - A- Aron, My gun shop shouldn't charge for transfers Shawn, Aaron, your being retardedAlso Shawn, This company that came up with a great idea to put airline policies on a QR code and sell them for $30 should do it for free cause it's a sErViCe tO ThE CoMmunITy That is all. ARDREW479 Your Mom - Let's talk about pistol recoil springs and how they impact reliability. I recently added a Radian Afterburner + Ramjet to my Glock 19X and also swapped in the Radian Compressor adjustable guide rod. The Compressor includes 13, 15, and 18lbs springs. I started with the 18lbs spring and it functions properly with both 115 and 124s. Would swapping to the lighter weight spring provide any value? Is it better to stick with the heavy spring? Thoughts? Dependable Don - I was relistening to crawler Carl and heard the ai mention hucow fiction. I looked it up and I'm scared. What are your opinions on hucow? The winner of this week's swag pack is Ray G!

In today's environment, clarity isn't a luxury—it's a multiplier that unlocks every dollar you've invested in your people. -Salima Hemani Designing Organizations That Breathe: How Structure Shapes Culture, Leadership, and Impact. With Salima Hemani Here's the truth most leaders don't realize: You're already shaping your organization's culture and performance every single day—whether you know it or not. Every leader needs some understanding of organizational design's impact. Not to become an OD expert or efficiency consultant, but because aligning structure with culture and creating environments where people do their best work is fundamentally your responsibility. When budgets tighten, teams feel stuck, and your best people start leaving despite world-class training programs, the problem often isn't your strategy or your talent—it's the invisible architecture determining how work actually gets done. In this conversation, Salima Hamani reveals why 75-80% of organizational redesigns fail (hint: it's not about the org chart), and more importantly, how leaders at every level can create the clarity that becomes their organization's greatest competitive advantage. In this episode, Salima shares: • Why great organizational design grows leaders, not just organizes them - How one company created "natural stretch zones" through project-based structure that elevated middle managers without another training program • The warning signs your structure is holding back performance - When people have the right skills, clear values, and beautiful org charts but still can't get results, decisions made, or forward momentum • Why the org chart is just 10% of organizational design - The critical elements most leaders miss: operating models, governance frameworks, decision rights, and how information actually flows • How to measure the ROI of clarity - One government agency dropped project delays by 70% simply by clarifying decision pathways and governance (not just redrawing boxes) • The questions leaders need to ask before any redesign - Why spending time on strategic clarity upfront saves months of frustrated implementation later The bottom line: You don't need to become an organizational design expert, but you do need to understand that structure either amplifies or constrains everything else you're trying to achieve. The best training programs, the most talented people, and the clearest strategy all fall flat without the structural clarity that lets people actually use them. Organizational design isn't something to delegate and forget—it's the scaffolding that determines whether your leaders can truly lead, whether your investments in people pay off, and whether your organization can breathe and grow rather than suffocate under its own weight. Essas e outras notícias você confere no Morning Show.
From coaching a four-star general to navigating a toxic corporate culture where retaliation, exclusion, and silencing were part of daily life, Kelly Meerbott has seen leadership at its most extreme. Just like most leaders and employees, she has experienced what it feels like when ideas are dismissed, confidence erodes, and fear quietly takes over the workplace. Kelly's journey shows how the absence of psychological safety can crush potential and morale, and how fostering it can transform teams, spark innovation, and bring out the very best in people. Her story proves that when leaders prioritize trust, empathy, and open communication, extraordinary results are possible. On this episode of The Workplace Communication Podcast, we're talking with Kelly Meerbott, Award-Winning Executive Coach and Founder at You - Loud & Clear, about unlocking leadership excellence through psychological safety. Kelly shares practical strategies for leaders to foster trust, empathy, and open communication, and explores the personal and organizational barriers that often prevent teams from thriving. Leadership tips you won't want to miss:
Most professionals chase the next promotion without ever asking if it's the right move. In this conversation, Kendall Berg and executive coach Whitney Faires expose the myth of the linear career path and why the most fulfilled leaders often take strategic sideways moves instead of climbing straight up. Whitney shares her Courageous Leader Roadmap, a framework for showing up with authenticity, self-awareness, and fearless communication, the traits that separate high performers from true leaders. Together, they unpack the messy middle of leadership transitions, how to navigate corporate politics without selling your soul, and why your reputation starts forming long before you enter the room. In this episode, we discuss: What are the most overlooked skills when moving from contributor to director? How can leaders build influence without self-promotion? How do you navigate corporate politics without losing authenticity? What's the right moment to make a lateral move instead of chasing a promotion? How can specific feedback requests accelerate leadership growth? What does it mean to lead courageously — and how can you start today? What's one "corporate game" rule you've learned the hard way?
